Abstract

This research is a survey of studies using research type description (explanatory research). The sample used was 100 people respondents from user in library of the State University of Malang. The sample in this study is taken by using the propational method of stratified random sampling in order to balance the sample from each stratum was adequate. The samples were taken on the basis of the proportion of student visits to library of the State University of Malang during the past year i.e., 2014.The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence in partial dimensions between the quality of service (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) towards the satisfaction of user is quite good although there is still some respondents who provide answer “less well”. (2) There are significant effects simultaneously between the dimensions of service quality (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) against user satisfaction. (3) the fact that the direct evidence of the variables (X 1) do not have the greatest influence towards the satisfaction of user (Y) contribute the largest or dominant service quality dimensions (X) which has the greatest influence user satisfaction (Y) is the variable dimensions of empathy (X 5). Followed by the dimension of responsiveness (X 3) and followed by the dimension of the guarantee (X 4) as well as the dimension of reliability (X 2).

Abstract

Abstract Information systems as a set of interconnected components that function to collect, process, store and distribute information to support decision-making and supervision within the organization. The use of information system technology (SI) can improve user performance will be largely determined on the quality of the information system. Use of information system technology used by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk one of them in 2008 issued the type of electronic channel that has been implemented for BRI customers are ATM, Phone Banking, SMS Banking, Kiosk, MiniATM and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk as a bank organization with a very large number and distribution of work units, makes information technology an important and decisive factor to create integration and optimize network utilization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality and service quality on individual performance as user of information system technology in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Banyuwangi. The sample in this research is 90 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Banyuwangi. The results showed that the variable of information quality, system quality and service quality partially influence Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Banyuwangi Branch. While simultaneous testing Variable information quality, system quality and service quality together affect the performance of induvidual employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTA green product purchasing has already become a lifestyle nowadays. A Green product is better than convensional product because a green product deosn’t have a dangerous chemical for it’s produc.The example of a green product which will be explained is cosmetic. Cosmetic is the needed product everyday and everywhere. Everyone have different buying interest for green cosmetic product no matter woman or man need cosmetic everyday include models, teenagers, oldman. Especially in this new world cosmetic manifold green product is more interest than convensional product. At the time of developing era many people buy and choos the natural ones more than convensional, it isn’t seen from the result but it’s about naturally and safety. Supported by increasing advanced in information technology, make cosmetic not only sell for beauty but sell to care for the skin. Consumers can get many benefits if they buy a green product. Whitout additives and fresher when consumer use the green product, and if we see in different views convensional product is danger because people made them with preservatives and harmful ingredients which harm our body skin. That is what causes counsumers start to move and make decision to buying for green product than convensional product. Seen from consumer buying interest, consumer really care and racing to use natural cosmetic. They race to look attractive with green cosmetic product. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation to job satisfaction and motivation and its impact on employee performance at PDAM Wonogiri. The data is primary data by sampling samples in this study were 100 employees at PDAM Wonogiri. Sampling technique in this study using census data in this research will be obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire. The analytical tool used Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, analysis and regression lines by t test, F test and test R2.T test results showed that organizational culture has significant influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has significant influence on the job satisfaction. Organizational culture has significant effect on motivation. Compensation has significant effect on motivation. Cultural organizations has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfaction has significantly influence on employee performance. Employee motivation has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously test results (Test F) can be inferred simultaneously that organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and employee motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. R2 total of 99.7%. This means that the employee's performance is explained by organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and motivation of employees by 99.7% and the remaining 0.3% is explained by other variables outside model such . the competence. The conclusion of this path analysis showed that the use of an intervening variable of job satisfaction and motivation of employees in order to improve performance, to variable organizational culture is not effective. The most effective path to improving employee performance is the direct path of organizational culture on employee performance, because it has the greatest influence, positive and significant.Keywords : organizational culture, job satisfaction and motivation compensation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: The description provides a brief description of the emergence of thinking abaut accounting for subtainability and related issues. Staring with a brief summary of the abstraction, followed by a discussion of limitations of the current accounting system in considering the impact of non-monetery, and brief comment abaut the debate over the divination of substainability (required in order to develop quidelines for the implementation in practice). The next section, a review of literature on non-market valuation, such assesments ecological footprints, triple bottom line reporting and trends in environmental accounting. Abstract

Abstract: The number of online shoppers in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase, as well as the number of online shops in various online media are increasing sharply, the competition is also getting intensive and inevitable. The results showed that the variable of Service Quality had a direct effect on trust, with beta coefficient value (β) 0,335. Furthermore, Service Quality has a direct influence on Loyalty of 0.332, whereas Trust has a direct influence on Loyalty of 0.482. And each with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (α). Based on the result of lane analysis shows the indirect effect of Quality of Service to Loyalty through Trust that is (0,482x 0,335) = 0,161, because beta coefficient value 0,161 <0,332, then variable of Trust can not moderate relation between Quality of Service to Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract.This study was conducted to prove whether the level of business risk and financial risk from family firm significant lower than the average of the consumer goods industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data, financial reports companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. Data was collected using documentation method. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, the number of samples i this study were 8 family companies . Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic factors consisting of Inflation, Interest Rates SBI, GDP, and Exchange Rate on Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2000-2014 as well as to determine which variables are the dominant influence on JCI. Population in this research was the data rate of inflation, interest rates SBI, GDP per capita, the rupiah against the US Dollar and the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange from Year 1952 until now, and the sample in this research was the data rate of inflation, interest rates SBI, GDP per capita value of the Rupiah against the US Dollar and the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2000 to 2014. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analyzis was used multiple linear regression. The Year 2000-2014 was chose to limit the scope of the study. The results of this study showed that four independent variables simultaneously influenced changes significantly in JCI. GDP, Interest Rate SBI and rupiah exchange rate was significantly influence JCI, while inflation variable had no significant effect on JCI.
