Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of brand awareness mediates the relationship of endorser credibility with online purchase intention by using the online shopping site Bukalapak.com. The location of research was in Denpasar City with the number of respondents 110 people. Data analysis techniques used are Path Analysis. The results showed,  brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Celebrity endorsers has positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Celebrity endorsers has positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand awareness able to mediate the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase potential Bukalapak.com.

Abstract

The good support of City of Jambi Government had an impact on the rise of the number of Jambi batik craftsmen. However, this rise does not cause a significant influence on people's interest in buying Jambi batik. This study aims to determine the factors that affect people's interest in buying Jambi batik in the city of Jambi. By using factor analysis, this research found that the factors influencing people's interest in buying Batik Jambi are: comfort ability to wear, variety in design, filler ornaments, always update model, safe to wear, primary / main color, secondary color, main ornament, colors, durability, quality, pattern / motif, having characteristic, and privilege. We recommend that all concerned parties, through the local government to make a new breakthrough in order to increase the interest of Jambi people to Jambi batik.

Abstract

Transfer pricing is an effort to minimize the tax burden by allocating corporate profits to the relations company with lower tax rates. This research aimed to analyze the effect of corporate governance, tunneling incentive and sales growth to practices transfer pricing. Quantitative method and secondary data of annual report. The populations in this research are manufacturing company sector basic and chemical industrial listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for years 2014-2017 totaling 13 sample companies selected by purposive sampling method.The analysis technique data used is a binary logistic regression.The results of this research indicates that the variable corporate governance and sales growth not effect on practice transfer pricing, while tunneling incentive positive effect on practice transfer pricing.

Abstract

High rate for employee turnover intention may lead to significant expenses of an organization, including the direct costs of replacing an employee and the indirect costs related to loss of experience and lowered productivity. The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of organizational commitment toward the employee turnover. The research method used in the study is quantitative approach. The primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of a state-owned electricity corporation in Jakarta, Indonesia. Multiple linear regression shows that all three components of organizational commitment: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment significantly influenced employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate and test technical efficiency and conduct analysis on the competitiveness of BPRs in the Province of Bali for the period 2012-2016. Estimation on efficiency with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method was carried out on 134 BPRs whose data is obtained from OJK Regional Office 8 Bali and Nusa Tenggara. Meanwhile, to analyze competitiveness, a questionnaire was distributed to BPR customers, upon which data from customers is analyzed by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) together with BPR and OJK management as regulators. The Results of this study showed that in average, the technical efficiency of BPRs in Bali decreased from year to year from, i.e., 0.6581 in 2012 to 0.5993 in 2016. Buleleng Regency is listed as an area that has the most efficient BPRs with an average efficiency value of 0.7575, then followed BPRs from Karangasem Regency in second place with efficiency scores of 0.7184, and BPRs from Gianyar Regency in third place with a score of 0.6854. Further, based on the results of the analysis of competitiveness and from the FGD, it can be concluded that one of the strengths of BPRs in Bali Province is the loyalty of its customers.
