Abstract

Mlatiharjo is a village in Demak District, Central Java province, it has been well-known as an innovative village because of their various innovations especially in high quality (supreme) seed varieties of fruit and rice. In order to support the production and cultivation of those commodities, information management has been employed but still in simple ways and doesn’t have any information system yet, therefore it often causes mistake in their production estimation. It will impact to their sales service of their commodities toward the buyer, particularly the customer. Another problem is Mlatiharjo’s farmer group does not have any information exchange medium to interact with other business actors who comes from outside their area, whereas those outsider-business actors will buy their product with a higher price. Mlatiharjo’s IbM Program aims to build an Information System which is able to manage the information of Mlatiharjo’s commodities production, especially in farming production. The method employed for developing the system is Prototyping. Meanwhile, the transfer of technology employs mentoring process for the client of program through conducting focus group discussion, workshop dan training. This Commodity Information System is implemented into two kinds of computer application. Firstly, web application that is used for managing the data center and share it to the public who want to capture the information of the mlatiharjo’s product. Secondly, android based mobile application utilized by the farmer who has become a member of cluster-farming group to input the location area mapping data and progress report of production data and also provide a discussion forum among member of the system. The Web Application is built using PHP and the database used MySQL. Mobile Application is implemented using Java Android. As a result, Tani Mahardika Cluster and KSU Citra Kinaraya – Mlatiharjo have a digital-based system to manage their Commodity in order to encourage and strengthen business-production institution through Commodity Information System

Abstract

The new admission process of selection is a basic rules for determining studying and learning in schools. This process requires precision so that the results are accurate and precise. The selection process for new students are divided into two types of screening, assessment tests and interviews. The purpose of this study is to assist schools in selecting prospective students so that they can be a decision support for new students. Thus, the need for data mining approach to generate information that can support decision-making for new admissions. The algorithm used is a C4.5 decision tree. C4.5 algorithms can support decision making new admissions through the rules generated. The testing process with RapidMiner yield 90.50% accuracy. Based on these tests, the researchers reprocess into the application form to help the school. So, do the questionnaire to the school to investigate the role of applications in the form of 10 questions by 20 teachers and an index of 81.5%. Thus, schools are satisfied with the application and can help the selection process by the school

Abstract

The most important decision-making in schools is class decision making. The old way with the manual system can lead to slow decision-making. This is of course caused by a very basic problem, namely the decision-making is not appropriate. Therefore a decision support system is needed that can help the teacher to determine the class increase. The design of decision support system in this study aims to apply the application to determine the increase of class, To overcome the problem, required a decision support system of computerized class increase which later can produce quality decisions that can process data and student values ​​effectively and efficiently and can measure the ability of students both academically and non academic so that activities that have been done manually can be done using the computer and mistakes in decision-making class increase can be avoided as well as time in determining decision-making class increase much faster and effective. Decision support system is designed using visual basic programming languages ​​2010 and SQL Server 2008. The process in this study using Topsis method.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas that does not produce enough insulin, so the body works to be disturbed. But by knowing the symptoms that exist, prevention of diabetes mellitus disease can be done as early as possible with the help of expert systems.One method of expert system used to diagnose symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus is Certainty Factor. The process undertaken in this research starts from literature studies, system design, system implementation and the last is testing the system. In the system design process is done by designing the database required by the expert system and also design the system interface design. After the design process is done then the next step is to implement the design into an expert system application. By using this method, the system gives results of possible symptoms experienced, presentation of beliefs, and treatment solutions based on the facts and the value of confidence given by users in filling out questions that have been given by the system.The results of this system are used to help medical personnel and patients in order to identify the symptoms of diabetes mellitus

Abstract

The times growing rapidly very possible, for information on access very easily and obtainable by anyone, anytime and anywhere. From this moment the information becomes very important, and with the information makes it easy for people to get the desired data and information is the message in the form of speech or a facial. Information or communication that is perfect it is that can be digested and accepted easily by the public clearly. Abstract

