Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of job performance and promotion of office to job satisfaction employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch of Bandar Lampung, The population in this study was taken randomly from all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Bandar Lampung. The sample was determined by using slovin formula and obtained as many as 98 respondents. In the process of data collection, used the way interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research analyzes used validity analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis using SPSS version 13 computer program. Based on the results of research known the effect on employee job satisfaction. The significant result proves that Job achievement and promotion positively influence partially and simultaneously to employee job satisfaction, where work performance becomes the most influential variable in this research. Keywords: Job performance, Job Promotion, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of syariah and conventional stock market in Indonesia. This paper uses Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to represent syariah stock market and Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) to represent conventional stock market. The Treasury bill rate and the MSCI World index are used as risk free rate and stock market benchmark. Daily data were divided into five periods such as pre-asian financial crisis, during asia financial crisis, pre-subprime mortgage financial crisis, during the subprime mortgage financial crisis, and full sample period. We use three risk adjusted performance measures: Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio, and Jensen alpha. This study shows that the conventional stock market produced more return compared to syariah in all sample periods.Key words: Islamic stock market; conventional stock market; Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen alpha

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the behavioral biases of individual investors in Palembang City. Data collection techniques used in this study are primary and secondary data taken through interviews, while secondary data obtained through literature literature. The population in this study are all individual investors in Palembang City. The sampling technique using Snowball Sampling and Purposive sampling with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis  starting from the verification of respondents, followed by indepth interviews. The results of the interview were interpreted and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results concluded that 63% of individual investors in Palembang experienced overconfidence biases, 21% experienced cognitive dissonance biases. 19% experienced Illusion of control biases, 46% experienced regret aversion biases, 73% experienced representative biases, 53% experienced loss aversion biases and 38% experienced mental accounting biases. Abstract

This research try to see the relationship between the large of company social responbility with the financial performance. The goal of this research was to know the effect of environment theme energy, employment, product and consumer theme community theme effected in partial and simultant way to ROA. The population of this research was 150 manufactures company which listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2012 until 2014 and the sample of this research was 45 companies which fulfill the research criteria. From the research can be conluded that 1) enviroment energy theme and employment theme not effected and significant to ROA, product theme and consumer theme efected and not significant to ROA. While community theme not effected but significant to ROA. 2) Environent and energy, employment, product and consumer, community in together effected and significant to ROA.Key words : CSR, finansial performance, ROA

Abstract

As many corporate institutions use the concept of marketing mix as a strategy to attract potential customers to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and test the effect of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decision at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang. By using quantitative statistical research methods and data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis. Population in this research is consumer who buy house at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang and sample of 134 respondents with sampling technique using Slovin method.Instrument validity test results show that rcount ≥ rtabel means that all valid items and reliability is above 0.70 means all reliable. When viewed based on Test t shows the value of tcount (10,620) ≥ ttabel (1,656) sig (0,000) ≥ 0.05. It shows that the Marketing Mix is a significant effect on Purchase Decision. From the correlation result show the correlation between Marketing Mix to Decision of Purchase high assumption that is equal to 67,9%. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the amount of 0.461% of the Marketing Mix of Purchase Decision, while the remaining 53.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Marketing mix, Purchase Decision, Quantitative Methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage and profitability on companies that include LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The independent variable in this research is Leverage (X), while the dependent variable is profitability (Y). This study uses secondary data of public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data taken in this research is information about DER, DAR, ROA and ROE. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with Company criteria included in LQ 45 in period August 2015 - January 2016 and have company data from year 2010-2015. The data analysis technique with the method of analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its model is measured by Second Order Confirmatory Factors Analysis (2ndCFA). For analysis tools using SmartPLS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using Path Coefficients Profitabitas = - 0.1266 Leverage which says that leverage has a significant negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, based on the outer loadings, it is suggested that the most influential construct variable is the debt to equity ratio (DER).Key words : Leverage, profitability, LQ 45, DER, DAR, ROA and ROE

Abstract

Results of hypothesis testing has proven there are significant financial compensation to performance phl t-test, it is known that the t value in the variable Financial compensation is greater than t table (7.324> 1.994). This shows that the hypothesis of Ha Ho accepted and rejected, then this proves that there is an influence on the performance of financial compensation by proving that there are significant financial compensation to the performance by the probability (Sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05. Results of hypothesis testing based on the research results known financial compensation variable positive and significant effect on the performance with a percentage of 4.41% and 3.41% influenced by other variables that are not analyzed in this study. Financial compensation is predominantly influenced by salaries, because the salaries phl can meet the needs of the physical and social status so phl will gain job satisfaction. Performance is very dominantly influenced by the award given in the form of money, because phl will feel the results of the work they provide is greatly appreciated by the remuneration and phl will feel comfortable with their work. Keywords: PHL, Financial Compensation, Performance

Abstract

The phenomenon of poverty can not be avoided, but development has decreased the number of poor people but has not been able to eliminate poverty. It is time for poverty alleviation programs on the factors that influence it, because the factors causing poverty each region have different characteristics, thus efforts to alleviate poverty are also different.The data were collected by direct interview with respondent using questionnaire, samples were taken by using Slovin formula taken from Household data of Social Protection objective year 2017. The analysis result showed 86% of household heads were at productive age, 87% education of head of family did not finish junior high, Education is insignificant. Families, no significant family allowances. The role of local government is very important because more features of poverty in the region so that poverty alleviation programs are prepared in accordance with the characteristics of the region. To overcome the low education of poor families needed improvement and improvement. The orientation of education is directed at creating graduates who are able to become entrepreneurs and create jobs. Various training is required for additional skill enhancement and the development of productive assets in return for capital assistance.Key words : poverty, education, employment, number and income of family members

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Manajerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership Against Corporate Debt Policy in Manufacturing sector otomotif of Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method, variables used in this study is the Manajerial Ownwership (X1) and Institutional Ownership (X2) are hypothesized to affect the not Debt Policy (Y). 9 companies listed in BEI are the samples of this study. ICMD 2012 till 2015 is used as a data collector. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Manajeial Ownership and Institutional Ownership non significantly parcial and simultan insfluences the policy of the company debts.The result shows, In an effort to increase debt policy (DER), the company can increase the company's net profit, so that the company can meet its short-term and long-term obligations, the company will use internal funds much more than using the debt, It is expected that companies should be able to control their expenditures effectively against debt policy.Keywords : Manajerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Debt Policy
