Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Plantar Fascitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia Excessive stretching of the plantar fascia can result in a tear and then cause irritation to the plantar fascia, weakness of the intrinsic muscles of the foot, weight gain or strenuous activity, it causes a pull on the plantar fascia, This results in tearing and irritation of the plantar fascia. Plantar fasciitis patients have functional activity disorders so the patient must be given proper management, one of which is using foot core strengthening. This study aims to determine the management of foot core strengthening in increasing functional activity in plantar fasciitis cases. The method used is a case study method with 1 respondent using a Jette scale measuring instrument to measure functional activity. The results of a study conducted in Kota Baru Subdistrict, Jambi City, showed that foot core strengthening for 12 times of therapy in 4 weeks could improve the functional activity of plantar fasciitis patients. The conclusion of this study is that foot core stretching can increase the functional activity of plantar fasciitis patients because this exercise can increase muscle strength and intrinsic muscle endurance in the feet, when the intrinsic muscles are strong the plantar fascia does not work hard so that there is a decrease in inflammation in the plantar fascia so that it can increase activity. functional. Keywords: Plantar fasciitis, foot core strengthening, jette scale.

Abstract

Background: Stroke is a functional disorder of the brain that is nerve paralysis due to disorders of blood flow such as bleeding (ischemic) and rupture of blood vessels (hemorrhagic) in one part of the brain that makes the blood supply to the brain decreases causing further brain cell death leading to brain function and disability and even death. Patients post stroke hemiparese sinistra experience balance disorders so patients should be given the right treatment, one of which uses tactile stimulation and pelvic tilting. This study aims to find out the management of tactile stimulation and pelvic tilting in improving balance in cases of post stroke hemiparese sinistra. The method used is a case study method with 1 respondent using the sensory test to evaluate stimulus and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) to measure balance. The results of the study conducted in Rantau Rasau Subdistrict, Jambi City is tactile stimulation and pelvic tilting for 12 times therapy in 5 weeks can improve the balance of post stroke hemiparese sinistra patients. The conclusion of this study is that tactile stimulation and pelvic tilting can improve balance because this exercise can increase sensory implus, Muscle strength and muscle stabilization in the core muscle (core muscle), when the stimulus (stimulation) in the sensory is given then the receptor will send to the central nerve system and release motor (output) adjusted to the environment, stimulation and movements that are constantly repeated will provide information to the supraspinal mechanisme so that there is an integrated pattern of motion and into functional pattern movements and activate stabilization in the core muscles for strengthening of the abdominal muscles aimed at strengthening the flexor muscles and stalling the muscles of the lower back extensor will improve not only the function of the torso but also balance and mobility, to a greater extent, sensory enhancement, muscle strength and stabilization in post-stroke hemiparese sinistra thus improving balance and functional activity

Abstract

Spatial planning is the arrangement of tools in the right location and workplace arrangements that create satisfaction for employees. The arrangement of the workspace in the medical record unit affects the service activities provided to patients, so that the workspace arrangement in the medical record unit needs to be considered so that the services provided by the medical record unit can run smoothly. Based on a preliminary study at RSUD dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh through observation, researchers found the fact that the medical record management room was narrow, this made the officers jostling and when they passed each other they had to take turns, and the placement of facilities or facilities that were less needed made the room narrower. . And the results of interviews with medical records officers that he said officers work by walking back and forth from one table to another at a distance apart because the layout does not match the medical record workflow, this has an impact on the smoothness of service and reduces work speed. The purpose of this study Describes the layout of the medical record work unit at RSUD dr.H.Moch Ansari Saleh. This type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. Based on the results of the research, the medical record unit room was not neatly arranged, the work desk was not in accordance with the medical record data processing flow, there were several work desks between officers who did not have distance, and for the filing room the layout was appropriate and did not hinder access. The area of the medical record work unit is narrow, it is necessary to expand the room which has an impact on the comfort of the officer in working and for the filing room, it is sufficient in terms of the area of the room. The facilities in data processing are still not suitable, it is necessary to add a work desk because there are officers who do not have a work desk
