Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation to job satisfaction and motivation and its impact on employee performance at PDAM Wonogiri. The data is primary data by sampling samples in this study were 100 employees at PDAM Wonogiri. Sampling technique in this study using census data in this research will be obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire. The analytical tool used Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, analysis and regression lines by t test, F test and test R2.T test results showed that organizational culture has significant influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has significant influence on the job satisfaction. Organizational culture has significant effect on motivation. Compensation has significant effect on motivation. Cultural organizations has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfaction has significantly influence on employee performance. Employee motivation has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously test results (Test F) can be inferred simultaneously that organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and employee motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. R2 total of 99.7%. This means that the employee's performance is explained by organizational culture, compensation, job satisfaction and motivation of employees by 99.7% and the remaining 0.3% is explained by other variables outside model such . the competence. The conclusion of this path analysis showed that the use of an intervening variable of job satisfaction and motivation of employees in order to improve performance, to variable organizational culture is not effective. The most effective path to improving employee performance is the direct path of organizational culture on employee performance, because it has the greatest influence, positive and significant.Keywords : organizational culture, job satisfaction and motivation compensation, employee performance

Abstract

The implementation of green banking principle is reflected in a series of initiatives for the community program, community development and business programs, and encourages investment in more responsible businesses as a form of Bank's high concern for the environment. This study aims to analyze Green Investment, and Green Competitive Strategies that have an impact on the implementation of Green Banking in Surakarta City. This research was a survey conducted on bank customer in Surakarta City. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. Data collection methods use in this study were questionnaire and observation. The analysis technique used includes the test of the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability test; classic assumption test include: heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that green investment and green competitive strategies have an impact on the implementation of green banking in Surakarta City. The variable that has the greatest impact is Green Competitive Strategies.

Abstract

Aset kekayaan intelektual memiliki nilai karena memiliki perlindungan hukum, memiliki nilai dalam bisnis (eksklusifitas, memperbarui jenis bisnisnya, mendapatkan harga premium), menciptakan penghasilan (income), mendatangkan investor dan mendorong riset dan pengembangan teknologi. Secara ekonomi kekayaan intelektual merupakan aset yang bersifat skalabel atau mudah mengakomodasi perubahan. Aset kekayaan intelektual tidak mengalami depresiasi (penyusutan), sebanyak apapun digunakan, nilai kekayaan intelektual tidak akan berkurang bahkan bertambah seiring meningkatnya nilai dari kekayaan intelektual itu sendiri. Nilai kekayaan intelektual dapat dimanfaatkan disertai dengan aset pendukung seperti teknologi, sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas produksi. Program Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepemilikan hak kekayaan intelektual oleh masyarakat khususnya hak cipta dan peningkatan pemasaran yang berorientasi eksport.Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan pada anggota kelompok masyarakat atau UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo tentang kepemilikan hak kekayaan intelektual oleh masyarakat khususnya hak cipta dan peningkatan pemasaran yang berorientasi eksport, selanjutnya melakukan pendampingan dalam pemasaran. Keseluruhan kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Tim.Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan hasil peningkatan kepemilikan hak kekayaan intelektual oleh masyarakat khususnya hak cipta dan dapat memastikan jaminan perlindungan atas produk mebel yang dihasilkan UMKM dan mampu meningkatkan pemasaran produk yang berorientasi eksport.Keywords: hak cipta, pemasaran, mebel, umkm

Abstract

Abstract: Not much research focuses on corporate social responsibility toward commitment of employees. This study aims toanalyze the influence of corporate social responsibility toward Employee Performance and the role of organization commitment in mediating the effect of corporate social responsibility toward Employee Performance. This research was exploratory research based on primary data. Primary data was collected from professional employees who work in different organizations. The population in this study is the professional employees of different organizations or institutions where such organization or institution has been carrying out CSR activities in the city of Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is the path analysis; hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the commitment of the organization can affect the performance of employees so that social responsibility becomes very important in helping improve the welfare of employees so that impact employee commitment to the organization increases and gives a good reputation for the company to provide benefits competitive and create the maximum employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of marketing capability, operations capability, management practices and environmental investment on the environmental performance of agro-industry companies. This research conducted a survey research on all employees of 120 agroindustry companies. The samples were selected with proportionate stratified random sampling based on management level of the companies. The data were compiled from questionnaires and field observations. After the validity and reliability test, a set of classical assumptions were undergone to determine the variable relations, along with the hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that marketing capability, operations capability, management practices, and environmental investments have effects on environmental performance.
