Abstract

Employment recruits of an organization have not improved the standards of selection so that the resulting workforce does not meet the qualifications for the jobs offered. This phenomenon also applies to cooperatives as business organizations. Co-operatives are one of the forums that are quite developed in increasing their business. Currently, the existing human resources are managed simply, the function of personnel management is charged as Manager as the manager of the cooperative. The recruitment process is the earliest stage in personnel management, so if it is ignored it can disrupt the company's performance.The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the labor recruitment process that has been implemented so far. 2) To find out the existing workforce recruitment process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely as a research process that produces qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from the observed person or actor.The results showed that the recruitment process in cooperatives was carried out in a simple but complete and selective manner. The process includes forecasting work needs, selection, an orientation that is still simple but complete enough and based on criteria, standards, or specifications for the real needs of the existing job or position. Recruitment sources are utilized optimally so that professionalism is established. The cooperative uses criteria in the Indonesian economy, namely in the form of workforce skills which include moral and physical health, reason (good knowledge), education and training, work perfection.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how was the analysis of resultsbetween  product and price of IGM University Students’ Decisions in purchasing Samsung smartphone. The population taken consisted of 1136 respondents.  One hundred of them were selected as the sample by using slovin formula. In this study, descriptive analysis by applying quantitative method was used, then questionnaire was distributed as a technique for collecting the data, and simple linear regression analysis was applied in order to measure the effect of independent variable to dependent variable which were Marketing Mix (X) was considered as an independent variable and students’ decisions (Y) as a dependent variable. In analyzing the data, Microsoft Office Excel program was used and it had been tabulated. Finally, the result of the study showed that the marketing mix abautanalycis of Product and Price  had a significant effect on the IGM University students’ decisions in purchasing the Samsung smartphone.Keywords: Product and Price in taking decision of purchasing, quantitative methods

Abstract

In order to obtain information to determine the influence of promotion mix to the consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in the village Sekip Jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang, the population in this study are all people who lived in the village Sekip jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang while the sample used is random sampling where from random sampling the obtained 100 respondents, the question in this study using three indicators, namely promotion mix of advertising, sales promotion, and public relations. The method used is the method of test validity, reliability testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and test normalization. Bassed on research on the promotional mix towards the consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in Sub Sekip Jaya Subdistrict Kemuning Palembang by using the above it can be concluded that the promotion mix influence consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in Sub Sekip Jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang and indicators promotion mix greatest influence decisions purchase is advertising.Keyword: Promotion Mix Influence On Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of job performance and promotion of office to job satisfaction employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch of Bandar Lampung, The population in this study was taken randomly from all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Bandar Lampung. The sample was determined by using slovin formula and obtained as many as 98 respondents. In the process of data collection, used the way interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research analyzes used validity analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis using SPSS version 13 computer program. Based on the results of research known the effect on employee job satisfaction. The significant result proves that Job achievement and promotion positively influence partially and simultaneously to employee job satisfaction, where work performance becomes the most influential variable in this research. Keywords: Job performance, Job Promotion, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of customer value, service quality, and organizational commitment to customer satisfaction PT. Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Palembang Branch. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey method. Data analysis techniques are carried out by regression analysis to analyze the hypothesis by showing the nature of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the quality of service to customers influenced positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, with the most dominant indicators being "Officers Have a Standard Time of Speed in Serving Customers." Customer values influence positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, with the most dominant indicators affecting is "Officers Conduct Survey When I Decide To Buy Insurance Products." Employee organizational commitment of PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Palembang Branch influences positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, and the most dominant indicators influencing are "eager employees working in teams / groups" Keywords: customer value, service quality, organizational commitment, customer satisfaction.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalis pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, dan komitmen organisasi  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode survey. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi untuk menganalisis hipotesis dengan menunjukan sifat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kepada nasabah memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan indikator yang paling dominan yaitu “Petugas Memiliki Standar Waktu Kecepatan Dalam Melayani Nasabah.”  Nilai pelanggan memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan indikator paling dominan memengaruhi adalah “Petugas Melakukan Survey Ketika Saya Memutuskan Untuk Membeli Produk Asuransi.” Komitmen organisasi pegawai PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Cabang Palembang memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan indikator yang paling dominan memengaruhi adalah “Petugas bersemangat bekerja dalam tim/kelompok” Kata kunci: nilai pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The study aim the of was to find out the effect of Inventory Turnover on Return On Assets at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study, Inventory Turnover was considered variable and Return On Assets was dependent variable. The type of data used in this study was quantitative and the data source used was secondary. In collecting the data, documentation and biblio graphy were used. The data of the study was analized by calculating Inventory Turnover and Return On Assets, comparing Inventory Turnover and Return On Assets, the last five years in the quarter, that Inventory Turnover PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk 2011-2015 period experienced fluctuation, caused by sales and inventory that also experienced fluctuation. Inventory Turnover rotates one to three laps, meaning that the company is able to effectively manage the Inventory Turnover. Return On Assets (ROA) PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk period 2011-2015 has fluctuated due to net profit and increase of total asset that also fluctuated.Every increase Inventory Turnover then Return On Assets will increase. Using simple regression analysis, Determination Cooficient (R square), and t-test. By sed on the simple linear reqression equation. It showed that the Inventory Turnover had a positive effect on the Return On Assets. In addition, the result of t-test also showed that Inventory Turnover had a significant effect on Return On Assets.Keywords:Inventory Turnover, Return On Assets, financial performance

