One of the large real time data storage sectors is in the marketing sector in the form of sales transactions, prices, and availability of goods stored in databases in certain supermarkets.The amount of supermarkets with the digital cash register system allow storing sales transaction data. Therefore this research aims to designed an application that contains two statistical analysis methods, namely Market Basket Analysis and Sales Forecasting using shiny dashboard package in Market Basket Analysis Menu shows various features that can facilitate businessactors in optimizing product layout in a store shelves i.e. summary products, rules table, scatter plot, graph, matrix and grouphed, and Parallel coordinats. While the sales forecasting menu shows various features i.e. a description of the number of stock items, the number of items sold, capital, profit, the highest frequency of goods sold, and the value of parameter predictions for the next periods.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Roa, and Roe on Working capital at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The study population was the quarterly financial reports, 2008-2018 using by totalling sampling in sampling so that 4x11=44 data units were obtained as the sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through the use of SPSS Ver.25. The analysis shows that the current ratio and return on assets have a significant positive effect and the other causality showing return on equity has a significant negative effect on working capital.

This study was conducted to see how much influence the variables of Good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility have on firm value with financial performance as the intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses SmartPLS to analyze data by taking annual financial reports from 2017- 2019 from pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample of this research is 11 companies. The results of the study show that the 4 indicators that have a significant positive effect on GCG are: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee on Firm Value (Tobin's) and Financial Performance (ROA), while CSR has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance (ROA) but CSR has a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value (Tobin's), Financial Performance (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (Tobin's), and Financial Performance (ROA) can mediate GCG and CSR has a positive and significant effect. The results of this study can also be used for the company to determine the ability to manage the company in generating profits and achieving success in the company in the future, also as a source of information and reference for further researchers in conducting research on topics related to this research, either continuing or complementary.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether financial literacy and financial inclusion affect the performance of small businesses in Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using a simple random sampling technique. The population is 305 SMEs in the city of Makassar, Mamajang district, while the sample taken is 75 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. The classical assumption has also been tested in the form of the normality assumption. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the performance of small businesses in Makassar, while financial inclusion had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of small businesses in MakassarKeywords: financial literacy, financial inclusion, business performance

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style (X) consisting of supportive leadership (X1), directive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3) both simultaneously and partially on employee performance (Y) at Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees on the Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City, totaling 58 civil servants. The reason was that the number of civil servants was small so the entire population was sampled in this study (census). Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. Partially supportive (X1) and participatory (X3) leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while directive leadership style (X2) has no significant effect on Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, and the influence of decision making on employee performance. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province which were then used as respondents using the slovin formula after carrying out calculations so that the researchers adjusted as many as 66 respondents. The results of the data collected through the distribution of the questionnaire have been tested with classic assumption tests in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, linearity assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province. In addition, this study also shows that decision making has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province so that all hypotheses proposed are accepted.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini berorientasi pada peningkatan pendapatan warga Desa Borong Pa’La’La melalui pemanfaatan ikan nila yang pembudidayaannya cukup banyak dilakukan warga di desa tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan kurang lebih 30 hari (sebulan) dan dilakukan bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa serta beberapa Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (kelompok masyarakat pembudidaya ikan nila dan kelompok usaha warga desa Borong Pa’La‘La). Salah satu alasan pembuatan keripik ikan nila ini adalah sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku budidaya dan warga desa. Hasil dari PkM ini menunjukkan bahwa modal yang dibutuhkan untuk 10 pcs keripik ikan nila dengan varian rasa (crispy original, keju dan balado) membutuhkan biaya modal sebesar Rp.82.500,00 - dengan harga jual sebesar Rp.100.000,00- maka besaran margin yang dapat dihasilkan = Rp.17.500,00- sehingga untuk setiap pcs keuntungan yang dapat diraih = Rp.1.750,00-. Nilai tersebut diperoleh dari proses uji coba pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara menitipkan keripik tersebut kepada sejumlah warung yang lokasinya di Kota Makassar dan untuk 10 pcs keripik yang terjual maka pemilik warung diberikan biaya penitipan = Rp.6.500,- sehingga pendapatan yang dapat diperoleh warga = Rp.17.500,00 - Rp.6.500,00 = Rp.11.000,00. Hasil tersebut diyakini dapat digunakan sebagai solusi dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan warga

Pelaku UMKM (Usaha Menengah Kecil dan Mikro) di Kabupaten Gowa tepatnya di Kecamatan Pattallassang,belum mampu secara optimal dalam melakukan pembukuan sederhana setiap pemasukan pengeluaran yang mereka lakukan, serta belum mampu mengetahui secara langsung aset yang meraka miliki selama melakukan kegiatan usaha. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya sosialisasi, tentang bagaimana literasi mengenai pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara sederhana untuk pelaku UMKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara bertahap, diawali dengan Sosialisasi Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan kepada para pelaku UMKM Kecamatan Patallasang Kabupaten Gowa. Tujuannya untuk memperloleh Informasi langsung dari pengelola UMKM mengenai permasalahan detail yang dihadapi dalam mengelola koperasi dan tindak lanjut yang akan dilakukan. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk sosialisasi tentang pentingnya penyusunan Laporan Keuangan, sehingga teknik penyajian materi dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi. Perkembangan UMKM telah berjalan dengan baik dan keberadaan UMKM telah banyak memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat setempat. Sebagain besar pengusaha UMKM belum melakukan tatakelola pembukuan dengan baik. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan UMKM yaitu kemampuan SDM yang masih rendah, pangsa pasar barang/jasa yang dihasilkan UMKM masih terbatas, kurangnya permodalan, tidak memiliki sistem pembukuannya belum baik. Kegiatan pelatihan memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemudahan dalam mengelola keuangan UMKM.

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, job placement, and work climate on the performance of the apparatus at the District Office Mariso Makassar and to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of the apparatus at the District Office Mariso Makassar. The research was conducted in September to October 2014, with research sites in the District Office Mariso Makassar, the number of respondents was 73. The data used are primary data and secondary data through interviews and direct observation in the field by using a list of questions (questionnaire). Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that simultaneous or partially all the independent variables show positive and significant impact on the performance of the apparatus. Factors training is the most dominant factor of influence.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai BPSDM Prov. Sulsel sejumlah 128 orang pegawai, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 128 orang. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi heterokedastisitas dan asumsi multikolonieritasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel; 2) lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel; dan 3). gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sehingga dapat diartikan semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Prov. Sul Sel.
