The high performance of workers is closely related to the reward system. The award in the form of selecting exemplary employees encourages the creation of self-employed, disciplined, and achieving employees. Improper employee role choices can lead to injustice and impact on employee motivation. Number of employees, the number of criteria in the assessment, the potential of subjective judgment, and the system is still a simple manual of work processes exemplary employees in PT SRI takes a long time. The development of the world of Information Technology is so fast that the technology that has just become a trend has become obsolete in a short time. so that the existence of accurate, fast and reliable information is needed in various aspects of life. Armed with the problems arising from previous research, that is the result of not implementing government regulations properly so that the ownership of RSH is not exactly the target for this research is carried out so that the developer can make decisions to determine the feasibility of recipients of House ownership ready, decent or inappropriate which is required by grant recipients from low-income communities. PT Total Bangun Persada is a company engaged in construction. To improve the competitiveness of companies related to inventory management, the company must have a maximum system. Problems that are often faced related to inventory management, the absence of a system that regulates inventory in terms of lending and ordering goods and processing of goods data both in terms of borrowing and ordering are still less effective and efficient. To solve the above problems, researchers conduct data collection methods, analysis, interviews, literature reviews, and build prototypes. The approach that will be used by applying object oriented techniques is object oriented analysis, object oriented design, object oriented programming. On proof to this present time of development f information technologies the increasing. One of the example was is manifest that develop this kind of technology such as computer, smartphones today plays an important role in various fields, one of which is the field of information delivery. PT Siap Andalan Paramitra is engaged in security service provider (BUJP) and is facing one problem, namely the lack of coordinated information delivery between prospective job applicants and new employee admissions. Then we need a system of information delivery that is expected to be able to overcome the problem. The problem discussed is how to make the Information System with an Android application. The method used is grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of holding empirical generalizations, defining concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data at the same time. Project for making transfer towers as part of the conveying system project. The implementation of this project involves various types of material needed. Because the project implementation time is limited, it is necessary to carry out the project properly so that the project runs smoothly and is completed on time. In this study an analysis of project material inventories was carried out by applying the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The research objective is to determine the technique of ordering the right material so that the project implementation runs smoothly. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the size of ordering materials using the lot sizing technique Part Period Balancing would incur costs of IDR 203,515,797.82. Costs incurred are smaller than Lot for Lot techniques.

Someone buying a used vehicle in determining his choice, of course, is based on several criteria that are used as a benchmark in choosing used car vehicles, including engines, body, interior, frame number & engine, letters & taxes, and prices. These criteria are a consideration for buying a used car, various considerations are made by a buyer to get a good and good used car. Difficulties in choosing a used car, a reference is needed as a rationale for choosing a used car. Decision support systems offer a solution for referrals in choosing a used car. Decision support systems offered using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) in solving problems. Problems can be solved using a ranking system based on global weighting. Buyers of used car vehicles can choose used cars based on references or recommendations from expert decision support systems. Based on the results of the calculation of the assessment criteria proposed to the system, the determination of used cars is obtained through calculating the priority weight values for the selection of used cars to be purchased. With the Decision Support System to choose used cars using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) in determining used cars the accuracy rate is 73% compared to using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which has a level of accuracy only 60%.

Abstrak Pada era digital saat ini sistem keamanan e-mail memiliki peranan vital dalam menjaga keaslian dan kerahasiaan dari pesan yang dikirimkan. Akan tetapi sampai saat ini masih belum banyak individu maupun perusahaan yang menggunakannya, sehingga membuka jalan bagi berlangsungnya serangan-serangan cybercrime yang melibatkan e-mail seperti spoofing, phishing dan penyadapan pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat penggunaan fitur enkripsi dan tanda tangan digital pada e-mail, untuk kemudian memberikan sejumlah rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan fitur-fitur tersebut. Dalam hal proses survey dan analisis dibatasi pada kalangan mahasiswa, profesional dan pengguna TI di Indonesia yang sudah terbiasa menggunakan e-mail dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey research yang dilakukan secara eksploratif, dimana peneliti melakukan studi literatur untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti, untuk kemudian melakukan survey dan analisis statistik dalam rangka menyelidiki lebih lanjut pengaruh dari faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap rendahnya tingkat penggunaan sistem keamanan e-mail. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penggunaan fitur-fitur keamanan yang terdapat pada sistem keamanan e-mail, meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap keamanan komunikasi lewat e-mail dan sebagai referensi bagi penelitian/perancangan selanjutnya di masa yang akan datang, secara umum dalam bidang keamanan Teknologi Informasi dan secara khusus dalam analisa dan perancangan sistem keamanan e-mail yang dapat digunakan secara efektif oleh para pengguna e-mail. Information technology which is engaged in asset management or asset management information systems is one system that is often used by companies including schools. SDN Makasar 05 Pagi one of the schools that has not used a computerized system, one of which is the management of goods assets, making it difficult for officers to provide complete and accurate information. The purpose of this study is to design an asset data application system and asset data report using java programming language and grounded research methods. The results of the system built can facilitate the process of data collection so that it is easier to find the data needed and can help the performance of administrative officers so that it is more effective and efficient.

The number of patients with Chronic Kidney every year always increases. One of the causes is the late diagnosis to be known and the existence of an unfavorable lifestyle. The United Nations Alliance (WHO) estimates that in Indonesia there will be an increase in kidney failure patients until 2025 by 41.4%. In this study an expert system for diagnosing Chronic Kidney disease will be made using the FIS - Sugeno method. The variables used in the formation of fuzzy sets which are variable sets of laboratory results include creatinine, urea, hemoglobin, blood pH, urine albumin, and gout. Variables that have been entered in the fuzzy set are formed by a combination of one variable with the linguistics of each then the fuzzy set will be processed by the FIS-Sugeno method with the help of the Matlab Toolbox so as to produce a decision in the form of chronic kidney negatives, chronic pre kidney or chronic kidney positives. This application was tested by involving medical records of diagnoses from doctors using variables: creatinine, urea, hemoglobin, blood pH, albumin and acidic letters. The results of the decisions generated from the application using the Sugis-FIS method resulted in accurate decisions for users in diagnosing chronic kidney disease. Thus in general this application can be used to assist in the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease so that the spread of the disease can be suppressed as much as possible.

Teknologi transmisi komunikasi jarak jauh pada saat ini semakin berkembang dengan cepat. Hal ini didorong oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia akan komunikasi jarak jauh ditinjau dari kualitas transmisi maupun kuantitas pelayanan. Untuk mendukung komunikasi jarak jauh yang menghubungkan antar pulau dan antar negara, saat ini berkembang sistem transmisi fiber optik yang mempunyai kelebihan dibandingkan dengan sistem transmisi yang lain seperti rugi-rugi transmisi yang sangat rendah, ukuran fisik yang lebih kecil dan ringan, tahan terhadap interferensi elektromagnetik dan interferensi frekuensi radio sehingga bebas dari crosstalk. Salah satu sistem transmisi fiber optik antar negara yang sedang berkembang adalah sistem komunikasi kabel laut Matrix Cable System (MCS) yang menghubungkan Jakarta dengan Singapura. Namun sistem komunikasi kabel laut Matrix Cable Systems (MCS) memerlukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan untuk menjaga kestabilan trafik infomasi yang berupa voice dan data. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai analisis gangguan transmisi pada sistem komunikasi kabel laut Matrix Cable System Jakarta – Singapura yang disebabkan oleh fiber cut.
