Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the elasticity of demand for laundry service in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency whether it is elastic or inelastic, so it is useful for interested parties to take policy in the future. Based on the research result, it can be seen that the elasticity of laundry service demand in Sambaliung District of Berau Regency is elastic (ɛ> 1). This is shown from the average elasticity value is 3,337 means that the hypothesis expressed by the authors accepted.  The calculation result from simple linear regression equation is known Y = - 47,1+11,950 X with elasticity value in year 2016 is equal to 13,349 (ɛ> 1) with total of Laundry Service production value is Rp. 738,062,500.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of effectiveness and contribution of acceptance of Retribution of Market Service to the acceptance of Regional Retribution in Berau District in 2008 until 2014. Analyzer used to test the hypothesis include: Effectiveness Ratio and Contribution Ratio. The results showed that the effectiveness of Market Service Levy collections during 2008 to 2014 "Very Effective" average achievement of 103.78% per year, this means the hypothesis is rejected. As if seen from the contribution, the second hypothesis that the researcher proposed was also rejected, because based on the results of the research note that the average acceptance of Retribution of Market Service to the acceptance of Regional Levies in 2008 s / d 2014.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study which was conducted is to know the size of the income section have also been depot employees can be transferred to water water to drink in urban village tanjung redeb and compare it with the needs of decent living in kabupaten berau .Income section have also been depot employees can be transferred to drinking water drinking water in refilled bottle in kecamatan the cape of good redeb it should also be noted rata-rata as much as rp .4.392.000 per tens of thousands of workers in a month each of , with a value of up standard deviations as much as rp.793.950 .Based on analysis of the in the manner of a statistic by the use of a mark upon the fit and proper test level of confidence 95 % in a can the value of t has kept count of them as much as 14,368 while t table as much as 2,009 .Because the value of t has kept count of them is greater and mightier than t table , hence writers spurn and set at nought h0 and ha1 and he received and welcomed of alternative hypotheses 2 ( ha2 ) that the income tens of thousands of workers of sources of drinking water depot drinking water in refilled bottle in kecamatan the cape of good redeb start to diverge so painfully built with the sweat of the needs of decent living years 2017 is as much as rp .2,778.624   Keywords: income employees , for decent living   ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan karyawan Depo Air Minum di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb dan membandingkannya dengan Kebutuhan Hidup Layak di Kabupaten Berau. Pendapatan karyawan depo air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb secara rata-rata sebesar Rp. 4.392.000 per karyawan dalam satubulan, dengan nilai standar deviasi sebesar Rp.793.950. Berdasarkan analisis secara statistic dengan menggunakan uji t pada tingkat keyakinan 95% di dapat nilai t hitung sebesar 14,368 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 2,009. Karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka penulis menolak H0 dan Ha1 dan menerima hipotesis alternatif 2 (Ha2) bahwa pendapatan karyawan depo air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Tanjung Redeb sudah berada diatas kebutuhan hidup layak Tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar Rp. 2,778.624.   Kata Kunci :Pendapatan Karyawan, Kebutuhan Hidup Layak

Abstract

The purpose of research that is done is to find how the influence of the number of patients health BPJS against earnings RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district . While it is expected that writer of function as well as are the result of this research is to be able to used to apply a theory that obtained to in a situation indeed that is in the field and as material information for the hospital side about the influence of the number of patients health bpjs against RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district. Based on the results of regression analysis shows that the number of patients health bpjs influence give a positive response to income of the hospital RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district .Thus the more patients bpjs of health the more it income of the district general hospital RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district that can be accepted .The results of the analysis that a change in the number of patients correlation BPJS health is affecting income of the hospital dr. abdul rivai so that rise or the decline of patients Dr. Abdul Rivai will have the effect of large exposure to income rsud dr. abdul rivai berau district. Hypothesis accepted , it is because based on the t generate that t count & gt; t table but it only increases the number of patients health BPJS significantly affect the income RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau district .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that inhibit the function of Social Security Protection Division (Linjamsos) on the Social Service of Berau District in the implementation of Hope Harvest Program (PKH) as government effort in alleviating poverty and development of Social Security Protection Division (Linjamsos) an effort to strengthen the function of the Social Service of the District of Berau in the context of poverty alleviation. This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used is institutional capacity building theory from Riyadi Soeprapto (2010). The results of this study indicate that Linjamsos Social Service of Berau Regency can not optimally perform its function as the implementer of Family Hope Program (PKH) in efforts to alleviate poor vulnerable population because it still has barriers from the system in the form of lack of commitment of PKH Assistant to implement the rule expressly as legal basis, communication systems, limited facilities and infrastructure, poor road infrastructure, unknowing beneficiary families (KPM) with banking system, and inclusion of errors and exlusion errors in the KPM data validation process.

