Abstract

Nowdays, implemented the information systems that are integrated to business processes in the organization has become a primary necessity. Information systems in the organization are mostly used to assist the implementation of enterprise business process. In the generally, the systems have not been able to provide strategic information and assist management for evaluating of the enterprise’s performance. This problems occurs because the most of the information system is built using the data warehouse concept. This problem occurs also in the information system in most universities in the city of Tangerang as the study sample. The solutions for this problem is build information systems that apply the concepts and ways of working with business intelligence using star schema methodologies that can be presented as an enterprise’s performance measurement tools. Business intelligence can also be used as a basis in conducting surveillance for business intelligence can also provide: 1. early information (alert) if there are deviations between performance with a pre-determined goals, 2. Provided a report was automation (automated-feedback), 3. Memonitoring to key performance index (KPI) in real-time. The system development methodology in this reseach using the star schema. Through this approach created an information system with the concept of business intellegence with star schemas methologies that can produce information that is strategic, as needed, and as tools implement enterprise performance measurement. The end result of research is a business intelligence system with a star schema as enterprise performance measurement tools on Higher Education Raharja as a prototype implementation.

Abstract

Adoption of the exam objectives in a learning process is to determine the quality of one’s learner after going through the learning process. Exams are also an evaluation of the monitoring process carried out continuously and sustainably will ultimately be able to fix the quality of education. Determination of the ever-increasing standards expected to encourage the improvement of education quality, which is the determination of educational standards is the determination of the limit value (passing score). Someone said to have passed / are competent when it has passed the limit value. In the world of Education in Higher Education Raharja for example, in order to obtain the concentration Communication and Innovative Technology (CCIT) who have exam system that v used Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Benchmarking the learning standards. But it was not as easy as expected, due to problems regarding the exams are still using paper based are not inaccordance with the standard CCNA Benchmarking using computer-based exam. Benchmarking standard exam is CCNA is a computer based exam where students can do the exam questions on a computer that random such questions, which makes each student can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different problems. In the matter of computer-based working time limits there are also questions it. In Higher Education Raharja, test is still manual (paper based) where the students are still working on the exam questions and answers contained in the paper. The concept paper based is much less effective, can not even detect students who work together when the exam. At present it has developed a new method is more effective and certainly the most can help overcome these problems. Example for computer Based exam is CCNA exam and The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) computer based and Raharja high-standard universities. In this article also identified at least four fundamental problems concerning the concept of computerbased exam, defining test methods based computer as a new way of tackling paper based exam, and final test of is to implement a computer based on the Higher Education Raharja. Computer-based methods is very important to be developed, because its function is effective in providing quality improvement exam in Higher Education Raharja thus continues to provide ease in doing the exam students and faculty in terms of giving value to students. In addition, computer-based exam process is also well suited to the needs. It can even be said that the computer based exams can erode the operational work of approximately 80% of original work not to perform the correction process answers all students who did a paperbased exam.

Abstract

Abstract. In this paper, we propose an identification method of the land cover from remote sensing data with combining neuro-fuzzy and expert system. This combining then is called by Neuro-Fuzzy Expert System Model (NFES-Model). A Neural network (NN) is a part from neuro-fuzzy has the ability to recognize complex patterns, and classifies them into many desired classes. However, the neural network might produce misclassification. By adding fuzzy expert system into NN using geographic knowledge based, then misclassification can be decreased, with the result that improvement of classification result, compared with a neural network approximation. An image data classification result may be obtained the secret information with the inserted by steganography method and other encryption. For the known of secret information, we use a fast fourier transform method to detection of existence of that information by signal analyzing technique.

Abstract

Education requires Information Technology (IT) for facilitating data processing, fastening data collecting, and providing solution on publication. It is to reach the Education National Standard which needs a research. The survey will use questionnaires as data collector for explanatory or confirmatory in constructing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using structured and prototyping techniques, so a planning is by anticipating the changes. It comprises 5 subsystems; Human Resources, Infrastructures & Equipment, Library, GIS Base School Mapping, and Incoming Students Enrollment. The construction is aimed to ease information access connected among schools, Education Service, and society, integrating and completing each other.
