Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems that investigators found in special schools YPAC West Sumatra. This school is no IT learning about graphic design, in particular the development of Software Coreldraw. Viewed in terms of the benefit is great to support the skills of children with hearing impairment in the design world garfis. But the teacher just taught merely to note, even though the potential of the child's good enough to be developed, considering the child with special needs.In this study, researchers used the experimental method in the form of pre-experimental design or often also referred to as quasi experiment with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. In this study tests performed twice: before the experiment and after the experiment. Tests were performed prior to the experiment (01) is called pretest, and tests after the experiment (02) called the posttest. The value of the pretest and posttest processed and compared using the Mann Whitney test.From the results of the study revealed that children's ability to operate Software Coreldraw when analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. Retrieved Uhit = 0.5 and Utab = 0 to n = 4 at significant level of 95% and α = 0.05. The alternate hypothesis is accepted because Uhit> Utab, so it is evident that peer tutors approach is effective in improving the skills operate software CorelDraw for deaf children in SLB YPAC West Sumatra. Key words :Coreldraw Software Operation; Peer Tutoring Approach;    With Hearing Impairment Children

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan,seorang  anak  tunagrahita  ringan  X  kelas  DI/C  belum  bisa  mengenal  warna. Setelah dilakukan asesmen ternyata anak belum mengenal warna, termasuk warna dasar. Maka dari itu peneliti berupaya membantu anak untuk meningkatan kemampuan mengenal warna dasar melalui permainan teropong warna.Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  meningkatkan  kemampuan  mengenal warna dasar bagi anak tunagrahita ringan X kelas DI/C di Yayasan Hikmah Miftahul  Jannah  Padang.  Jenis  penelitian  ini  adalah  Single  Subject  Research (SSR). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain A-B. Kondisi A adalah baseline yakni kondisi awal kemampuan anak dalam mengenal warna dasar sebelum diberikan tindakan. Kondisi B merupakan kondisi intervensi yang artinya anak diberikan perlakuan melalui permainan teropong warna.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal warna dasar anak tunagrahita ringan X meningkat setelah diberikan intervensi melalui permainan teropong warna. Kondisi baseline yang dilakukan selama lima kali pengamatan anak hanya memperoleh skor 1, pada kondisi intervensi yang dilakukan sebanyak 11 kali pengamatan kemampuan anak semakin meningkat yaitu anak bisa mengenal tiga warna dasar dengan benar sehingga anak memperoleh skor tertinggi  yaitu 9.  Dengan demikian hipotesis  yang  diajukan sebelumnya dapat diterima, artinya kemampuan anak tunagrahita ringan X dapat meningkat melalui permainan teropong warna. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dan perbandingan untuk membantu anak yang mengalami hambatan dalam mengenal konsep warna. Kata kunci: Anak tunagrahita ringan,Permainan teropong warna,Warna dasar

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini di latar belakangi adanya perbedaan Persepsi Guru Dalam Merancang RPP Kurikulum 2013 di SLB se-Kota Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang persepsi atau cara pandang guru dalam merancang RPP kurikulum 2013.Metodologi dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah totaly sampling dengan jumlah responden dari seluruh guru kelas I, IV dan VII di SLB Se-Kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket menggunakan skala Likert dengan alternatif jawaban ya, ragu-ragu dan tidak, dengan jumlah item 65 yang berkenaan dengan Persepsi guru dalam merancang RPP kurikulum 2013. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik persentase.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan persepsi Guru Dalam Merancang RPP Kurikulum 2013 di SLB se-Kota Padang termasuk dalam kategori baik, yang artinya secara umum guru sudah menguasai secara baik Perancangan RPP Kurikulum 2013. Disarankan kepada guru untuk melakukan pelatihan intensif agar lebih memahami Perancangan RPP Kurikulum 2013.Kata kunci : RPP; Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was initiated by the problem found in class IV indicating that student got difficulties in understanding the concept of direction. Instructed to do something related to right, left, in front of and behind direction, he was unable to follow the instruction given. This research was aimed at examining whether the activities of exploration, elaboration, and confirmation could increase the student's understanding on the concept of direction.This was an experimental research which applied Single Subject Research (SSR) method and A-B-A design. The data gathered were analyzed by using visual analysis of graphic. The number of instructions responded correctly was tallied. The variable was measured by using frequency technique.The percentage of the data overlapped in the activities of exploration, elaboration and confirmation was small. The smaller the number of the data overlapped the better the intervention affected the target behavior. Based on these results, it was concluded that the activities of exploration, elaboration, and confirmation could increase the student's understanding on the concept of direction. Therefore, it was recommended to the teachers to do the activities exploration, elaboration, and confirmation to introduce the concept of direction to the students with light metal retardation. Keyword: Anak tunagrahita ;konsep arah; kegiatan pembelajaran

Abstract

This research was done due to the findings in the field related to the learning process conducted by the special guidance teachers for the students with special needs at SD N 14 Koto Panjang. . In the learning process, the students were guided classically for their similar ability and similar difficulties. The learning programs were designed and applied as individual learning program (called as PPI) for the students with special needs. This research focused on the problems faced by the special guidance teachers to conduct Individual Learning Program in the form of planning, acting and evaluating. This was a descriptive qualitative research. The informants of the research were the special guidance teachers. The results of the research showed that the special guidance teachers taught in the special classes. the special guidance teachers was less sufficient and the teachers taught in the special classes were less experienced to create appropriate learning activities for the students with special needs. Therefore, it was expected to the teachers to have more understanding on the process of planning, acting and evaluating of individual learning program.Keywords: special guidance teachers; individual learning program; students with special needs