Abstract

The condition of research productivity in higher education institutions in Indonesia is still not ideal. Departing from this problem, this paper aims to contribute in the form of a framework used as the main alternative in optimizing research productivity, including the number of publications in higher education institutions. The mechanism proposed is a framework that uses designs derived from games or better known as gamification. Based on the preliminary testing of the proposed framework, it shows that each construct of the framework has a positive impact on research productivity enhancement as the final goal. One of the constructs is Network has a positive impact of 0.415 on Behavior, the Behavior has a positive impact of 0.403 on research productivity enhancement. This also applies to other constructs. Except for the Points that donot have good reliability, it will become homework in future studies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of interpersonal communication and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Panen Jaya Sepasang Palembang. A sample of 90 respondents were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and analyzed employing the multiple linear regression method. The results evince that partially each interpersonal communication and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously, interpersonal communication and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This research is beneficial for PT Panen Jaya Sepasang Palembang. To improve employee performance, the company must pay attention to interpersonal communication and compensation factors.

Abstract

Rendahnya produktivitas karet rakyat menyebabkan rendahnya produksi karet dan  pendapatan dari usaha tani karet juga mempengaruhi rendahnya pendapatan rumah tangga petani sedangkan kebutuhan hidup petani tetap bahkan meningkat sehingga mendorong petani meningkatkan pendapatannya dengan melakukan eksploitasi penyadapan kurang baik dan berlebihan yang menyebabkan tanaman karet menjadi  rusak. Di Sumatera Selatan terdapat tanaman tua/rusak pada tahun 2014 dengan luas sekitar 129.499 ha  yang secara ekonomispetani perlu mengadakan peremajaan kebun karetnya.  Pentingnya topik pengabdian masyarakat ini karena melalui upaya meningkatkan kemampuan pendapatan rumah tangga petani dapat melalkukan peremajaan kebun karetnya. Pengumpulan data dengan metode survei, penarikan sampel secara acak, bertahap dan proporsional  pada 12 desa sebagai perwakilan dari Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Muara Enim dan Musi Banyuasin di Sumatera Selatan di bulan Februari sampai Juli 2017 sebanyak 360 petani sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis finansial pendapatan petani dan analisis statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendapatan rumah tangga petani dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan pendapatan dengan penerapan pola tanaman sela karet, pemanfataan waktu luang dan peningkatan harga jual bahan olah karet dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % antara kemampuan pendapatan rumah tangga petani maju dan petani belum maju yang mampu membiayai kebutuhan rumah tangganya 95 % dan 87 %. Kata kunci : Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Biaya Hidup dan Petani Karet.

Abstract

Aplikasi berbasis Web untuk pengelolaan koleksi museum dr.AK.Gani berupa e-Museum yang sekaligus dapat berperan sebagai ruang pamer virtual. E-Museum dimanfaatkan untuk pengelolaan informasi mengenai koleksi yang dimiliki oleh museum dr.AK.Gani berupa buku-buku, foto, serta benda peningggalan Pahlawan Nasional MayJen (Purn) dr.AK.Gani.  Sosialisasi aplikasi telah dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, yatu Sosialisasi pada Pameran Sriwijaya Expo di bulan Agustus 2019 serta publikasi lewat media massa. Desain perangkat informative yang didesain sebagai media penyampaian informasi yang lebih menarik telah dibuat dan menjadi alternative bagi pengunjung museum untuk mendapatkan inforasi terkait museum. E-Museum telah diujicobakan kepada kepala museum serta pengguna umum dan diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan pengguna menjadi lebih tahu mengenai museum dr.AK.Gani serta tertarik untuk dating ke museum. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan layanan dan memudahkan pengunjung mengakses informasi mengenai museum dr.AK.Gani sehingga tertarik untuk datang ke museum dan berdampak pada peningkatan layanan dan ekonomi museum dr.AK.Gani.Kata kunci : e-Museum, dr.AK.Gani, manajemen koleksi
