Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which influence of the employees working. The pupose of the research is fainding many factors which influence the employee working. The contents is wisdom compentation distribution and satisfied of working releated with the influence the employee working. The object of this research is employees of Patra Jasa Convention Centre.Purposive sampling which choisen is to find out the data which needed in this studies there are 40 responden and all of the are Patra Jasa Convention Centre employee. The data analysis used SPSS program 19 series. Before doing regreesion analysis, the process analysis is trought many steps whisvh one of the is validity analysis, reliability test and classic assumtion test.In this research has three hypothesis and depards of the research analysis show that three hypothesis are acepted, it means the conclution of this research wisdom compentation distribution it influence satisfied of working towards increasing of employees working.Kata Kunci : wisdom distribution compentation, satisfied of working and employees working

Abstract

 The results of research by Choudury (2011) showed that service quality has a positive influence on word of mouth. Similarly penelitain by Rodney and Jhon (2009) which states that service quality affect the word of mouth. The results are different from the research by Jiewantoa et.al (2012) which states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. Another study that states that service quality has no direct effect on word of mouth is a study by Li (2013). Li's research states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. From the results of the above study there is a gap of research results. Furthermore, for this research to measure the influence of service quality, word of mouth and costumer perceived value to repurchase intention. In this study, as the samples are visitors Patra Jasa Convention Center Semarang a number of 150 people. The data collection tool is a statistical quantity of a statistical test with SEM using AMOS program version 18. The results show all hypothesis proposed accepted means service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth give positive influence to repurchase intention.Keywords: service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth, repurchase intention

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which can influence someone to be come STIEPARI Students. The problem of the research refers to the phenomena of STIEPARI wihich does not fulfill new students expectation target. The purpose of the research is to enhance the interest target to be students of STIEPARI Semarang.The data analysis technique to the rest the hypotesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Versi 18.0. The result shows that marketing public relation anda campus image veriable as an intervening variable in this research is correct. It means that marketing public relation influences the campus image which correlates the decision to be STIEPARI students.Kata Kunci : marketing public relation, campusimage & becoming STIEPARI students

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masuk pada Program Studi D-3 kebidanan ngudi Waluyo. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Kampus Terpadu Ngudi Waluyo. Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena penurunan mahasiswa D-3 Kebidanan Ngudi Waluyo. Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : bagaimana cara meningkatkan minat masuk Program Studi D-3 Kebidanan di Kampus Terpadu Ngudi Waluyo.Metode sampel betujuan (purposive sampling) telah dipilih untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan pada studi ini. Penelitian ini mempergunakan 150 responden dan keseluruhan responden adalah siswi SMA Negeri dan Swasta Se-Kabupaten Semarang yang duduk di kelas XII. Analisis data mempergunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program komputer Amos 18. Model penelitian ini telah memenuhi criteria Goodness of Fit yaitu chi square =(93.801); probability = (0,051); CMIN/DF = (1,285); RMSEA = (0,051); TLI = (0,960); dan PNFI=(0.700)Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan diantaranya bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi getok tular. Getok tular dan daya tarik output jasa pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap minat masuk..Kata Kunci : citra merek, getok tular, daya tarik output jasa pendidikan, minat masuk program studi D-3 Kebidanan Ngudi Waluyo

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to found the influence: (1) effect of pricediscount on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer, (2) effect ofbonus pack on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer, (3) effect of price discount and bonus pack on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer. This research was conducted based on associative research. Population of this research were consumer of minimarket Indomaret in St. Demangan Baru, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling methode with the total sample of 170 people. Data was collected through question naire which validity and reliability were already verified. Multiple regression was used as analysis technique. Results have show that: (1) there was positive effect of price discount on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer by t= 7,806 with significance value of 0,000<0,05 and positive value of regression coefficient which was 0,743; (2) there was positive effect of bonus pack on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer by t= 3,866 with significance value of 0,000<0,05 and positive value of regression coefficient which was 0,289; (3) there was effect of price discount and bonus pack on impulse buying of minimarket Indomaret customer of F count= 47,327 with significance value of 0,000<0,05.Keyword: Price Discount, Bonus Pack, Impulse Buying, Minimarket

Abstract

This research to identify factors that affect performance. The research was done by quantitative approach. Variable which is variable of motivation, training and compensation. Technique of sampling at research location by paying attention amount of population that is 50 people, hence sampling technique using census method, that is all population used as research sample.                    Analysis of data using IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows, the results show there is a positive and significant influence of variable motivation on employee performance, training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate the existence of other factors affecting employee variables, so next for future research can add work environment variables, work culture and other variable.This research to identify factors that affect performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between thepromotion of mix and location of interest in Semarang Wildlife Park, and to find out which variableis the most dominant influence on visiting interest. The tools in this study were interviews,questionnaires, observations and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 70respondents in Semarang Wildlife Park. The conclusion of this research is the promotion mixvariable influences the interest of the visit, but the location variable has no effect on the interestof the Semarang Wildlife Park visit.

Abstract

The study was done to determine the affect of reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy and tangibles either individually or together towards patientsatisfaction. The data that obtained to be processed using descriptive analysis andquantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used regression analysis to knowthe affect of variable independent towards variable dependent, but before theregression is done, formerly mentioned do the validity test and reliability test alsosettlement test. The result of regression analysis indicate that reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy and tangibles give the affect to patient satisfaction really withcorrelation product moment is positive, this case indicates that increasing reliability,responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles will be followed increasing patientsatisfaction, so as well on the contrary. The result of regression analysis test indicatedthat value of F is significant, with correlation as big as 0,813. This case indicates thatreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles give affect really towardsperformance employee according to together with the connection tightness as big as81,3%.The conclusion that be obtained in this study indicated that to increasing patientsatisfaction, it is necessary to increased reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathyand tangibles.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan wirausaha berbasis kreativitas pada guru TK Daarus Salaam dilakukan melalui penyuluhan pembuatan alat permainan edukatif berbasis multiple intelligence. Jenis keterampilan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bentuk usaha sampingan yang bisa menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi guru TK Daarus Salaam Kecamatan Gayam Sari Semarang. Jenis keterampilan ini juga mudah dilakukan serta tidak membutuhkan modal yang besar karena bahan dasar yang digunakan dari kotak bekas sabun mandi. Produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini juga memiliki fungsi tidak hanya dijadikan sebagai produk yang bisa dijual tetapi juga bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar bagi anak didik mereka disekolah. Pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu 50 produk Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) berbasis multiple Intelligence yang siap dipasarkan dengan teknik pengemasan menggunakan plastik bening perekat. Sebagian produk sudah bisa langsung mereka pasarkan kepada orangtua murid dan sebagian besar juga mereka pasarkan secara online dibeberapa situs penjualan (online shoope). Kegiatan ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru di TK Daarus Salaam Kecamatan Gayam Sari Semarang, baik dalam pengembangan pengetahuan  maupun keterampilan dalam membuat dan memasarkan alat permainan edukatif (APE) berbasis multiple intelligence.
