Abstract

Delay in the return of medical records after discharge from the inpatient room. Lack of medical record data is validated and verified prior, the medical records of outpatient and inpatient care for the created external reports. The purpose of this research is to review the implementation of the collection, validation and data verification of patient medical record inpatient national health insurance to support the reporting of external (RL 4a and RL 5) in Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital. This research is a descriptive study, population in this study the medical records of patients JKN in Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital period January-March 2016 as many as 2159 medical records. The sample in this study is the medical records of patients hospitalized JKN totaled 96 inpatient medical records with the Slovin formula. The result of this research were reporting lines at the Ratu Zalecha Hospital Martapura is appropriate only delay the collection of medical records, reporting at the Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hosiptal in the medical record data collection practices were in accordance with the applicable SOP but there is still a delay in the collection of medical records, the process of collecting data from the room to UKRM not timely and data is not valid, external reporting and verification (RL 4a and RL 5) has not been made and there are some data that have not been validated

Abstract

Banjarese consider female circumcision is a habit that can not be left behind because one of the religious commands, especially Islam. PERMENKES No.6 year 2014 determined to revoke PERMENKES No.1636/MENKES/PER/XI/2010 which is set the procedure of female circumcision, with consideration of female circumcision is not currently a medical act because the implementation is not based on medical indication and has not proven useful for health. This research aims to determine the attitude of the mother against the prohibition of circumcision in girls in Kelurahan Sekumpul Kabupaten Banjar. This research used descriptive method with population of all mothers who have daughters aged 0 - 59 months in Kelurahan Sekumpul. Sampling method using accidental sampling technique, obtained sample 40 people. The variables studied were mothers attitudes toward the prohibition of circumcision on daughters, obtained data using questionnaires. The research showed that more mothers had positive attitudes toward the prohibition of circumcision on daughters 37 respondents (92,5%) while negative ones were only 3 (7,5%). Most respondents were positive about the prohibition of female circumcision (92,5%). It is expected that the mother should compensate for the attitude that accepts the ban with the uncircumcised behavior of her daughter

Abstract

The quality of educational institutions is influencedby the inputs to the education system which is including the students, faculty and supporting facilities or infrastructures in teaching and learning process. These three factors are related and influenced each other in order to create a successful learning process. This research is a quantitative research which is included cross sectional study. Population in this study took the all of lecturers in Midwife Educator Study Program in STIKes Husada Borneo Banjarbaru as many as 40 people that using total sampling technique. The Instrument on this study used the questionnaire were then tested its validity with Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, while the reliability testing using the formula of Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used to find the relationship both of them is the chi-square test, whereas to know the influence of them is used regressing.The results of the research shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between age, education, motivation, job satisfaction, perception of rewards to performance of lecturer DIV Midwife Educator Study Program, there is the influence of age, education, motivation, satisfaction, perception of reward collaborate with the performance of Lecturer in Midwife Educator Study Program STIKes Husada Borneo in the teaching-learning process. Based on the results of research, it can be suggested to the lecturers of DIV midwife educators to become self-evaluation materials, in order to cultivate and improve the basic tasks of lecturers, especially in implementing the learning process

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia still high, it was 359/100.000 live birth. The most common is caused by prolonged labor (37%) and asphyxia neonatorum (35,9%). The left lateral position usually used if semi fowler position was not work to get childbirth. The second stage time are very important for fetus condition. This study aim to analyze the differences of lateral and semi fowler position toward second stage of labor time among multiparity maternal in RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru. Design using analytical with cohort approach. Subjects were 30 normal multIparity maternal on second stage phase on Desember 2016 to March 2017. The result were lateral position mean was 12,40 minutes and semi fowler position mean was 22,47 minutes. Independent T test show there is difference of lateral and semi fowler position toward second stage of labor time. Based on these result, a midwife supposed to implement lateral position as best labor position instead semi fowler

