Abstract

Service quality is a strategy that is very important for the development and success of business organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dominant variables in MRT Jakarta infrastructure services on customer satisfaction performance and to find solutions to the dominant variables found. The hypothesis of this research is whether or not there is an effect of MRT Jakarta infrastructure services on customer satisfaction performance with the Covid 19 pandemic. The results obtained through the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were 85.38% and stated that customers were very satisfied with the MRT Jakarta services provided. In the Importance Performance Index (IPA) analysis with a Cartesian diagram, there are three dominant variables of MRT Jakarta services on customer satisfaction performance. Judging from the level of performance and importance of the quality of MRT Jakarta services, on average, it is good, so that the MRT Jakarta management must prioritize several variables to be improved and maintain those variables that are considered to be in accordance with customer expectations.

Abstract

An acidic environment can be found in many situations such as acid rain, fog, acidic ground water, sewage systems and chemical plants. Acidic environments containing acidic chemicals can slowly damage concrete from the edges and corners of the concrete by releasing it granules of concrete particles so that the concrete becomes porous. The use of crystaline material or crystal material that can be used as added material in concrete to improve the watertightness and resistance of concrete to acid because it is able to fill and clog pores, capillaries, micro crevices , and other holes with crystalline form that are not soluble and are very resistant to formation, research was conducted to determine the effect of crystalline material on normal concrete using type I and type V cement against, density, concrete compressive strength and workability. Tests carried out by the use of crystalline material mix PRAH CA-1000 and mix PRAH CA-5000 with a variation of 0.5% - 1.2%. The test object used is Cylinder 10 cm x 20 cm by 60 pieces, testing is carried out at the age of concrete 3 , 7, 28 days for concrete density and 28 days for compressive strength. The results of the study note that the results of the addition of Crystalline and the use of different types of cement in normal concrete can affect the compressive strength of concrete and do not affect the traceability, optimal type of Crystalline Admixture in testing concrete specimens after exposure to sulfuric acid (H2SO4) is mix PRAH CA-5000.

Abstract

The booming population growth is the reason it is difficult to have a comfortable place to live like housing in several big cities. Various apartment development projects in big cities are carried out by developers to fulfill public needs, besides the high land price and limited land, it is also the reason for the construction of apartments with adequate facilities. Bekasi City is one of the big cities that looks promising for vertical housing seekers because of the low price offered. The purpose of this research is to identify the factor causes of construction delays, the most dominant factors that causes the delay and find control measures consist of preventive and corrective action in order to minimize project delays. This research used quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are project employees. This research used 3 stage questionnaire and the results will be conducted to test validity and reliability using statistical software and analysis of Importance Index (II). The results of this research the ABC apartment development project has 5 factors that most dominant, consisting of Late Payments by Owner (51.80%), Late Payments to Workers (51.17%), The Owner is Late for Making Decisions (49%), Unoptimal Worker Productivity (42.87%), and Lack of Manpower (42, 00%).

Abstract

E-Proc or Electronic Procurement, namely procurement of goods and services electronically, according to Presidential Regulation Number 16 Year 2018, the Procurement of Goods / Services is conducted electronically using an information system consisting of an Electronic Procurement System and a support system. The purpose of this study is to study the dominant factors. In this study sixteen variables were used which were divided into 2 categories, namely the human factor category and the technology characteristic factor category, each consisting of variables. The questionnaire method was chosen as a source of data distributed to service users and service providers, the results of the questionnaire obtained will be tested for Validity and Reliability Test using statistical applications and Relative Importance Index (RII) Analysis. The five most dominant factors will be selected as research results, and it is expected that research factors can be studied for other Ministries / Institutions in implementing the E-Proc system.

Abstract

The very rapid development of telecommunications in Indonesia has made business actors in the telecommunications sector compete in building telecommunications towers to fill the entire network throughout Indonesia. As a result of the increasing need for telecommunications services, towers and Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) are increasingly relatively close, especially in urban areas, land problems for tower construction are one of the constraints in improving telecommunications networks, so that the construction of towers on buildings ( roof top) is one solution. As a result of this increase, the tower load increases, it can affect the structure of the building under the tower. This paper describes a re-analysis of the building structure due to additional loads on the tower.

Abstract

The number of traffic accidents that increase every year can be caused by factors such as drivers, vehicles, roads and the environment. In Indonesia, traffic accidents are one of the problems in the transportation sector. Prevention taken so far to anticipate accidents is only based on data on the quantity of accidents that have occurred. Whereas the factors or events that can cause accidents are the biggest contributor to accidents. For example, driving a vehicle in an orderly manner, driving at a speed above the average determined traffic regulation and non-standard road conditions. This research was conducted to identify accident-prone locations in an area by identifying and analyzing each segment based on point coordinates in the accident data and applying it to the AEK method. The research location is on the Kalimalang Canal Inspection road, East Jakarta which is divided into 5 segments. And these segments start from the border of Bekasi with East Jakarta to Cawang East Jakarta. The results show that the research location has the potential as an accident-prone area where the location is in segment 5 and on these roads after surveying it is found that there are several points. which do not have road markings, minimal road signs, several damaged road points, and incomplete street lighting. Which can result in traffic accidents

Abstract

At the process of procurement construction project, to choose a qualified tools supplier will help the work on project to run without any obstacles and right on schedule. In the choose a tools supplier without any specific policy, will causing the contractor disadvantages in time, cost and quality because the lack of professionality from the supplier. As a solutive act, a contractor must made a choice based on some of positive aspect that owned by the supplier. The purpose of this research is for analize the factors that influenced contractors policies to choose tools supplier and also determine application of the procedure in process of the choice supplier for procurement of tools by online. The analysis starts with validating the variables from literatures in general to some of respondents, and then analysing the result questioners with a method that similar to analytical hierarchy process. With these methods of research, it will show the main factors that influenced contractors for choice of tools supplier. Based on statictical analysis it is known that main factors that influenced the policies for choosing of tools supplier at the process of purchase project are the quality of tools, price of tools, conformity to spesificantions, collateral provided supplier, easiness in payment condition and method, speed and timelines of delivery tools. While for application of grooves according to procedure based on data flow diagram (DFD) that required the application of grooves with supplier choice system on procurement of tools by online.

Abstract

The government is build a new international airport in Majalengka, West Java. The concept of the West Java International Airport is the feel of a peacock on the roof of the terminal that makes the characteristics of grandeur, uniqueness, and good looking. During the construction of this project, there were various obstacles causing delays in the work. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing project delays and provide suggestions for managing the most influencing factors so that the causes of delays can be minimized so that the project can run according to a predetermined schedule. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to PT.BA employees as contractors who had been selected as competent respondents. This study uses 3 stages of questionnaire using validity and reliability tests using SPSS software version 25 and data analysis of importance index (IMPI). The results of this study are the West Java International Airport Terminal Roof Project has the 5 factors that most influence the work delays. including constraints on the procurement of imported materials (68.23%), delays in the delivery of material (67.24%), limited work access, due to other work related / lack of access (66.96%), improper construction methods causing errors during construction (64.92%) , and the application of new / specialized technologies that are not yet well known (62.30%).