Abstract

The background of this research background by mild mental retardation found child class II in SLB N Manggis Ganting Bukittinggi. Problems found were children unable to recognize letter vocals. While the curriculum the child is able to read simple sentences, but after an assessment conducted children's ability to recognize vowel in can be 20%.Where children are only able to mention, show and write a letter. Based on the researchers aim to prove whether jarikubaca method can improve the ability of a vowel to the child. This type of research is the single subject research (SSR), with ABA design and analysis of research data using visual analysis chart.Analysis of the data showed that baseline (A1) performed five times with a mean level of 25%, the percentage of 100% stability tendency towards stable (=). continued intervention (B) for eight times the mean level of 80.20%, the percentage of stability 12.5%, a trend toward increased (+). Further baseline condition (A2) is performed five times with a mean level of 91.66%, the percentage of 0% stability tendency towards increased (+). There is also the inter-state analysis of the data obtained changes in condition B / A1 is +25, and A2 / B is +25. Overlape on data analysis B / A 0% and B / A2 12.5%. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted jarikubaca method can improve the ability to know the vowel for mild mental retardation children in SLB class II N Manggis Ganting Bukittinggi. Keyword : Letter vocals, mild mental retardation; jarikubaca method

Abstract

Abstract :Motor development is the growth process of a child's motor skills. Basically, these developments evolve in line with less maturity of the nerves and muscles of children. Thus, any simple movement of any kind, is the result of a complex interaction patterns of the various parts and systems in the body that is controlled by the brain.Starting from the observation that the researchers found when observation of cerebral palsy children have not been able through a rough phase motor phase is running straight ahead, until the observation after the treatment given to the target behavior gross motor skills. The purpose of this study prove plank can improve gross motor skills in children cerebral palsy spastic type. This research uses experimental approach in the form of single subject research (SSR) with multiple baseline design cross variables and data analysis using the technique of visual analysis chart.Analysis of the data shows that the first baseline before the given intervention conducted for 6 days with a mean level of 6.7 and a tendency toward increased slightly intervention continued for 12 days with a mean level of 3.58, a tendency towards increasing and improving data changes (+). Furthermore, a second baseline condition after the intervention for 8 days with a tendency toward increased (+). The target behavior has a data overlape 0%. It was concluded that the plank can improve gross motor skills for the type of spastic cerebral palsy children. Based on the results of this study should teachers create new learning strategies to train the child's gross motor skills for the type of spastic cerebral palsy. Kata Kunci : Papan Titian; Keseimbangan Berjalan; Anak Cerebral Palsy

Abstract

AbstractThis research was initiated by the problem found at Panti Sosial Bina Netra Tuah Sakato Padang showing that a student visual impairment was unable to saute water spinach well. She had less understanding on the steps of cooking vegetable appropriately so that she needed help to. This was a quasi experimental research which used one group pretest-posttest design. In this research, the pretest was administered to the subject prior to the treatment of Mastery Learning strategy. After the treatment given, a posttest then was conducted. The scores gotten in the pretest and posttest were analyzed and compared by using Mann Whitney U-Test. The results of the research indicated that the skill of the student with visual impairment to saute the water spinach in the pretest was 40,2% and in the posttest was 85,32%. Furthermore, the result of U-test showed that the value of Ucalculated was 0.5 and Utable was 0 in which n=4 on the significance level 95% and α = 0.05. As the value of Ucalculated was higher than Utable, it was proved that the use of Mastery Learning strategy was effective to increase the skill of the student with visual impairment to saute the water spinach. Based on this result, it was suggested to the teachers to apply Mastering Learning strategy to teach the students with visual impairment to cook.Keywords: mastery learning strategy, blind, skills, cooking, vegetable

Abstract

This research motivated by the findings at SLB Fan Redha Padang. About children with physical disabilities X are not familiar with consonants. Researchers want to improve the ability to know bilabial consonants (b, p and m). Researchers want to improve the ability to know bilabial consonants (b, p and m) were presented at the beginning, middle and end of words with mind mapping technique. The aim of research to prove whether the min mapping technique effective to improve recognize letters. The research approach A-B-A single subject research design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis graph. Based on the research results, mind mapping is effective techniques to improve the ability to know letters for children with physical disabilities in SLB Fan Redha Padang. Further, the results of this research were expected to be useful for both teachers and the upcoming researcher if similar case was found. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan, yakni anak kesulitan belajar X yang mengalami kesulitan                dalam menulis.           Penelitian                   ini          bertujuan   untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis melalui latihan menulis huruf tegak bersambung pada anak kesulitan belajar kelas III di S DN 18 Koto Luar Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan menggunakan desain A-B. Dimana kondisi A (baseline) adalah kondisi awal anak dalam menulis sebelum diberikan perlakuan. Kondisi B (intervensi) dimana anak diberikan                   perlakuan    melalui     latihan    menulis     huruf    tegak bersambung.     Kata k unci: ke mampuan menulis; lati han menulis huruf tegak bersambung, anak kesulitan belajar.