Abstract

MMR (Maternal Mortality Rate) in Indonesia, one of which is caused by hypertension in pregnancy. Based on data obtained in Martapura Public Health Center in 2016 was recorded in 1499 among pregnant women there who had hypertension as many as 40 people. The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between knowledge and attitude of pregnant women against hypertension in pregnancy. This study uses an analytical method, data collection using questionnaires, and sampling purposive sampling. Results showed that respondents have a good knowledge of hypertension were 69 respondents (77,5%), while the positive attitude of respondents who behave as much as 64 respondents (71,9%). From the statistical results using Chi Square test with α = 0.05 p value = 0.036, this means there is significant correlation between knowledge of the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women. The results using Chi Square statistic with α = 0.05 p value = 0,001, this means there is significant correlation between attitude with hypertension in pregnant women. Based on the results, for health personnel in order to improve services to pregnant women so as to reduce the risk of hypertension

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of counseling about clean and healthy life behaviour (PHBS) to knowledge, attitude and action of PHBS family in the village of Lok Buntar Sungai Tabuk South Kalimantan. This study used a pre-eksperiment design method with One group pre test and post test design.Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Paired t test results showed an influence between counseling about Clean and Healthy Life Behaviour (PHBS) on knowledge, attitudes and action of PHBS Family. That result showed an difference of knowledge, before and after counseling. That also showed an attitude and action about PHBS.Before counseling the knowledge of respondents in good category as much 7 respondents (23%) and after counseling increased to 22 respondents (73,4%). About attitude of PHBS, before counseling in good category as much 1 respondents (3,3%) increase to 11 respondents (37%) in after counseling. About action of PHBS, before counseling nothing respondents in good category and after counseling increase to 9 respondents (30%) in good category

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a disease closely related to a weak economy it is estimated that 95% of the cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis occur in developing countries which is relatively poor. According to WHO in 1999, Indonesia is a contributor to the disease Pulmonary Tuberculosis is the third largest in the world as many as 583,000 cases after India as many as 2 million cases and China as many as 1.5 million cases The purpose of this research is to know the relation the wide of house ventilation And Family Knowledge With Pulmonary Tuberculosis incidence at Sambung Makmur Public Health Center of 2016. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of Area Ventilate Room And Family Knowledge With Lung Tuberculosis at Sambung Makmur Public Health Center in 2016. The population in this study were all patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in 2016 as many as 23 people and 23 people with pulmonary tuberculosis patients who have almost the same characteristics So the total population of the study was 46 people. Sampling by purposive sampling, done by Chi Square statistical test. There is a significant relationship between the wide of house ventilation and Pulmonary Tuberculosis incidence and the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis 3.1 times greater in homes with the vast circumstances of room ventilation did not meet the standards compared to homes where the vast majority of ventilation rooms meet the standards. There was no significant association between family knowledge and Pulmonary Tuberculosis incidence

Abstract

Prevalence of malnutrition in Kalimantan Selatan in 2013 reached 103 people, 8 people (7,8%) of whom died. Increased in 2015 malnutrition sufferers there are 143 Balita and 15 Balita (10,5%) of whom died due to the infection is quite severe. The average of toddler suffering from malnutrition that passed away from poor families.This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Population and sample are mother Balita in work area of Sungai Besar Public Health Center which amounted to 96 people. The data taken in this study is primary data through in-depth interviews using structured questionnaires by taking accidental sampling. Bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test.The result of the research on 96 respondents found the income level of Balita families which is calculated based on the per capita in general less than the average were 71,8%, the knowledge of the mother about toddler nutrition was mostly enough that is 60,4% and the mother's behavior toward the nutrition of toddler was enough at 50.0%. There was a significant relation between income level with mother behavior (r = 0,392, p = 0,000) and between knowledge level with behavior of mother (r = 0,740, p = 0,000) on nutrition toddler in work area of Sungai Besar Public Health Center. It is hoped Dinas Kesehatan Banjarbaru City can add work programs related to the prevention of malnutrition problems such as posting posters in public places, increase counseling about nutrition of Toddler, distribute pamphlets of nutrition to mothers who bring toddler to Public Health Center
