Conversational Bot atau Chatbot adalah sebuah konten yang divisualisasikan dalam format obrolan dan pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan sistem menggunakan teks. Teknologi cerdas ini merupakan salah satu perkembangan dari Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang harus diimplementasikan guna meningkatkan pelayanan pada information service di segala industri terutama di BALITTAS (Balai Penelitian Tanaman Pemanis dan Serat) yang dinamakan ALITTA. ALITTA diimplementasi dengan tujuan untuk membantu pelayanan informasi dengan mesin penjawab otomatis, yang dapat melayani satu per satu pertanyaan yang dikeluhkan oleh pelanggan maupun pencari informasi BALITTAS secara cepat dan tidak terkendala waktu seperti jam kerja kantor, maupun terkendala dengan jumlah tenaga kerja. Chatbot ini dibangun dengan menerapkan sistem pakar dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode forward chaining digunakan untuk mencari kesimpulan dari fakta-fakta yang terkumpul. Metode forward chaining yang digunakan dalam sistem ALITTA menyelesaikan proses pencarian jawaban berdasarkan kata kunci dari pertanyaan user, dengaan cara mencari kata kunci yang digunakan sebagai jawaban atas respon pertanyaan user yang telah didaftarkan sebagai intents. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya chatbot “ALITTA” sebagai asisten virtual dari BALITTAS yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi secara flexibel dan tidak terikat waktu yang berkaitan dengan tanaman,hama, dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya yang terdapat di BALITTAS.

This study aims to help beginner farmers to determine the location of the chicken farm construction using the MOORA method. The location factor for determining chicken farms is one of the important factors, because if the farm location is close to the highway, then the chicken will be exposed to transportation noise and easily stressed, but vice versa if the chicken farm is close to the cutting or sales location such as the market, the transportation costs will be relatively cheaper. The MOORA method has simple and stable mathematical calculations. MOORA method has the right mathematical calculation results in making a decision. The MOORA method has advantages over other methods, which are simpler and easier to implement. The level of selection in the MOORA method which is quite good can decide on an alternative solution in a problem.

Kesulitan melakukan diagnosis penyakit ikan lele sangkuriang menjadi kendala bagi siswadan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 1 Kademangan di Kabupaten Blitar. Seiring denganperkembangan jaman tentunya bertambah pula jenis penyakit yang menyerang pada ikan lelesangkuriang. Untuk mempermudah dalam proses diagnosis ikan penulis membuat sistem pakardiagnosis penyakit ikan lele sangkuriang dengan menerapkan dua metode, yaitu metode forwardchaining dan backward chaining. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan metode forward chainingdan backward chaining. Analisis perbandingan metode mencakup tiga aspek yaitu kepuasan pengguna,kecepatan sistem dan keakurasian data. Untuk melakkan pengujian sistem penulis menggunakan aplikasiSPSS 16.0. Analisis dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesinoer kepada siswa dan guru dengan jumlah70 responden. Nilai dari kuesioner kemuadian di analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis antarmetode forward chaining dan backward chaining adalah 59.328 dan untuk metode backward chainingadalah 55.385, artinya bahwa skor total tentang kepuasan pengguna kecepatan system dan keakurasiandata lebih tinggi dari pada skor total kepuasan pengguna kecepatan system dan keakurasian data padaMetode backward Chaining. Perbedaan rata-rata (mean difference) sebesar ( 59.328 - 55.385) 3.943.

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat cepat maka dari itu perkembangan dalam memberikan informasi juga harus mengikuti zaman dalam jurnal ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana proses dalam pembuatan sebuah Sistem Informasi dimana nantinya Sistem Informasi tersebut berbasis website dan akan menggunakan platform wix untuk membantu dalam membuat website tersebut. Dalam Sistem Informasi ini akan membantu memberikan informasi dari Balai Besar Pelatihan Peternakan. Balai Besar Pelatihan Peternakan Kota Batu (BBPP) Kota Batu adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan dalam bidang pertanian dan peternakan. BBPP Kota Batu melalui divisi diklat limbah dan hasil ikutan ternak membuat suatu diklat pengolahan limbah. Pelaksanaan diklat pengolahan limbah yang banyak menggunakan praktek memerlukan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat membantu menyajikan materi dengan mudah dipahami. Multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang berupa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang valid, yang akan menjadi alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang ditentukan, serta dapat meningkatkan daya serap peserta diklat pengolahan limbah di BBPP Kota Batu. Dalam Pembuatan Sistem Informasi berbasis website ini digunakan platform wix, dimana platform tersebut sangat berguna dan mudah digunakan untuk admin dikarenakan fungsi untuk membuat website menggunakan drag and drop sehingga admin dapat membuat desain tampilan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Water requirements for mint / peppermint leaves are important so that mint / peppermint leaves grow and multiply well. Not only that, mint leaf protection from pests / insects is also important so that mint / peppermint leaves can live and have perfect leaf quality until harvest time. But in practice, humans are often negligent in watering and protecting pests on plants. To overcome these problems, mint / peppermint watering and automatic pest control use an arduino uno microcontroller as one solution. Automatic watering uses RTC as a schedule for minting and PIR sensors for detecting the movement of pests / insects approaching the mint leaves. The purpose of making this tool is to design hardware, software, and to find out the performance of an arduino uno microcontroller-based automatic watering pest control system. The making of this tool is based on arduino uno microcontoler combined with RTC (Real Time Clock) sensor and PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor. Here Arduino Uno as the main microcontroller, relay as a pump and fan switch, RTC as a regulator of mint leaves watering schedule, and PIR sensor to detect any movement of pests / insects that approach the mint leaves. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the automatic pest control and sprinkler system on the arduino uno microcontroller-based mint leaves has been successful. All programs run well according to the previous plan. And for the performance of mint leaves as a whole is in accordance with the established functions. For further research watering and repelling pests on mint leaves can automatically be added to the temperature sensor for use during the rainy season. Because in this study the tool is only used during the dry season.

RANCANG BANGUN CHARGER OTOMATIS PENGONTROL DAYA DAN WAKTU BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO Mohammad Wahyu Habibulloh; Kurnia Paranita Kartika

This final project discusses the design and manufacture of an arduino UNO-based power and time controller automatic charger. On an ordinary charger still does not have a mechanism to cut off the electricity that goes into the charger completely, so researchers have an idea to develop an automatic charger to increase the efficiency of battery charging and to increase the battery life of smartphones. This tool is used to control the charging of a smartphone on the basis of a battery that is used is a capacity of 4100mAH, with the charger used is the Xiaomi 0.35A charger. the remaining percentage of the battery is controlled by using a keypad, the charger will charge the battery in accordance with the time set on each keypad button. The amount of time the battery is charged is displayed on the LCD. When the charging time has finished the relay that is connected to the charger outlet will disconnect the electricity that leads to the charger to stop the charging process and the buzzer will light up as the charging indicator has finished and the LCD will display the words "charging has finished". Through testing conducted by the researchers themselves and testing the device to the user charging the battery using an arduino UNO-based automatic charger, the results are that the automatic charger can charge the battery with accuracy reaching 98% to 99% of the battery capacity and can stop charging according to the specified time. Suggestions that can be given by the authors for further research are the use of a custom keypad that is equipped with information on each key to facilitate the user, the use of RTC to calculate battery charging time, as well as the development of a backup power source in the event of a power outage.
