Abstract

The role of outsourcing is very strategic, therefore we needs to have an outsourcing system to optimally support the Information Technology (IT) services that are drived from and integrated with information system  and business strategy. The objective of this research is to formulate a model of development of IT services through outsourcing system. This model expected to assist the management in making strategic Human Resources (HR) Policies in line with the institutional strategy and business. The specific objectives of research: analyzing the dominant factors affecting the development of IT services through outsourcing system; analyzing the relations between such factors with the outsourcing success to achieve prime services; analyzing the model forms of development; and producing the model of development. This Case study was conducted in BI, by applying the approach of integrated explorative, descriptive and explanatory researches, analysis for endogen and exogen variables by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Policy model was formulated based upon the SEM analysis’s result, then some verification and validation were done through Individual Depth Interview  (IDI) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This study indicated that the key success factors of outsourcing system in supporting IT services are: (1). capability with indicators quality technical personnel, product efficiency, technical process, process management, quality control, service quality and project management; (2). procurement process with indicators: service quality, competition, cost, cooperation, and froud act; (3). contract with indicators: incentive, penalty, trust, preventing froud act, and cooperation; (4). outsourcing implementation with indicators: cooperation, sustainable expectation, partnership, investment intention, commitment and power client. But In this case, how ever focus analysis on: (1). procurement process with indicators: service quality, competition, cost, cooperation, and froud act; (2). contract with indicators: incentive, penalty, trust, preventing froud act, and cooperation:

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the tax policy on subsidized fuel of diesel oil in Indonesia. Currently, subsidized fuel in Indonesia are taxed Value Added Tax (VAT) by central government and Vehicle Fuel Tax by local government. This research is using post positivist approach with qualitative method of research. The results of this research conclude tax on subsidized fuel oil are taken by goverment with the purpose of revenue productivity for both central governement and local government. Besides, to control the consumption of subsidized fuel in the public. By taxing 2 kind of taxes on subsidized fuel diesel oil incurring the double taxation and resulting those taxes are not neutral for economic since the subsidized fuel are the vital public needs. Government should evaluate the tax policy on subsidized fuel diesel oil by exempting the VAT on subsidized fuel in order to maintain the economic stability and make a strict policy on controlling the consumption on subsidized fuel diesel oil only for them who reserve to get the subsidy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is empirically to examine the effect of working capital which is based on financial ratio and will give influence partially or simultaneously to the manufacturing stocks of LQ45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial ratios which are used to determine the condition of working capital are current ratio, working capital turnover ratio, current assets to total assets ratio and current liabilities to total assets ratio which are used as dependent variable is return on investment.The data research collected from 10 manufacture’s company in LQ45 stocks category and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collected from financial report from year ended 2007 to 2011. The final results shows that current ratio, working capital turnover ratio, current assets to total assets ratio, and current liabilities to total assets ratio are influence simultaneously to return of investment at the level of alpha (a) = 0.05 (sig 0.071)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of adequate taxation information system on taxpayer compliance and tax revenue. This research was conducted in the Office of Tax Service of Foreign Body and Person (KPP Badora) 1, in May 2006 with sample 115 Taxpayer Agency taken at random from 910 taxpayers or +/- 2% of the population. Instrument for collecting data of taxation information system (Y1) and taxpayer compliance (X1) is questionnaire of Likert scale model while tax revenue data (Y2) is secondary data obtained directly from KPP Badora 1.The analysis was done quantitatively with two statistical analysis techniques to be used in this study, namely regression analysis and Mann-Whitney difference test. Regression analysis techniques used to determine and predict the effect of tax information systems on taxpayer compliance and tax revenue. While the mean difference test of Mann-Whitney is used to detect whether there is a difference between the tax revenue level of KPP Badora 1 between before the use of computerized system and after use of the system. Interpretation of data analysis results using significance α = 5%.Regression analysis results show that there is a significant relationship between the application of tax information systems with taxpayer compliance of 0.653. While the big influence of the application of tax information system on taxpayer compliance is equal to 42.6%. Linear regression equation ŷ = 25.231 + 0.538 X. Mann-Whitney test results show that there is no significant difference between tax revenues before and after the implementation of tax information system which means that the application of tax information system does not affect significantly to tax revenue.

Abstract

Entering the era of milenimum to 3, each company including PT Nutrifood faced with the burden of a very tight competition, given the flourishing number of similar companies. To be able to still exist, developed and developing, and come out as winners in the era of global competition, every company is required to have comparative and competitive advantages are high. One of them is a strategy on how to keep your customer or customers remain loyal and faithful to the products they offer. Dynamic market conditions, manufacturers incentive to issue new products, and combined with the trend of people who like to try, then it creates loyalty is a very heavy task, because consumers like to try new things. PT Nutrifood feel this phenomenon and there are fears a time when consumers turn to similar products produced by other companies. Moreover, intense competition, often consumers switch to other products from other companies, either because of considerations selection of better quality, prices are relatively cheaper, the quality of the packaging is better, tastes better, and also just try switching curiosity or curious and want to try other products. This study uses quantitative methods.              The study population was a customer PT Nutrifood, Bogor municipality, which amounted to 77 people with acendential sampling method, the sampling is based on the fact that they happen to appear. Each respondent was given 10 questions to answer gradation using a Likert scale, while research conducted around the month of March 2018. From this research it is known that customer loyalty PT Nutrifood categorized as good, which is indicated by a score average achieved penapsiran figure of 3.89. With the results of these studies are expected to PT Nutrifood minimal customer loyalty can be maintained, even need to be improved better by improving customer satisfaction through improved quality of service.

Abstract

The ownership structure and size is an important part of long-term survival of banking industry, both of which can affect  the quality of manager (agent) to manage a bank, and encourage shareholders (principals) to manage banking operations in order to improve the performance of the banking system.This study is conducted to analyze the effect of Ownership Structure and size of banks on banks performance. Both Ownership structure which is represented by Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership and.size are independend variables, with Return On Equity is used as a proxy for performance valuation. This study used 6 samples of banks listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2009-2014. Technique analysis used panel data regression analysis with Microsoft Excel 2003 data processing and Eviews.8. From the results of the panel data processing, the Common Effect Model approach is obtained as the best model for estimating panel data regression model. The research proves that managerial ownership and banks size  have significant impact on banks performance, meanwhile institutional ownership has no significant impact on banks performance. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect and contributed 63.07 percent to the banks performance in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2014, meanwhile the remaining 36,93 percent is  influenced by other variables.Researcher suggests prolonging the research period, extending the sample criteria and increasing the ownership structure of foreign ownership, the government and society as well as adding the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER) as a proxy for banking performance.

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to provide better information of Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) implementation in Indonesian District Governments to policy makers. This study utilizes the evaluation result of Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) 2010 to analyze the effort of 273 District governments in Indonesia in implementing the SAKIP.The research question of this paper is:  do auditor’s opinion and number of population have significant different to the SAKIP score?  To investigate what factors that determine the score of Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), several theories as well as a logical thinking were taken to figure out the research question.  Those theories as well as logical thinking reveal that revenue and spending, seize of population, area, poverty level, human development index, auditor’s opinion, number of government employee and education level government employee tend to correlate the SAKIP score.Two hypotheses have been chosen in this paper: 1) higher level in Auditor’s Opinion more likely will increase the SAKIP score evaluation, and 2) size of Population has significant different to the SAKIP score.  Result shows we have to reject all the null hypotheses.

Abstract

Indonesia is a large and wealthy nations, also has been a chance to advance and compete globally. Every nation has been its problems and challenges to compete and thrive. As an authorized capital ahead and compete globally needed revitalization and strengthening of the character and quality of human resources with a strong leader. Indonesian nation requires a strong leader and a character that is a leader who conscience underlying the use of thinking, attitudes and behavior, as well as thrust and high fighting spirit to realize the virtues it stands for. The character of a leader is reflected in the accumulation of speech, thoughts, and actions to be consistent pattern in the long period. The leader of that character can be realized through character education. Educationis the corner stone for shaping personality. Education was not always come from formal education such as high school or college. Informal and non-formal education also has a similar role to shape the personality.

Abstract

Financial Statement Audit is an audit conducted by an independent auditor of the financial statements presented by his client to express an opinion on the fairness of the financial statements. The audit report is a formal medium used by the auditor to communicate to interested parties about the conclusions of the audited financial statements. In issuing the audit report, the auditor must comply with the 4 reporting standards set forth in the generally accepted auditing standards.This analysis is a review of several sources, including from manuals, published studies, legislation published by state organizers as well as some information from media news. This analysis is much related to the phenomenon that has become a source of news in June 2017 and related to the role, function and benefits of the opinion audit conducted by external audit of the organization, both non-profit objectives and expanded to profit organizations. This analysis aims to be more convincing whether there is a significant influence on audit opinion on organizational performance.The result of this analysis can be concluded that, the existence of audit opinion from result of examination conducted by independent accountant, apparently have a very significant influence to the good performance for non-profit organization (government institution, community institution), or profit organization (public company).

Abstract

People need services to meet a variety of needs that can not be fulfilled themselves. Similarly, at the Kotabaru District office, Karawang regency, West Java province has an important role to provide public services. The main purpose of public service is the satisfaction of the community. This satisfaction can be realized if the services provided in accordance with service standards established or better than the standard service. The services provided in general have not satisfied the public.The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of the level of Satisfaction Index in Kotabaru District Karawang regency in an effort to increase the quality of service satisfaction in Kotabaru district office Karawang regency.The research approach is quantitative. Technique sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Population 18,584 People with 207 samples. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Technique Data analysis is Satisfaction Index of Society based on Rating of service quality KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2/2004 about General Guidance of Compilation of Public Satisfaction Index.Based on the result of calculation of Satisfaction Index of Public in Kotabaru Subdistrict office with acquisition value of Satisfaction Index of Community equal to 54,10 quality of Kotabaru District office service performance is at "C" level of bad category. Based on the 14 elements of service studied, service procedure is the element with the highest index value with the value of IKM of 62.00 and is at the level of less good. While the element with the lowest index value is the element of service cost certainty with an IKM value of 43.50 and is at the level of less good.
