Abstract

The quality of educational institutions is influencedby the inputs to the education system which is including the students, faculty and supporting facilities or infrastructures in teaching and learning process. These three factors are related and influenced each other in order to create a successful learning process. This research is a quantitative research which is included cross sectional study. Population in this study took the all of lecturers in Midwife Educator Study Program in STIKes Husada Borneo Banjarbaru as many as 40 people that using total sampling technique. The Instrument on this study used the questionnaire were then tested its validity with Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, while the reliability testing using the formula of Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used to find the relationship both of them is the chi-square test, whereas to know the influence of them is used regressing.The results of the research shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between age, education, motivation, job satisfaction, perception of rewards to performance of lecturer DIV Midwife Educator Study Program, there is the influence of age, education, motivation, satisfaction, perception of reward collaborate with the performance of Lecturer in Midwife Educator Study Program STIKes Husada Borneo in the teaching-learning process. Based on the results of research, it can be suggested to the lecturers of DIV midwife educators to become self-evaluation materials, in order to cultivate and improve the basic tasks of lecturers, especially in implementing the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher activities, student activities, student motivation, and learning outcomes using the MOTIVATION model, a combination of the DRTA, Scramble, and Talking Stick models. This research was conducted approach with four meetings. The subjects of this study were 28 students in fourth-grade students at Elementary School Pemurus Dalam 6 Banjarmasin. The data collection technique was an observation, questionnaire, and test. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and cross-tabulation analysis. The results showed that: 1) teacher activity increased to a score of 38 with a percentage of 95% of "Very Good" criteria; 2) student activity 100% of "Very Active" criteria; 3) student motivation 92.9% of "Very High" criteria; and 4) student learning outcomes increased 100% with "Very Good" criteria. Therefore, the MOTIVATION model can significantly increase teacher, student activity, motivation, and student learning outcomes.   Keywords: Learning Activities, Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Reading Comprehension Skills, MOTIVATION

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi dalam mewujudkan iklim pembelajaran bermakna di era digital. Dimana pendidikan yang bermaknan nantinya bisa memberikan inspirasi bagi peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan di era serba digital, guna membangun suatu iklim pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, menginspirasi, bermakna serta terlaksana dengan efektif dan efiseien. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan penelitian diatas, maka peneliti memilih jenis penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis atau analisis konten dengan mengumpulkan literatur terkait baik buku, artikel dan literasi terkait lainnya sebagai sumber data. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjkan bahwa dalam menjadikan iklim pembelajaran yang bersifat bermakna dan inspiratif di era digital ini, maka aspek yang paling dasar yang wajib dipahami oleh para pendidik ialah bagaimana para pendidik bisa mendorong serta menarik minat untuk menyukai serta senang terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran serta materi yang disampaika. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, guru harus menyiapkan beberapa strategi yaitu, inovasi pada model pembelajaran era digital, menguasai konten knowledge dan teknologi knowledge serta menjalankan evaluasi serta inovasi dalam pembelajaran dengan bantuan media digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa, dan menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model games. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Data kuantitatif hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes tertulis secara individu dan kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas guru dipertemuan empat memperoleh skor 40 kriteria “Sangat Baik”, aktivitas siswa mencapai persentase 100% dipertemuan empat, keterampilan berpikir kritis dipertemuan empat mencapai 93%, dan hasil belajar siswa mampu meraih nilai ? 70 dengan mencapai persentase klasikal 100% dipertemuan empat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pada pembelajaran IPS menggunakan model GAMES dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VB SDN Manarap Lama 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa yang berdampak terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPA. Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah ialah menerapkan model pembelajaran Protection Landing melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan di kelas VA SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa serta bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kreatif serta hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan tes evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performa guru terus meningkat di setiap pertemuan yang diikuti oleh aktivitas siswa terus meningkat pula di setiap pertemuan. Selain itu, keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dan hasil belajar siswa di semua aspek terus meningkat di setiap pertemuan. Sehubungan dengan hasil dari penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Protection Landing mampu meningkatkan aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Masalah kemampuan memecahkan masalah ini sangat penting bagi anak SD karena dengan adnaya kemampuan memecahkan masalah ini dapat membuat mereka lebih mampu memahami masalah yang terjadi pada diri mereka dan pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu cara dengan menggunakan model PINTAR. Tujuan pembelajaran adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pintar pada kelas V SDN 2 Tantaringin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil aktivitas guru yang telah diamati dalam melaksanakan langkah-langkah pembelajaran menggunakan model PINTAR dengan skor 30 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik terlaksana. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa sehingga dapat memahami pelajaran dengan baik. Hasil kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa dalam belajar 96,66% termasuk dalam kategori sangat terampil dalam memahami pelajaran. Hasil tes yang telah dilakukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa 80,6 termasuk kategori tuntas sesuai dengan KKM.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dikarenakan siswa kurang aktif saat proses pembelajaran, kurangnya interaksi antar siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran, dan siswa sering merasa bosan saat kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya aktivitas siswa kelas IV pada muatan IPS. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan Aktivitas dan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran PRONOPA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Subjek dari penelitian ini kelas IV sebanyak 29 orang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil aktivitas guru dari skor 22  kriteria kurang baik  menjadi 35  kriteria sangat baik, aktivitas siswa dari skor 17%  kriteria kurang aktif  menjadi 83%  kriteria sangat aktif, dan hasil belajar aspek kognitif dari skor 14% menjadi 83%, aspek afektif skor 14%  menjadi 62%, aspek psikomotorik skor 14%  menjadi 79%. Berdasarkan data yang telah didapatkan model pembelajaran PRONOPA berhasil dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The use of technology can increase teacher innovation in carrying out mass learning. Innovations that can standardize in terms of media use or digital supporting devices that reduce the learning barrier and help students succeed. One of the components of multimedia-based learning media is the Nearpod application. This research aims to ascertain the purpose and behavior of primary school pupils utilizing the Nearpod application via an extension of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model. The researchers employed a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to 217 students at Public Elementary School (SDN) 004 Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Data from this study were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed that behavioral intention (BI) is significantly positively influenced by hedonic motivation (HM), habit (H), and habitual behavior (HB). In addition, habit (H) also has a significant positive effect on use behavior (UB). It can conclude this study can explain that the adoption of technology in the elementary school environment has different causal factors.

Abstract

The new era 5.0 causes challenges covering various aspects and fields, one of which is education. Therefore, it is necessary to have human resources who have high-level thinking skills (HOTS), where one of the supports is science subjects. However, in science learning in elementary schools, it is still found that student activity in learning and problem-solving skills and learning outcomes tend to be low. For this reason, this study aims to improve the activities of teachers, students, problem-solving skills and learning outcomes. This research uses Classroom Action Research Techniques (PTK) which was carried out in 3 meetings in class V of SDN Terantang 1 Barito Kuala Regency with a total of 10 students. Researchers use the LEARN GREAT LEARNing model, and collect data quantitatively and qualitatively, and analyze it in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that student activity increased from a classical percentage score of 30% at meeting 1 to 100% at meeting 3, as well as problem-solving skills from a classical percentage score of 50% at meeting 1 to 100% at meeting 3. While cognitive learning outcomes increased from 70% to 90%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of the LEARN GREAT model can improve teacher activity, student activity, problem-solving skills and student learning outcomes.
