Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of variables Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return on Investment (ROI), company size (Size) and Inflation on Stock Return firms listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2007-2013.            The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria: (a) Listed in the published list of stocks in the index calculation JII announced the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a row during the study period (b) Registered and active trading in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period (c) The Company publishes the audited financial statements for the period 2007-2013, (d) Publish an annual report in a row during that period. Obtained a sample of 11 companies from 30 companies registered as members of the Jakarta Islamic Index are listed on the Stock Exchange. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F-test to test the effect of simultaneous and t-test to test the partial effect on stock returns with a significance level of 5%..             Simultaneous testing indicates variables Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return on Investment (ROI), company size (Size) and Inflation significant effect on Stock Return firms listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII ).            Partial test results indicate that the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI) and Firm Size (Size) no significant effect on Stock Return, while the total asset turnover variables and inflation effect on stock returns firms listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sectors that become the basis sector and non-base in the city of Bogor, then to know the performance of each sector in the city of Bogor, and to know the sector that became a potential sector in the city of Bogor. The research was conducted by using Location Quotient / LQ method. In the city of Bogor, from the period of 2011 to 2015 there is one sector of the highest base of electricity and gas procurement sector. Of the 16 economic sectors, the economic sector including the basic sector in 2011 is the procurement of electricity and gas, the transportation and warehousing sectors, the financial services sector and insurance and other services sectors. In addition to these four sectors in 2011, in 2012-2015, it increased by 7 sectors, to 11. The additional sectors were water supply, waste management, waste, construction, and large and retail trade sectors; car and motorcycle repair, accommodation, food and beverage sector, information and communications sector, corporate services sector, health services sector and social activities. then that included in the non-base sector is the other five sectors.In the city of Bogor the performance of the economic sector can be explained that the sector that has the average value of Regional Growth (PR) is the highest sector of procurement of electricity and gas. This value indicates that the growth of electricity and gas procurement sector in Bogor City is higher than that of Indonesia. In Bogor City from 2011 to 2015 included in the potential sector is sector. Then from these sectors, the most potential sector or the most potential sector is the electricity and gas procurement sector.From the results of research that has been obtained by researchers, the researchers provide suggestions that must be taken are as follows: First, the base sector should be more maintained and developed again without exclude development against other sectors. The electricity and gas procurement sector that contributes to the GRDP should be developed by industrializing in cooperation with investors, so that the contribution from the gas and electricity procurement sector can increase again. Second, planning in development should be given to sectors that have the potential to be developed as a top priority so that development can be carried out more optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the Principles of Good Corporate Governance (Transparency, Independence, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness) against the Budget Management in Government Agencies. The research approach used in quantitative research, was descriptive and associative. The independent variables in this study is Transparency (X1), Independence (X2), Accountability (X3), Accountability (X4) and Fairness (X5). The dependent variable in this study is the Budget Management (Y). The population in this study were employees (DPKPA) Pandeglang Banten Province totaling 65 people. The sampling technique of this research by using sampling techniques saturated. Based on the analysis with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows indicate that: Transparency affects 11.6% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Independence affects 22.2% of Budget Management in Government Agencies. Accountability effect of 34.4% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Accountability effect of 22.2% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. The Fairness affects 14.4% of the Budget Management in Government Agencies. Principles of Good Corporate Governance jointly affect 94.6% of the Budget Management in Government Agencie.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the Discipline and Employee  Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency.This study uses a quantitative explanatory to know how big the Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency partial and multiple. The study population was all employees in the Regional Disaster Management Agency Bogor regency totaling 76 people, with a census method can be 76 samples and each respondent get as many questions as 33 statements using a Likert scale.Based on the results of data processing can result in a significant and positive influences of the Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency. There is a positive and significant Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency. There is a positive and significant Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency.

Abstract

For the Effect of Principal Leadership and Teacher Pedagogical Competence on the learning outcomes of SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug students in Tangerang City, Banten, the method used was quantitative and questionnaire distribution using saturated samples. By using a statistical formula in which Variable X1 is the number of scores from respondents' questions about Principal Leadership and Variable X2 is the number of scores from respondents' questions about teacher pedagogical competencies and Y variable is the number of scores from respondents' questions about student learning outcomes.                From the results of the comparison of t count (-8,202) and t table (1,995) then t count> t table means a negative significant effect between the principal's leadership on student learning outcomes. From the results of the comparison of t arithmetic 16.972 and t table 1.995, t count> from t table means a positive significant effect between teacher pedagogical competencies and student learning outcomes. From the results of the comparison of F count 2.116 F, table 0.309 then F count> F there is a significant influence between the leadership of the principal and the competent teachers of teachers on student learning outcomes..

