Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Plantar Fascitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia Excessive stretching of the plantar fascia can result in a tear and then cause irritation to the plantar fascia, weakness of the intrinsic muscles of the foot, weight gain or strenuous activity, it causes a pull on the plantar fascia, This results in tearing and irritation of the plantar fascia. Plantar fasciitis patients have functional activity disorders so the patient must be given proper management, one of which is using foot core strengthening. This study aims to determine the management of foot core strengthening in increasing functional activity in plantar fasciitis cases. The method used is a case study method with 1 respondent using a Jette scale measuring instrument to measure functional activity. The results of a study conducted in Kota Baru Subdistrict, Jambi City, showed that foot core strengthening for 12 times of therapy in 4 weeks could improve the functional activity of plantar fasciitis patients. The conclusion of this study is that foot core stretching can increase the functional activity of plantar fasciitis patients because this exercise can increase muscle strength and intrinsic muscle endurance in the feet, when the intrinsic muscles are strong the plantar fascia does not work hard so that there is a decrease in inflammation in the plantar fascia so that it can increase activity. functional. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Osteoarhthritis (OA) one of the pathic conditions often seen in the elderly. Among the causes of musculoskeletal disorders and the most common joint degenerative disorder, caused by disease in the elderly is chronic pain in the joints, the problems in osteoarhtrifits of the knee are complex because of abrasion of the joints and the formation of new bones. Degenerative encasement on the knee can cause the surface of the knee joint to become irregular and violent, inm will cause pain and swelling in the knee. The study aims to find out the results of the methods of kinesiotapping, hold relaxing streatching and modality us phonoporesis in reducing pain, increasing the muscle strength and range of joints (LGS) in cases of osteoarhthritis. The method used was case study method with one person in question using a vase to measure pain, MMT to measure muscle strength and a goneometer to measure LGS. The result of studies conducted in a new city district, the jambi city is the method of kinesiotapping, hold relax streatching, the modality of us phonoporesis during 3 weeks of therapy that can reduce pain, increasing muscle strength and joints (LGS) patients osteoarhthritis. The conclusion of the study is that phonoporesis dapa reduce pain, kinesiotapping has not been able to increase muscle strength and hold relaxing streatching increasing the LGS of osteoarhthritis patients because interventions have been performed that can enhance the strength of muscle and the irrational muscle resilience of the legs, when the essential muscle has been strong fascia plantar is not working hard and promote inflammation of the plantar fascia and can promote functional activities.

Abstract

Researchers investigated the relationship between employee engagement, meeting applications, leadership and organization performance. This research combines the social media usage model that has been developed previously with the engagement model by William Khan. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of private tertiary institutions in Aceh Province and a total sample of 280 lecturers who were taken by purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The results of the structural equation model analysis show that the performance of private universities in Aceh can be influenced by employee engagement, application meetings, and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between regulatory understanding, asset management, asset knowledge, internal control standards (SPI) and apparatus behavior on the optimization of regional assets in the Aceh Province SKPA. The population in this study were SKPK/ SKPA with 4 fields/sub-fields and 2 employees in the asset sector. The analysis method used is qualitative and the results of the research show that understanding of regulations, asset management, asset knowledge, internal control standards (SPI) and apparatus behavior has a positive impact on the optimization of regional assets of the Aceh Government.

Abstract

The low quality of nursing care of patient expectations not only due to the limited number of nurses , but due to the limited professional skills possessed by most nurses . In addition, socio-economic and social factors of different cultures will also affect the demands of nursing care services , resulting in low quality of nursing care .This research is quantitative research with cross sectional approach to the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables by means of observation or data collection approach as well . Analysis is conducted multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to examine the relationship of independent variables simultaneously with the dependent variable . Also can be known where the dominant variables associated with the dependent variable . The study sample as many as 87 people , with a random sampling technique samplingOf the 87 respondents there is a relationship between empathy officer with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.000 , there is a relationship between physical appearance officer with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.005 , there is a security relationship with the level of patient satisfaction p value = 0.019 , there is a relationship between speed officers with patient satisfaction level p value = 0.005 . However, after multivariate analysis test to look for the most dominant factor between the independent variables and the dependent variable showed that the most dominant related to patient satisfaction is the speed of the clerk where p value = 0.000 . Abstract

Chromium is considered as one of the most common ubiquitous pollutants in aquatic environment. There were qualities standard about Chromium content in drinking water and fresh water. Oxidation of Chromium were Cr (II), Cr (III) and Cr (VI).  Among these, Cr (VI) is considered as the most toxic form because it readily passes cellular membranes and then reduced to Cr (III). TiO2    as catalyst can activated and modified zeolites with active metal materials i.e ZSM-5 impregnated TiO2. Main objective of study was to determine decreased percentage of Cr (VI) in water by using ZSM-5 impregnated TiO2  based on UV irradiation time. This study was used Completely Randomized Design i.e length of UV irradiation. Result  showed Cr (VI) content was decreasing with various length  of  UV  irradiation  in  15;30;45;60;75  minutes,  respectively  is  17.01; 17.99; 18.99; 28,73; 36, 20%. The highest percentage decrease of Cr (VI) ion content during 75 minute UV irradiation is 39,42%. Chromium (VI) content could be solved with zeolite ZSM-5 impregnated TiO2  by using photocatalytic method. In conclusion, the longer UV   irradiation time caused higher of decreased percentage Cr (VI). Keywords: Chromium,  Photocatalytic, Zeolite, Impregnated

Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (StudiTentang Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan di Kecamatan Tenggarong SeberangKabupaten Kutai Kertanegara) PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan merupakan programpemerintah Indonesia dalam upaya menanggulangi persoalan mendasar yangdihadapi bangsa ini yaitu kemiskinan dan pengangguran melalui pendekatanCommunity Development (pemberdayaan masyarakat) Pemberdayaan adalahupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh suatumasyarakat sehingga mereka dapat mengaktualisasikan jati diri, harkat danmartabatnya secara maksimal untuk bertahan dan mengembangkan diri secaramandiri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui tentang penerapan ProgramNasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri Perdesaan pada kegiatanSimpan Pinjam Perempuan di Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang Kabupaten KutaiKertanegara.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai bahwa: (1) ImplementasiProgram Simpan Pinjam Perempuan sudah berjalan secara efektif. Hal tersebutdikarenakan telah terpenuhinya prasyarat-rasyarat implementasi, yang antara lainyaitu adanya kebijakan turunan (derivasi) yang operasional yang sering disebutPetunjuk Teknis Operasional (PTO). (2) Pelaksanaan/ penerapan Program SimpanPinjam Perempuan di Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang belum terlaksana denganoptimal, hal tersebut dikarenakan antara kenyataan tidak sesuai dengan harapandari program. Berdasarkan kepada Petunjuk Teknis Operasional ProgramNasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan pada tahap perencanaanketerlibatan unsur Rumah Tangga Miskin belum ada. (3) Faktor pendukung dariinternalinstitusi/organisasi Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan yang berupakekuatan (strenght) relatif kecil sehingga kurang mampu untuk mengatasihambatan dari dalam atau kelemahan (weakness) dan hambatan dari eksternal atauancaman (threats) maupun kurang mampu untuk menangkap peluang(opportunities).

Abstract

The analysis of bankruptcy risk using the method of Z-Score model Altman and Method Zmijewski (X-Score) aimed at determining the potential of bankruptcy at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Authors using secondary data include financial statements in 2014-2018, the company's history and the company's organizational structure. After the authors do calculations and analyses based on the method of Z-Score model Altman can be concluded that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is in a hazardous zone with the rating standard Z-Score < 1, 81 and based on calculations and analyses based on the method Zmijewski obtained that the value of the calculation result of the company in the year 2015 and 2016 indicates that the company is in the financial category distress because the value of X > 0 and in 2014, 2017 and 2018 in the category of nonfinancial distress.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Osteoarthritis is a progressive degenerative joint disease in which the cartilage that protects the ends of the bones begins to break down, causing pain and loss of mobility. Osteoarthritis is one of the complaints that can be treated by physiotherapy. Physiotherapy program in education activity daily living osteoarthritis aims to improve functional abilities so that they can carry out activities as usual, reduce impairment and improve function, protect joints from further damage. Activity daily living education for knee osteoarthritis includes stretching exercises, flexibility exercises, and osteoarthritis exercises. The method of community service activities is carried out using the lecture method, and asking questions about osteoarthritis, then distributing leaflets. The results of this educational activity are very useful for people with osteoarthritis of the knee, when given this exercise, mothers or the elderly feel happy because this activity is very useful for reducing their stiffness and pain complaints. The conclusion of this educational activity is that mothers who take part in the activity already understand exercises for osteoarthritis of the knee. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang terkenal akan keanekaragaman suku, etnis, ras, budaya, dan agama. Masyarakat kita adalah masyarakat yang multikultural, selain itu masyarakat Indonesia juga dikenal sebagai bangsa yang religius. Di Indonesia sendiri setidaknya ada enam agama yang diakui secara nasional, yaitu Kristen, Islam, Khatolik Hindhu, Budha, dan Konghucu. Dengan banyaknya agama yang ada di Indonesia membuat masyarakatnya harus memiliki sikap toleransi terhadap sesama umat bergama. Toleransi merupakan sikap manusia untuk saling menghargai perbedaan yang ada, baik antarindividu maupun kelompok. Toleransi adalah cara menghargai dan menerima perbedaan perilaku, budaya, agama dan ras yang ada dan dunia ini. Sikap toleransi sangat penting untuk dibina baik di dalam lingkungan masyarakat maupun dalam lingkup yang lain. Sikap toleransi dalam umat beragama dapat menciptakan suasana yang damai, toleran dan saling menghargai sehingga dapat hidup berdampingan tanpa adanya rasa perbedaan terhadap yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana implementasi toleransi antar umat beragama di kelurahan Pangkalan Masyhur Kecamatan Medan Johor. Sehingga dengan adanya kajian tentang ini dapat lebih menumbuhkan rasa toleransi antar umat beragama di dalam hati setiap orang yang membaca jurnal ini, sehingga membuat mereka lebih menghargai antara satu dengan yang lainnya, tidak saling menyudutkan, dan menghargai pendapat orang lain, dan lain sebagainya.
