Abstract

Abstrack, The existence of capital markets can provide benefits to allparties involved in capital market activities. The existence of capitalmarket specifically benefit the two parties who have excess funds(investors) and those who need the funds (issuer) The aim of thisstudy to determine the effect Earning Per Share (EPS), Price EarningRatio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) , return on Equity (ROE)and Economic Value Added (EVA) to return stock at the company’sFood and Beverages. Result, that of simultaneous these variablesdid not have a significant influence. Abstract

Abstract: Various attempts were made to build University image andone of them is to provide a great quality service for students, so cancreate a trustful campus image through student satisfaction. Qualityservices such as direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,and empathy that given to students are a powerful benefits for easinessand convenience obtained service. Meanwhile, campus image suchas corporate image, user image, and product image with mediatingvariables satisfaction regarding product expectation and value. Thisresearch shows that direct effect of service quality in campus imageIt means that provided quality service standard can exceed customerexpectations so it can increase campus image, and student satisfactionvariable can not be used as intervening variable. It means that studentsatisfaction variable has not been able to strengthen (moderating)relationship between service quality and campus image.Key words: Quality services, Campus image and Satisfaction.

Abstract: Today, healthiness and environmental problem hasbecame people’s attention around the world. The impact of damagedenvironment can seem clearly. Environmental problem is closelyrelated to healthiness problem. Nowadays, some countries have donesome efforts to reduce the environmental and healthiness problem.Recently, Green consumer behavior becomes a major focus becauseit can be the solutions to minimize environmental and healthinessproblems. Most people begin to realize the behavior of environmentalcare and change their habit include usage habits of goods. The societybegin to switch to consume green product as their efforts to minimalizenegative impact of the consumption of products. Motivation have animportant role to affected society’s behavior. Obviously, the society’sbehavior in every country in green consumer behavior are different.That motivation then affect the purchasing decisions for consumers. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of competenciestoward performance assessment of lecture in the budget practicelearning from student’s perspective on STIE Madani Balikpapan.Data analyse method that used in this research are validity andreliability test; classical assumption test (normality, multicollinierity,heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation); and Multiple Linier RegressionAnalyse (correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, t test/significantion test). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,656so that it can be said that the independent variables toward dependentvariable in this research can giving the strength correlation. Result ofdetermination coefficient (R2) = 0,414 it can be said the independentvariables can be explain the dependent variable of equal to 41,4%only. While the rest equal to 58,6% explained by other variable fromoutside model. The result of significantion test could be explained :(1) there are have a significant effect of Pedagogical Competenceon Lecture Performance; (2) there are have a significant effect ofProfesional Competence on Lecture Performance; (3) and thereare have a significant effect of Personality Competence on LecturePerformance; (4) there aren’t have a significant effect of SocialCompetence on Lecture Performance.Keywords : Pedagogical Competence, Profesional Competence,Personality Competence, Social Competence, , Lecture Performance.

Abstract

Abstract : Education is a social activity that enable people still existand improve. STIE Madani Balikpapan as an educational institutionneeds to pay attention to the service to students. Service as an importantelement that effects the quality of students satisfaction. Bottom lineservice is the supporting factor to service marketing activity of STIEMadani Balikpapan in order to improve the service quality to studentsof STIE Madani Balikpapan. The research objectives are able tofind out and analyze the effects of service quality which consists ofvariabels of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, andempathy. Also to find out which variabel has the dominant effect.This is a descriptive quantitative research. The number of populationis 174 people while the sample is 64 using the Slovin formula withthe mistake average is 10%. This research uses multiple regressionanalysis with the validity and reliability test to test the questionnaireitems. The result of the research showed that there is a significanteffect between tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, andempathy to the student satisfaction in STIE Madani Balikpapan withthe percentage of 52,9%. The hypotheses test partially showed thatassurance has dominant effect with the value of t-count is 4,711 >2,002 with the significant 0,000 , 0,05.Keyword : Satisfaction, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness,assurance dan empathy

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency andtotal productivity of Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2010-2014 usingDEA method and Malmquist Index method. Results of this researchindicate that efficiency growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Data Envelopment Analysis method is increasedand total productivity growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Malmquist Index method is increased. From 11Islamic banks in Indonesia that selected as research sample, BankMuamalat Indonesia had the highest performance of efficiency andtotal productivity from 2010-2014.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Banking is one sector that is influential in boostingthe economy, especially in Indonesia. To maintain stability, the bankmust have strategy in order to survive or to grow larger, such as amerger or acquisition. This study aimed to analyze the objective RiskProfile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital in thebanking of merger acquisition in 2008-2011. In this study, the dataobtained from the three banks of merger acquisition and analyzedusing Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study refer that theperformance of the bank as a variable NPL, LDR, the Board ofIndependent Commissioners in three banks do not have significantdifferences. Variable Audit Committee, ROA, NIM and ROA showstwo banks do not have significant differences and one bank has asignificant difference. Variable CAR indicates one bank do not havesignificant differences, and two banks have a significant differencebetween before and after the bank merger acquisition.
