Abstract

This research is motivated by the teacher's perception or teacher's view of children with special needs in schools providing inclusive education. The teacher's perception will greatly affect the learning process in schools. This study aims to determine the views of classroom teachers in primary schools providing inclusive education to children with special needs in Kampar Regency. Aspects of perception that are described are in the form of teacher knowledge of children with special needs and teacher attitudes towards children with special needs. The method used is descriptive quantitative research using data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to teachers as respondents. Determination of the sample using totally sampling technique. Data analysis using percentage calculation technique. The results of this study indicate that most teachers (56.72%) have a good understanding of children with special needs and most teachers (77.14%) have a good attitude towards children with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran keterampilan menyulam dengan model demonstrasi terhadap motorik halus siswa tunagrahita di Terapi Qurrota A’yun Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode pretest and posttest. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian merupakan dua orang siswa tunagrahita di Terapi Qurrota A’yun Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari pengenalan alat dan bahan serta proses kegiatan menyulam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh atau peningkatan positif dari model demonstrasi terhadap motorik halus siswa dalam pembelajaran kegiatan menyulam. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa K dan T sebelum diberikan perlakuan atau treatment dengan setelah diberikannya treatment yang dapat dibuktikan dengan skor persentase. Pada siswa K sebelum diberikan treatment berada pada persentase 69%, setelah diberikan treatment berada pada persentase 90,0%. Pada siswa T sebelum diberikannya treatment  berada pada persentase 75,7%, sedangkan setelah diberikan treatment berada pada persentase 84,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan motorik halus dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menyulam siswa tunagrahita di Terapi Qurrota A’yun Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to prove whether flip fold media can improve the ability to fold clothes in children with Down syndrome. This study uses an experimental research type in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. The data analysis technique used was graphical visual analysis. The results of data analysis from 18 observations in 3 conditions, namely at baseline (A1) obtained results of 8%, 17%, 25%, 25%, 25%, 25%. In the intervention (B) the results were 38%, 46%, 50%, 54%, 67%, 79%, 79%, 79%. Finally, at the baseline (A2) the results were 75%, 83%, 88%, 88 %, 88%. The results showed that the ability to fold clothes increased after using flip fold media in children with Down syndrome class III/C at the Karya Inspirasi Mandiri Foundation

Abstract

This research is a research that uses qualitative research methods. The background of the research found problems in the learning system in schools from face-to-face learning to distance learning due to the covid-19 pandemic, both regular schools and special schools (SLB). This study aims to describe how the planning, implementation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of distance learning for children with communication disorders at SDS Lab Setiabudi Jakarta. The research hypotheses are: 1) Planning by compiling programs includes essential materials and teacher's ability to use technology, 2) Implementation using online and offline methods with strategies utilizing technology, 3) Supporting factors include collaboration between the school and parents, assistance from the school and free quota assistance from the government, 4) The inhibiting factors for the implementation of distance learning are parents who have permanent jobs, parents who do not understand the task, and where students live who have difficulty accessing the internet network.