In practice, astronomy studies about how to calculate the direction of qibla, the beginning of prayer time, the beginning of the month of Hijri and the possibility of eclipses. Usually people who are studying astronomy do calculations by manual. Performing calculations manually has a risk in terms of calculation accuracy. Therefore, the presence of this application of astronomy calculators is expected to benefit people, especially Moslems who want to know the position of the Qibla for prayer, to estimate the beginning of the Hijri month, the Hijri calendar, and so forth. This article is an idea how to design a mobile smart phone-based astronomy calculator application. The method begins with literature studies from books and articles on astronomy that have been developed by some previous researchers; then the design is used to describe how the application model of the calculator of astronomy according to smart phone format as a mobile application, either Android or iOS. It is expected that with this mobile application can spread as widely as possible for the utilization of astronomy to all people who need, especially when doing the activities of reckoning and sighting of moon

Abstract

This research will discuss a system designed to control water use savings. Because water is one of the natural resources of the non-biological. At this point nearly everyone save or hold water in the sump. But, sometimes the water is sure to be closed or turned off so that the water will be wasted over the limit sump. The existence of thisprototype is no more water is wasted down the drain sump over the limit. As for the circuit system used on the prototype consists of a Water Level Sensor as the water sensor, microcontroller (MCU) as Node, Relay switching as that can control the activeand non-active system running, and Solenoid Valve as a valve that cuts or close the stream when the water height is sufficient. So this system aims to control the height of the water in the sump automatically and control the use of water become more efficient

Arthaasia Finance is a company engaged in the field of finance, and has problems in making data collection such as the manufacture of stationery demand and in making reports every month still using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The need for ATK management system is very necessary. Due to the vastness of the management system being run, so the need for management of ATK becomes very important. This system development method refers to the design used in the form of SDLC (Software Development Lift Cycle) in the form of waterfall. Based on the results of research at PT. Arthaasia Finance can be concluded that the Design of Office Stationery Applications At PT. Abstract

Along with the development of economic and banking services, the term credit is one of the banking products, in determining credit worthiness required data, information about creditworthiness is an interesting issue to be in carefully. In line with business growth, the leasing or crediting sector (credit), has complex and complex problems and problems in which the data are grouped into two classes, good credit and bad credit. In banking activities the feasibility of credit determination is often the problem of bad debts caused by the failure of partial return of loans provided to the borrowers for it required accurate data prior to lending or credit. So it is appropriate to use data mining classification techniques. This study discusses the Data Mining on the determination of creditworthiness using the K-nn-based Forward Selection algorithm. K-nn algorithm applied to consumer data using credit financial services with the help of Forward Selection. The experimental results show that K-nn in classifying credit risk has accuracy value for K-nn at K = 11 accuracy = 68,30%, and for Forward Selection at K = 9 which accuracy level = 73,60%, using feature Forward Selection can produce a good degree of accuracy, so it can be applied to determine the risk of credit risk eligibility.

Abstract

Currently, the learning process of more interactive e-learning method in college becomes a necessity, but the current e-learning learning method still uses the Teacher Centred Learning (TCL) approach. Of course, this TCL approach is less relevant for its high use of curriculum that refers to the National Qualification Framework (KKNI) so it is necessary to integrate into a more active and interactive approach that is Collaborative Learning (CbL) approach. CbL's approach to the implementation of the student becomes more active in developing knowledge and learning skills so as to create a more cooperative, supportive and cooperative classroom climate. Implementation of e-learning with Cbl approach, students in collaboration with their groups and exposing presentation materials online in the form of presentation videos by each group and other groups directly assess the presentation to each member of the presentation group. Usability analysis of video peer evaluation application on CbL online using user satisfaction focused on usability aspect analysis where user acting as Video Peer-Evaluation application user. In this research, the method of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or structural equation model is a multivariate analysis that is used to analyze relationships between variables in a complex manner. the main requirement of using SEM is to design hypothesis model by using structural model and measurement model in the form of path diagram. It is hoped that this research can remind the satisfaction that can be used to measure the success of Video Peer Evoluation application in online colaborative learning
