Abstract

This article discusses the efforts of the Indonesian government in dealing with cases of Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) transmission. By understanding the government's efforts, measures, and policies formulated and implemented, the processing strategy can be evaluated. To analyze this, a deliberative policy analysis method is used, namely analyzing the narrative and arguments of the authorities in charge of understanding the implementation of decisions and policies, the writing of this article adopts a qualitative method, namely the descriptive analysis method. The data collection technology used is library research using books, journal articles, newspapers, online news, and websites of authoritative organizations. The important findings of this article are, first, the negative narrative and the slow response of the government to the spread of COVID-19. The narrative conveyed by political elites before COVID-19 entered Indonesia did not have a sense of crisis and would not threaten the speed of decision making. Second, there is weak coordination among stakeholders, especially between the central government and local governments. This coordinated synchronization results in unstable coronavirus control. Third, citizens are indifferent or disobedient to government calls. As a result, efforts to deal with it stopped because they did not receive support from the wider community. The combination of these three factors complicates the government's efforts to control the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. Keywords: Covid-19,Policy,Government

Abstract

AbstractViolence against women, especially domestic violence, has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. The occurrence of violence in household has various impacts on families, especially children. Women who are victims of violence will tend to keep their grief (psychologically and physically), they think that they have contributed to a crime, even though this is not the case. This research discusses violence against women, especially in the realm of household. The purpose of this study is to describe what kinds of violence can occur during a pandemic. Efforts to handle domestic violence cases are not easy to realize during a pandemic. The Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) that was implemented impeded the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) from handling cases of violence against women. To reduce cases of violence against women requires cooperation and support from various parties  Key word: Violence, Women, Household

Abstract

The KJP Plus program is an Education Policy in rolling out personal education assistance that continues to date in the DKI Jakarta Province. The number of program recipients experiencing a fluctuating trend is one factor in the need for evaluation research. The evaluation of this process uses the Pietrzak theory with a qualitative approach at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta through the purposive sampling technique. The logical framework used includes an input component (in the form of funds, the government of regulation, infrastructure, and human resources) and an activity component (in the form of a process of socialization, and data collection). The findings of this study were that the school played an influential role in data collection activities which included effective and efficient services through collaboration with the school committee. The supporting factor for the program was the role of schools that could coordinate and provide personal services in the data collection process to reach program targets. Meantime, the inhibiting factor in the process was the lack of technological knowledge on program targets which affected the timeliness of file collection. Input to the program, namely the SOP for the implementation of the KJP Plus program, needed to be conveyed to the school so that there was a uniform technical understanding of implementation in the field. Thus it achieved program objectives.
