Sumber daya manusia merupakan komponen terpenting dalam suatu organisasi. PMI kota Yogyakarta merupakan organisasi yang bergerak dibidang kemanusiaan dan kerelawanan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kompetensi dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan untuk dapat bersaing. Salah satunya dengan melihat kemampuan kerja, pelatihan dan komunikasi dalam organisasi terhadap performance karyawan. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 61 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, setelah data diperoleh penelitian analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja, pelatihan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap performance karyawan dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikikansi <0,05. Variabel pelatihan lebih berpengaruh terhadap performance karyawan daripada variabel lain. ditandai dengan nilai t pelatihan > dari pada nilai t komunikasi dan kemampuan kerja. Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan, kemampuan kerja dan komunikasi adalah sebesar75 %.

The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for international trade in the era of globalization and digital as a form of legal certainty for business people, especially international businesses. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method in research uses the literature study method with a normative juridical approach supported by a variety of relevant library materials, especially journals. The results show that the legal principles that are carried out in international business transactions (trade) which are global in nature can be found in the legal principles of international agreements, the rule of law that regulates various kinds of provisions and procedures for implementing transactions. The provisions are concerning Contracts for the international Sale of Goods and the UNIDROIT Principle of International Contracts (1994). Legal certainty given to international business actors in business engagements based on the legal source of the international business engagement itself.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of internal organizational support perception toward affective commitment to change the employees of the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. As an independent variable, namely organizational support and the dependent variable is the affective commitment to change. The sampling process using a questionnaire which further calculation process validity test and reliability test. The analytical method used is linear regression and t-test to determine the magnitude of the influence between the internal organizational support perception for affective commitment to change. The linear regression equation of the results obtained was Y = 29.348 + 0.328X. The result of t-test value was 4.115 and the t-table is 1.668. Because the t value is greater than t-table, this indicates that there is a significant influence between the variables of Internal Organizational Support Perception on Affective Commitment to Change

This research aims to determine the effects of return on investment, operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio, and firm size on dividends. This research involved 23 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange as the research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis used multiple linear regression with E-Views version 9. The results show that return on investmetnt has an influence on cash dividends, while operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio and firm size do not have an effect on cash dividends.

The establishment of new hotels in Semarang City has an impact on increasing competition between existing hotels. Many hotel choices make the hotel room occupancy rate reduced. Based on the increasing number of existing hotels that have an impact on decreasing occupancy rates, research on customer loyalty is conducted. The research was conducted at Grasia Hotel with 96 respondents with criteria as guests who have stayed more than twice and for criteria aged more than 20 years. The results showed that trust and facilities had a positive effect on customer loyalty

Research on the Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing aims to find out the influence of The Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing as Variable Intervening Research Location PT. Bpr Rudo Indobank in Semarang City. The population used is PT Customer. Rudo Indobank. The sample was 100 respondents. Research data comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

This research was conducted in one of the retail state sukuk distribution partners, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with the aim of knowing how the sales procedure and accounting treatment for the sale of retail type state sukuk issued by the government. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method, and this research uses technical analysis of case studies. The results obtained in this study are that Bank Syariah Mandiri as a sales distribution partner in carrying out sales procedures, there is one provision that is not in accordance with the State Retail Sukuk Information Memorandum, namely the provisions for securities account storage fees. Meanwhile, the accounting treatment for the sale of Sukuk Ijarah at Bank Syariah Mandiri is in accordance with PSAK Sharia 110 concerning Sukuk Accounting with disclosure of the explanation of the underlying assets by the Minister of Finance, not Bank Syariah Mandiri.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management on investor behaviour. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is 211 investors who are registered at the Investment Gallery Unirsal University. The sample in this study amounted to 55 investors with random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SMARTPLS version 3.0. The results showed that Knowledge Management has a significant influence on Investor Behaviour.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial knowledge, religiusity, financial attitudes, an financial literacy on student financial management. Respondent in this study were management students of the University PGRI Semarang with a total of 254 respondents. Data gathering process is conducted with a way of data retrieval online through the deployment of questioning. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge on financial management, there is a positive and significant influence between religiosity on financial management, there is a positive and significant influence between financial attitudes on financial management, and there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on financial management. Financial knowledge, religiosity, financial literacy effect on financial management simultaneously. Based on the result of the research that has been done, the R Square value is 0.696 or 69.6%. While the remaining 0.306 or 30.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Relationship skills can create a sales network and become an important part of a company to increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify the inconsistency of the relationship between relational capability in competitive advantage and Pareto sales network assets as a mediator. The sample of this study came from food and beverage SME owners around the city of Semarang, Central Java. Respondent data was collected from 202 small and medium business sectors through questionnaires and interviews. This study used SEM-PLS for analysis. The results of the study found that (1) relational capability had a positive and significant effect on Pareto sales network assets; (2) relational capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (3) Pareto sales network assets have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (4) the greater the influence of relational capability on competitive advantage through Pareto sales network assets. The role of Pareto sales network assets has the potential to be a high leverage for competitive advantage in SMEs.
