Optimal management of education administration becomes very significant in aligning itself with science and technology. This study aims to determine the concept of education administration, to know the function of education administration, to know the scope of education administration, to analyze the art of managing Islamic education administration. This research is a library research, where the author collects data from various references such as books, articles, and others. Data collection with reading and note-taking technique is the technique used by the author. In analyzing the data, the writer uses Miles and Huberman perspective analysis techniques, namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) Presenting data; 3) Drawing conclusions. The results of this article are: 1) An important point of an educational administration relates to the making of decisions and legislation on the maximum utilization of an organization; 2) Education administrators have three types of ethical responsibilities towards themselves, their organizations and society; 3) A good administrator of Islamic education must have knowledge and art of administration that refers to Islamic religious culture and ethics as the foundation for achieving the proposed goals and objectives.

The current Covid-19 pandemic, which continues until 2021, has had a significant impact on the world of education, thus the majority of schools in Indonesia still use the online learning system. One of them is Sumput and Sarirogo villages. The implications of several policies that have been set by the government regarding the learning system during the pandemic require the leadership of school principals to support online learning. Based on these problems, this study was made to determine the principal's policy on the online learning system during the pandemic. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative method with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. While the data analysis used SPSS Version 16. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the form of policy that was mostly taken by school principals was the resource indicator with details, from 5 principals consisting of SDN Sumput, SDN Sarirogo, MI Nahdlatul Ulama Sarirogo, Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic Junior High School and Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic High School, 3 of which (SDN Sumput, Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic Junior High School and Darul Fikri Sarirogo Integrated Islamic High School) had the highest scores on the resource indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest form of policy is on social, economic and political indicators with details, out of 5 principals all have the lowest scores on social, economic and political indicators.

This research aims to see the extent to which the implementation of study program accreditation based on 9 criteria in two different study programs ranked at the last accreditation, namely the Mathematics Education study program at IAIN Ambon and the Mathematics Education study program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research method used is a comparative qualitative method, namely analyzing to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The research results are described qualitatively in the form of advantages, disadvantages, similarities and differences in the implementation of 9 criteria-based accreditations in the two study programs. The results showed that the two study programs had fulfilled many of the 9 criteria-based accreditation assessment items. On the other hand, there are several items of accreditation assessment from each assessment criteria that have not been fully met by the two study programs.

Abstract: Investigating the Stages and the Potentials of Implementing Clinical Supervision Teachers are an important pillar of education. Guidance for teachers in the form of supervision should be carried out properly. One type of supervision that can be done is clinical supervision. The purpose of this study was to describe the stages of clinical supervision, and to analyze the potential for implementing clinical supervision. This research is literature review research carried out in four stages, namely searching the reference, identification, discussion, and drawing conclusions. The literatures reviewed were 20 articles and 7 books both nationally and internationally. The results showed 1) The stages of clinical supervision include planning, implementation, and evaluation; 2) The potential for implementing clinical supervision is excellent because it can improve pedagogic competence, and instructional competence finally able to produce professional teachers. It can be concluded that clinical supervision is an important part of teacher professional development.

This article aims to describe the principal's leadership, teacher job satisfaction, and the influence of principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study found 30 teachers were taken as a whole with the consideration that only a few were relatively small. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire distributed to research respondents. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using statistics. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the principal's leadership at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 56.7%; the reality of teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 53.3%; and principal leadership has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is 27.5%. It should be noted that the level of influence generated is quite high. Therefore, the better the visionary leadership applied by the principal, the more it contributes to teacher job satisfaction.

This article discusses about the influence of teacher management and learning resource on student learning outcomes at State Senior High Schools in West Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study found 51 teachers and 436 students. The sample was determined randomly as many as 65 students and 51 teachers who were taken all fairly small. The data collection method used was a questionnaire and the results were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study prove that: 1) educator management has an effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y= 55,437+0,353X; 2) learning resources management has an effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y= 46,209+0,617X; and 3) teacher management and learning resources have a simultaneous effect on student learning outcomes and the level of influence is 25.1%. Therefore, the learning outcomes of students at State Senior High Schools in West Sinjai District can be determined by the good or bad of the teacher management and learning resources carried out.

The research that the researchers conducted tried to improve control management, in order to describe the quality of educational institutions at SMK Cendekia Madiun, then to analyze the control of a school quality to maintain the quality of education according to the plans that have been determined and written at SMK Cendekia Madiun. The research approach used ethology or human ethology, which is qualitative which aims to study its natural condition. Sources of data in this study amounted to 3 positions of informants, principals, managerial supervisors, teachers. Data collection is by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses source triangulation analysis as a validity test. From the results of this study indicate that in quality control includes: determining the education plan in the form of drawing up the vision, mission and objectives as well as RKAS. Second, measuring the real performance of educational institutions including curriculum, environmental and cultural determination, student control, careful planning of sarpras, effective leadership and giving good examples to teachers and students. Third, objectively monitoring and evaluation of educational institutions.

The purpose of this study was to: describe the level of application of office management and the level of performance of administrative staff at MTs Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive methods, and uses a management approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to 15 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of application of office management is in the medium category. Likewise, the performance level of administrative staff at MTs Madani is also in the medium category. The implications of this research are expected for madrasas so that in the future they can implement office management effectively and efficiently, in order to support the performance of administrative staff so that they have better performance than before. The implementation of office management in question includes planning for office work along with standard operating procedures, clear job descriptions contained in the organizational structure, providing training on office work procedures, as well as evaluating and evaluating work with rewards. As for administrative staff, in order to improve their competence, motivation and discipline so that they can achieve maximum performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the financial management of education from a critical point of view, especially regarding how much the analysis of the benefits of education costs as one of the considerations in making investment policies. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach, from the data that has been collected and analyzed, the results show that quality education is expensive. The high cost of education requires effective and efficient financial management so that it can be used as one of the considerations in making investment decisions. The investment decisions taken indicate that the education costs incurred have benefits. The cost benefit analysis of education is represented in the form of a rasio between the present value of the costs and the present value of the benefits that will be obtained in the future. One the other hand. The high cost of education indicates the existence of privatization in the field of education which has resulted in educational institutions having the autonomy to determine their own cost of providing education, for that some parents of students need to understand the analysis of the benefits of education costs before taking investment policies in the education sector for the future of their children.

Abstrak: Kiai's Leadership in Improving the Quality of Education Case Study of Harisul Khairaat Bumi Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, Tidore City and Islands, North Maluku Province This study will answer the problem of the kiai's leadership style and its implications for improving the quality of education in a case study at the Harisul Khairaat Islamic Boarding School in Bumi Hijrah Tidore and the Archipelago of North Maluku Province. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that: 1) KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership style was charismatic leadership; 2) KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership strategy was to improve the quality of human resources and students through increasing competence and enrolling students in national competitions and local areas, as well as improving facilities and infrastructure, and performance-based strengthening of the vision, mission, and targets. The implications of KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership are that the KIAI as caregiver involves many people, an effective leader is someone who is able to influence his followers to achieve the vision, mission, goals, and objectives, leadership must be a role model, provide convenience for teachers who want to work, create a comfortable working atmosphere and build student obedience.
