Abstract

ABSTRACT. Lecturers are one of the important components in Higher Education. The roles, duties and responsibilities of lecturers become an important matter in the role of contributing to the realization of the National Education Goals. One component is the involvement of lecturers in implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education as a form of lecturer performance. The Tridharma includes education and teaching, research, and community service. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of private university (PTS) middle class lecturers in Malang City, especially in the field of research, which has not received much attention. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 40 PTS lecturers in the middle cluster in Malang City. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of ability and expertise (X1), motivation (X2), organizational resources (X3), leadership (X4), and organizational structure (X5) simultaneously affected the research performance of PTS lecturers in the middle cluster in Malang. Keywords: Ability And Expertise, Motivation, Organizational Resources, Leadership, Organizational Structure, Lecturer Research Performance

Abstract

Abstract. Relationship marketing is an effort to build a good constructive relationship with selected costumers (loyality) in order to achieve long-term marketing success through costumer satisfaction data packet. The results of this study showed that relationship marketing had a direct effect of satisfactory (0.745). Relationship marketing had also directly affect of loyality (0.237) and satisfactory had a direct effect with loyality (0.405). The results about indirect effect of relationship marketing with loyality through satisfactory is (0.745 x 0405) = 0.302, because beta coefficient value 0.234 < 0.302, so satisfactory variable could mediate relationship marketing with loyality. Key word : Relationship marketing, loyality, costumer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstraction. Credit Evaluation is an important element in lending to debtors. Crediting activities required a good and thorough analysis of all aspects of credit that can support the crediting process, in order to prevent the emergence of a credit risk. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of giving credit made by the PT BPR Artha Sari Kencana Malang. From the result of data analysis using 6C analysis tool that is character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition and compliance stated that most of the debtor deserve credit from PT BPR Artha Sari Kencana Malang. Based on the 6C analysis tool, it was found that eligible credit received 80% (as many as 12 people), while unacceptable credit received 20% (as many as 3 people). Keyword: evaluation, credit

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the quality of education is a development target in the field of national education and is an integral part of efforts to improve human quality in East Timor. For that the teacher as the agent of learning is required to be able to carry out the learning process as well as possible. This study aims to explain: (1) The influence of school principal supervision, compensation, and motivation together on teacher performance. (2) The influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance. (3) Effect of work compensation on teacher performance. (4) Effect of work motivation on teacher performance. (5) The most variable contributes between the principal's supervision, compensation, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research method explains that the research location was conducted at Akanuno elementary school, Motakiik elementary school and Hera primary school in East Timor. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables in this study include school principal supervision, compensation, work motivation, and teacher performance. The population of this study were all Akanuno elementary school teachers, Motakiik elementary school, and Hera elementary school. The sample used was 45 respondents consisting of all elementary school teachers from 15 teachers, Motakiik elementary school 15 teachers and Hera elementary school 15 teachers, so that a total of 45 primary school teachers matched the research criteria and data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Supervision of principals, compensation, and work motivation together had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (2) Supervision of school principals has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (5) Work motivation is proven to contribute the most to teacher performance.Keywords: Principal Supervision, Compensation, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effect quality of services toward consumer satisfaction on UPT region III Klandasan traditional market. Several factors that can be considered in assessing a service given to consumers are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. This research used quantitative method with primary data sources and using simple random sampling method with 280 respondents.Data analyse method that used in this research are classical assumption test (normality, multicollinierity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation) and Multiple Linier Regression Analyse (correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, F test/varians analyse, t test/significantion test). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,529  so that it can be said that the independent variables toward dependent variable in this research can giving the strong enough correlation. Result of Test Varians (F) express the Ho can be accepted because Fcount> Ftable or 21,272>2,247. Its meaning that variable of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible by together did have the influence which significant to consumer satisfaction. The result of significantion test could be explained : (1) there are a significant effect of reliability on consumer satisfaction (2) there are a significant effect of responsiveness on consumer satisfaction (3) there are not a significant effect of assurance on consumer satisfaction (4) there are not a significant effect of empathy on consumer satisfaction, and (5) there are not a significant effect of tangible on consumer satisfaction. Keywords:       reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: From the results of this thesis research work motivation and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that work motivation and work environment affect employee perceptions of job satisfaction. Good job satisfaction increases employee desires can be an intervening variable for motivation and work environment on employee performance. Work motivation and work environment have a higher coefficient value when it directly affects performance, compared to when through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant work motivation, work environment on performance and job satisfaction as mediating variables for employees of the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika,  Batu City. The population in this study were all employees totaling 82 employees using the census method. By using path analysis.Suggestion for research is that organizations must be more intense in paying attention to work motivation and an adequate work environment on the performance of their employees so that job satisfaction is quickly achieved. Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aimed to examine the effect of the price, promotion and location of the consumers decision to shop in Giant Extra Balikpapan. Type of research use is descriptive quantitative and data sources use is type of data primary to 90 responden.Based on test result regresi linear berganda, price, promotion and location on simultan of the consumers decision to shop amount 11,552. The test parsial variable price and promotion give signifikan effect of the consumers decision to shop amount 2,316 and 3,643.And then variable location not give signifikan effect of the consumers decision amount 0,33.The Giant Extra Balikpapan, will be keep price and promotion Key words: price, promotion, location, consumers decision.

Abstract

Abstract:Go-jek is the company who created services Ojek based online, namely services Ojek  ordercan be done through application that readily in download by the user smartphone good android and ios . Competition in business modes of transportation demanding Go-Jek to formulate strategy proper that its position as leader unwavering. Research aims to understand result of formulating strategy to Go-jek.Co.by using the method QSPM. The kind of research it uses a qualitative methodology descriptive from the analysis business development strategy use IFE and EFEmatrix, IEmatrix, training and QSPM matrix. The research results show that Go-Jek are in a position strong in exploit the power of owned and able to overcome the weaknesses that exist, with a total IFE 3,4144 and are being in exploiting the opportunity for existing and address the threat of with a total EFE 2,7234. Keyword: Strategi, IFE, EFE, SWOT,  QSPM.