Abstract

Policy implementation Saves Family Welfare Program (PSKS) in Berau can be seen through several aspects in the smooth implementation among others Communication that is related to how the policy is communicated to the organization and or public, the ability and skills of staff / employees, information regarding the information submitted or received should be clear so as to facilitate or expedite the implementation of the policy or program, the Authority is the right to make decisions, Infrastructure relating to facilities in the implementation of policy, funding is financing the implementation of policies. The purpose of research is to obtain information regarding policy implementation PSKS. This type of research is a qualitative research, in which the source data is obtained from informants and documents. In PSKS implementation in order to achieve the welfare of the poor in Berau, there are some problems faced by PT.Pos, where lack of infrastructure (vehicle) in channeling funds to the sub-district PSKS who do not have a post office, then the number of recipients is not in accordance with the amount of data on poverty the new one.

Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reforms No. 14 in 2017 as a regards of Drafting Guidelines of Public Satisfaction Surveys, Public Service Provider Units certify that the State Civil Service (ASN) should providing services to the community professionally. Professionalism highly determined by a person?s competence and capability in working. Related to the services, it could not be establish optimally without the readiness of the State Civil Apparatus to enforce their tasks and responsibilities in serving the community. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions can be drawn as follow : The measurement results of the Community Satisfaction Index at Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Board of Berau Regency totally was 79.01 with  B / "Good" service unit category. Relatively, the services in Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Board of Berau Regency categorized as good service by means of the  service requirements fulfilled easily, service procedures not convoluted,licensing services also on time, service fees appropriated with the service standards, service results was in accordance with people?s expectation , the staff?s competence was adequate /proficient  in serving section, The staff provided an excellent service, and resolved complaints that have been equipped with facilities. From those 9 service indicators indicated that the indicators categorized in a good category, in other word it interpreted by B value

Abstract

This research is to find out the level of patients who get Regional Health Insurance (Jamkesda) in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai, Berau Regency. Based on the results of the study, the sample in this study were 96 Jamkesda patients in dr. Abdul Rivai, Berau Regency. Data processing in this study uses an average average analysis tool and then prints the average income with Eligible (KHL) then to test hypotheses with a 95% confidence level. The results show that the average income of Jamkesda patients in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau Regency was Rp. 1,888,542, - Monthly while the Decent Living Needs Value (KHL) of Berau District in 2016 was Rp. 2,778,624, - meaning the income of Jamkesda patients in dr. Abdul Rivai is under the value of Decent Living Needs (KHL). In general, the work of Jamkesda participants in RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai is a farmer, fisherman, daily laborer, builder and housewife whose income is still below the needs of decent living (KHL). Of the 96 respondents there were 10 people from the group of fishermen as many as 7 people, farmers as many as 2 people and builders as many as 1 person whose income was above the needs of Decent Living (KHL), while 86 patients participating participants received income still needed. . Characteristics of patients participating in Jamkesda in dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau District, out of 96 respondents, 89.6% are still classified as poor people who are eligible to become Jamkesda participants.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the contribution of agriculture sector towards the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) in the Berau regency. Under the guidance of Dr.H.Muhammad Bayu, Drs.MM as the first supervisor and Mr. Dandy Ahmad Drajad, S.Sos.Msi as the second supervisor. The aims of this study is to find out the percentage contribution  of agriculture sector towards Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) in the Berau regency. This study use secondary data within annual years form or time series from 2013 until 2017 which obtainable from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in the Berau Regency. Result of this study indicate that every years the contribution of agriculture sector always increase, however always stand under ten percent. In 2017 the contribution of agriculture sector indicate the bigger number than four years latest in 2013-2016. It?s beacause of goverment program for development agriculture and plantation sector and the demand of agriculture result to shipped.

Abstract

Analysis of Government Policy Relation to the Prosperity of the Poor in Tanjung Redeb, Berau (Study of Direct Cash Assistance Program Policy "BLT").             The purpose of this study is to obtain information on Government Policy Relation in the form of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to the Wellbeing of the Poor in Tanjung Redeb, Berau.             Based on the results of the research note that the price of empirical rs smaller than the rs table is -0.058 <0.380, means there is no relationship between Government Policy in the form of Direct Cash Assistance with the Welfare of the Poor in the Tanjung Redeb Berau, thus the hypothesis is rejected.
