Abstract

This research is using quantitative approach which aims to determine whether there are differences in the area ratio based on fiscal decentralization ratio of local financial, local financial dependency ratio, the ratio of the area of financial independence, effectiveness ratio , the ratio of growth ( growth) PAD , the ratio ( share) of revenue over the last ten years . By using the entire sample of local governments as Bengkulu province which is not an expansion of the area during the study period from 1995 to 2012 .That the government of Bengkulu , South Bengkulu , North Bengkulu , Rejang Lebong . Testing the hypothesis in this study was conducted with two analytical tools are paired sample t - test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test using SPSS analysis tool using a significant level of 0.025 % . The results of these tests indicate that there is significantly different as the local government 's financial performance during the period of Bengkulu province last ten years , well after the implementation of regional autonomy and after the economic crisis .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Roa, and Roe on Working capital at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The study population was the quarterly financial reports, 2008-2018 using by totalling sampling in sampling so that 4x11=44 data units were obtained as the sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through the use of SPSS Ver.25. The analysis shows that the current ratio and return on assets have a significant positive effect and the other causality showing return on equity has a significant negative effect on working capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of compensation, motivation, and environment on the interest of being a teacher in high school students in Palembang. This type of research is associative. The population of this study was all high school students in Palembang with sampling techniques using accidental sampling with the number of samples determined by 397 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses. The results found that compensation, motivation, and environment have a significant effect on the interest of being teachers in graduate school students in Palembang both simultaneously and partially with a significance value of 0.000. Compensation is the most influential variable with a substantial influence of 53.6%, while motivation and environment have an influence of 43.7% and 27.9% respectively.

Abstract

Ownership structure and funding decisions are determinants of company value, so this study was conducted with the intent to examine the contribution of ownership structures proxied by institutional ownership and funding decisions through debt to equity ratios as proxies in analyzing company values proxied through price to book values. The unit of analysis used is the financial statements of 18 issuers of the manufacturing sub-sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2018 (nine of them did not meet the sampling criteria). The results of data analysis provide evidence if the contribution of ownership structure that is proxied by institutional ownership is not able to increase the price to book value, the evidence has in common in explaining the contribution of a positive debt to equity ratio in increasing price to book value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Policy, Liquidity, Inventory Intensity on Tax Aggressiveness. With secondary data from the financial statements of mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, using 40 respondents and purposive sampling methods, namely (1) Manufacturing Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have submitted financial reports as of 31 December according to the study period. (2) Companies that submit complete data. (3) Using the Dollar in its financial reporting. (4) Has an ETR value between 0-1. (5) Companies that have never suffered losses during the study period. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18. The results of this study indicate (1) Debt Policy has an effect and significant effect on tax aggressiveness, (2) Liquidity has no effect on tax aggressiveness, 2) Inventory intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Benefits of research, (1) For practitioners, input for investors in investing in the capital market is also a reference to make a healthy company with this research. (2) For Theoretical, Add insight into Debt Policy, Liquidity, Inventory Intensity and Tax Aggressiveness.

Abstract

Environmentally friendly fuels are one of the superior commodity lately, BBM Pertamax is one of them that could reduce air pollution. Therefore this study aims to test the influence between price, product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 290 respondents who lived in Java Island. Then, the characteristics of respondents, as follow: 1) customer who used BBM Pertamax both two wheels and four wheels, 2) customer who used BBM Pertamax one to five years, and 3) used motor vehicle with 10:1 to 11:1 compression ratio. Data were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS Graphics application. The results showed that there was an effect of product quality on customer satisfaction and there was an influence between price and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. But there is no effect between price on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, also product quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive endowment on community welfare in Matang Panyang. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression method with the help of EVIEWS. Based on the test of the correlation coefficient of 0.837835, it showed that productive endowment had a strong relationship to improve community welfare. Based on the coefficient determination test, it showed that productive endowment had an effect of 70.19% on community welfare. From the results of the study, it revealed that productive endowment (X) significantly influenced the welfare community (Y). Based on the t-value of 8.120918 and the t-table value of 2.04841 with a significant level of 0.0000, it concluded that these tests accepted Ha and rejected Ho.

Abstract

This study wanted to produce a model for developing marketing strategy based on Information Technology (IT) is a form of marketing strategy development model by taking into account and utilize Information Technology. The purpose of this study was to better efficiency at enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs through the use of Information Technology. Micro, Small and Medium cultivated IT base is expected will be increased competitiveness. Objective: 1) undescrebed  conditions of SMEs that have used information technology. 2) completion of a development model of IT-based marketing strategies that can be applied practically. 3) application  models empirically, and 4) unprovable  floating model application of IT-based marketing strategy. To achieve these objectives do action research approach, is research activities continued with implementation. Therefore, the model-based marketing strategy information technology into solutions for marketing problems of SMEs and increasing competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Impact of Qardun Hasan Financing on the Well-Being of Traders in the Lambaro Banda Aceh market. The data used in this study are primary data using sequential time data. The number of samples in this study were 34 members of the Banda Aceh Baitul Misyakat Sharia Cooperative whose receipts were traders in the Lambaro Banda Aceh market using accidental sampling techniques. Data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The method of data analysis in this study used a paired t test method. The results of this study found that there was an impact on the welfare of traders as measured by religious activity, income, savings and alms. The four indicators showed an impact on the welfare of traders, this was concluded after looking at the conditions and data of traders before and after receiving Qardun Hasan's financing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan anggaran biaya terhadap pemasaran berbasis output Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta. Mengetahui secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, anggaran biaya dan pemasaran berbasis output terhadap kinerja bisnis Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta. Dalam penelitan ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Dropship di wilayah Surakarta yang tergabung pada komunitas toko online sejumlah 40 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran berbasis output. Anggaran biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran berbasis output. Media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Anggaran biaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pemasaran berbasis output berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari analisis jalur diketahui jalur langsung anggaran biaya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja