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share and the Financial Leverage of the company's stock price on auto listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2006-2010 period either simultaneously or partially. The method used is the method of documentation, the data processing techniques using the Software Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 19.0 for windows evaluation. In conducting this study the authors using multiple linear regression analysis. The results either simultaneously or partially indicates that a significant difference between earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage on stock prices. This is evident from the calculated F and t is greater than F table (2.975) and t table (1,706). In addition, 69.3 % stock price able to be explained by the variable earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage. The remaining 30.7 % can be explained by other variables, such as Return On Assets (ROA), SBI Interest Rate, Price Earning Ratio (PER). The result is expected to be useful for the researchers themselves, the automotive company's management, as well as potential investors for further research. For automotive company's management should pay attention to earnings per share, dividend per share and the financial leverage that can be used to predict the rise or fall of stock prices is then to take the decision to invest.

Abstract

Ideally, the Regional Representative Council/ DPR should receive the aspirations of the local community and then continue to receive the aspirations to the House of Representatives for consideration in drafting legislation or formulating state policies. However, the reality shows that the aspiration uptake by members of the Regional Representative Council conducted against the constituents in each region, has not been effectively coordinated in accordance with expectations. There has not been an effective coordination yet in receiving aspiration that indicates conflicts of interest between DPR and DPD.The purpose of this research is about the coordination between the DPD and the Parliament in providing services for the absorption of people's aspirations to be conveyed to the state institutions that pay attention to and heed the aspirations of the people; and take those aspirations as input in the discussion of draft laws and regulations.The research method used descriptive qualitative research approach. The informants of this research are the people who really know about the coordination process of DPD with DPR in absorption of community aspiration. Technique of collecting data based on literature study, interview, and observation.The results of the study show that coordination between DPD and DPR includes direct individual coordination, coordination of planning and policy making and ongoing coordination. Ongoing coordination that includes policy coordination and technical coordination of community aspiration absorption necessary to institutionalize coordination pattern of community aspiration absorption among DPD and DPR is still unclear; and so far there has been no pattern of coordination of effective absorption of community aspirations between DPD and DPR.

Abstract

Work Culture Influence and Supervision of Employee Performance in PT Bank DKI Sharia Capem Margonda, Depok. This study stems from the emergence of the phenomenon that the performance of the employees of Bank DKI Sharia Capem Margonda, Depok not run optimally, because they found that the employee's performance is not optimal, it is seen from the phenomenon has not grown maximum employee morale, not maximal work discipline in accordance with what is expected, still slow service work done on the client, still less cepeta in response to complaints or complaints from customers, is still not maximal work as expected, and so forth. The poor performance caused by many factors including work culture, supervision, planning, work motivation, work ethic, budgeting, productivity and so on, but researchers suspect that the most critical factors that affect the performance of the employee is deemed work culture and supervision. The purpose of this study was to menganilisis how much influence the work culture and supervision of employee performance.The sampling method used is saturated sample, where all the population of 40 employees sampled, because there is not much .. The data that have met the test of validity and reliability testing further processed to produce a regression equation Y = 0.242+ 0286 X1 + 0699 X2, where Y is the variable performance of the employee, is the variable X1 and X2 are working culture control variables.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly partial effect on the dependent variable employee performance. Then through the F test can be seen that both the independent variables studied proved simultaneously affect the dependent variable employee performance. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.5625 indicates that the work culture together with monitoring employee performance variables can be explained by 56.25%, while the remaining 43.75% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Acceptance receiving of Tax is one of source of acceptance receiving of biggest state compared to acceptance receiving from sector migas and acceptance receiving of other state. Tax gives contribution of acceptance receiving 70,46 % to APBN the year 2007.Acceptance receiving of Tax cannot be independent separated from macro factor of other chartered investment counsel of sebagimana has been disumsikan at the time of compilation APBN, like chartered investment counsel growth, rupiah conversion value, level of interest rate, level of the price of commodity exchange incorporated at international market, and commodity exchange incorporated production rate in country. Macro factor of the chartered investment counsel haves the character of dynamic and changes as according to condition of run economics at that moment while acceptance receiving plan of Pajak has been specified beginning of year as according to pegging of Anggaran and Pendapatan Belanja Negara.To check whether there or is not there influence from alteration of macro factor of the chartered investment counsel to tax acceptance receiving, hence at this research will be studied about rupiah conversion value influence, and level of interest rate to acceptance receiving of tax at Tax Directorate General.To answer the problems, data collected from various sources and analysed with associative method ( relationship) is having the character of interaktif resiprokal or is each other influence. Research variable data collected to be checked with linear regression passed testing of linierity and testing of classic assumption.Result of research shows existence of influence signifikan to level of rupiah conversion value, and level of interest rate   to acceptance receiving of good tax x'selfly     ( parsial ) and also joinly ( simultan ).

Abstract

This study examined and proved the influence of internal control against fraud in the hospital either simultaneously or partially. This study used a questionnaire survey with 86 respondents taken from 10 hospitals  in  Jabodetabek.  Statistical  tests using  simultaneous  significance test  ( F test ) shows the influence of the independent variables with the same independent variable. While significant partial test (t test) showed that the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring have t results > t table at a significance level of 5%, so  partially significant effect have a value < 0.05.
