Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif dukungan organisasional persepsian (DOP) dan kondisi komunitas pada komitmen afektif. Selain itu, peran pemoderasian variabel kebermaknaan kerja dalam hubungan antara DOP dan kondisi komunitas pada komitmen afektif juga akan diuji. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian survei, dan jenis data bersifat cross-sectional. Penelitian fokus pada anggota organisasi atau karyawan di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara self-administered survey dengan pengambilan sampel berupa non-probability sampling, yaitu dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan moderated regression analysis. Hasil riset menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dukungan organisasional persepsian dan kondisi komunitas terhadap komitmen afektif. Sedangkan hipotesis efek pemoderasian kebermaknaan kerja pada hubungan variabel independen dan dependen tidak terdukung. Secara khusus, efek pemoderasian kebermaknaan kerja pada hubungan antara dukungan organisasional persepsian menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan, yaitu kondisi terbalik dari hipotesis. Penjelasan lebih lanjut dan alternatif teori disajikan peneliti dalam pembahasan.

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh harga saham yang merupakan sebuah tolak ukur dari perubahan ekonomi yang di sebabkan oleh faktor makro ekonomi. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah dan harga emas dunia terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari sumber kedua atau sumber tidak langsung dikumpulkan dengan metode explanatory research dan teknik pengumpulan sampel berupa laporan data bulanan dari tiap variabel sebanyak 36 bulan. Pengujian persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan Uji Data Panel (Time Series Cross Section), Uji parsial (uji t), Uji simultan (uji f), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis, teknik analisis data, dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis Eviews 9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh inflasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan harga emas dunia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci — Inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, harga emas dunia dan indeks harga saham.

The objective to this research was to determine the effect of retail mix consisting of products, prices, promotions, retail services and physical facilities on customer retention at Giant Ekspres Kemiling. The population in this study is the average number of buyers of Giant Express Kemiling for one month. Samples were taken as many as 364 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data used is based on the results of respondents' answers using a Likert scale. Data processing used to answer the hypothesis is with the help of SPSS version 20. Based on the partial test results it is known that the retail service variable does not significantly influence customer retention, but the variables of product, price, promotion and physical facilities have a positive and significant influence on customer retention at the Giant Express Kemiling. While the results of simultan testing are known that retail mix variables include; products, prices, promotions, retail services and physical facilities overall simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on costumer retention at the Giant Express Kemiling.Keywords —Retail Mix, Costumer Retention

The role of SMEs in the city of Deli Serdang considered very important especially in the field of SMEs is a lot of employment, for that UMKM activities should be driven improvement in business performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach that describes the influence of variable characteristics of entrepreneurship and grant of revolving fund to the performance of SMEs. This research was conducted in Denai Lama Village of Deli Serdang Regency with 100 UMKM respondents who have received revolving fund. The results showed that there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics p = 0,000 0,005 and Revolving Loan Fund p = 0,003 0,005 simultaneously to Entrepreneurial Performance. Of the two variables, the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics are the most influential variable compared to the revolving fund lending variable. Entrepreneurship should improve communication with employees in developing business runs so that employees feel they have a business so they can improve their personal performance. The government as a channeling fund distributor should provide training and intensive assistance to SMEs in order to utilize the revolving fund is really appropriate allocation for the progress of SME business. The objective of this research was proving empirically the effect of the enterprise risk management disclosure, the intellectual capital disclosure, the corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the sustainability report disclosure on the firm values. The population of this research was the mining companies indexed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling. A number of samples used in this research were 6 companies. The time of this research was 2013-2017 so that the number of the observed data in this research was 30 data. The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used in this research was SPSS V.20. The result of this research showed that the corporate social responsibility disclosure and the sustainability report disclosure had a significant effect on the firm value; moreover, the enterprise risk management disclosure and the intellectual capital disclosure did not have a significant effect on the firm value.Keywords — Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure, Intellectual Capital Disclosure, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Sustainability Report Disclosure, firm Value

Bali is one of the biggest foreign exchange earners in the Indonesian economy in tourism. Not all tourist attractions in Bali are fully publicized and promoted. If is maximized it can increase tourist visits to Bali. One of the digital marketing media is social media. Through social media tourists can get information about the location, what is offered, a review of the tourist attraction, and so on. This study analyzes the value equity, relationship equity, and brand equity in the tourism system of Lake Buyan in Bali Province on social media marketing. In the end, it will produce social media marketing based marketing strategies. The method used is the creation of social media marketing as a means of publication information, and promotion of Lake Buyan attractions. then assed by using UEQ (user experience questionnare). Lake Buyan’s UEQ social media Instagram results have a lack of efficiency (Value Equity) and novelty (Brand Equity) that are poorly organized, not yet creative and innovative. The highest value of Relationship Equity was 1.934 1.868 excellent dark green color. This shows that Lake Buyan's social media is more organized, interesting, creative, understandable in terms of followers. Keywords — Customer equity, social media marketing

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effectiveness of time management training on academic stress employees who are registered as students at private universities in Bandarlampung. This study was conducted in Bandarlampung with a population of 60 fulltime employees. The sample are employee who actively works and holds managerial positions in the company and registered as a student at the university. This study is quantitative method using smartPLS 3.0. software. The results revealed 2 major finding. (1) time management training had a negative and significant effect on employee’s academic stress; (2) By understanding the concept of time management, and setting goals and priorities abilities be able to reduce the employee's academic stress. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the herding behavior and the experienced regret on the investment decision. The type of this research was quantitative research. The data collecting technique used in this research was distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research was the snowball sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 100 investor of bitcoin. The data analyzing technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the herding behavior had no significant effects on the investment decision; moreover, the experienced regret had a positive and significant effect on the investment decision. It meant that the investors rationally received and analyzed information well in bitcoin because they were not affected by the other investors and did not follow the market situation. In addition, the experienced level of investor regret was considered higher on the condition that the investment decision was also higher because they had enough experience in making the investment decision. Incentives are awards given to managers or employees in order to motivate managers and employees to improve their performance, so that the company’s goal namely maximize shareholder value can be obtained. Shareholder value can be maximized through increased income. Increased income will cause an increase in stock prices, so that shareholder value will also increase. However, incentives can actually trigger deviant behavior for managers. The presence of the incentive system in the form of bonuses obtained by managers when managers can increase company profits, resulting in profit manipulation is inevitable. The company's profit which is manipulated so that it looks high for the personal benefit of the manager, will cause the company to suffer losses. On the other hand, incentives can create knowledge sharing between employees. This will further improve employee performance. Good employee performance will provide benefits for managers in achieving company goals that is maximizing shareholder value.
