Abstract

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

Abstract

ndonesia is a country whose population is increasing, so theunemployment rate is increasing due to the narrowness of employment. Thecurrent number of workers exceeds the number of employment fulfillment.This study aims to analyze the intensity of entrepreneurship as an alternativein overcoming employment problems. The data of this research wereconducted by questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 100respondents and sampling from population using census technique Thepopulation in this study is STIE Totalwin Semarang class students whohave received entrepreneurship courses. Hypothesis testing in this study usingmultiple regression analysis. The result of research with multiple linearregression shows that attitude, achievement requirement, self efficacyhavepositive and significant influence to entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

Socio-economic issues such as poverty, unemployment productive ageare a major challenge for Indonesia when entering the free market andglobal competition. As one of the leading Human Resources, college needs toknow the factors that influence students in entrepreneurship. Various factorsthat influence entrepreneurial intentions in students, especially the attitudeand contextual factors. Population is Economic Education Student in STIETotalwin Semarang. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that the attitude positive effect onentrepreneurial intention of students, while the contextual factors positivelyaffects student entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud on fraudulent financial reporting. Pentagon fraud is proxied by five variables, namely the pressure factor which is proxied by external pressure, the opportunity factor is proxied by the ineffective monitoring, the rationalization factor is proxied by the audit opinion, the competence factor is proxied by the change of directors and the arrogance factor is proxied by the dualism of positions which are hypothesized to affect the fraudulent financial reporting. Population in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. There are 36 company data with the number of observations for 4 years (2016-2019) as many as 144 research samples obtained by purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using the SPSS 26 program. Results of this study indicate that external pressures have a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring, audit opinion, change of directors and dualism of positions did not have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

PartialRegression Coefficient of Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Work Discipline.After analyzed, tcount X2 (4,549)> ttable (2.03), hence Ha accepted and Horejected conclusion of Leadership Variable have positive and significantinfluence to employee work discipline.Partial regression coefficient Motivationwork (X1) on employee performance. After analyzed obtained value tcount X1(1.396)> ttable (2.03), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the conclusion ofwork motivation variable and has no effect and not significant on employeeperformance.4. Abstract

Brand Switching is the time when a customer or a group of customerchange their loyalty from one brand of product to another. Population of thisresearch is SIM Card User in Totalwin Semarang. Sixty eight are chosen assample are fixed as purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using SPSSprogram. Data are collected with questionnaires.From the research we canconclude that validity test and reliability test all questioner are fulfill therequirement. Result and theoretical implication of this research is: thisresearch supports previous researches postulating that promotion, price , andproduct attributes influences to brand switching positively. In managerialterms, this research contributes to decision makers to pay more attention tothe promotion in purpose to improve loyalty customer.

Abstract

Pebryani Lestari, 2020. Analysis of Determinants of Interest in Revisiting the Taman Limo Jatiwangi Tourism Destination in Bekasi. Essay. Faculty of Economics and Business, Singaperbangsa Karawang University. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing factor analysis, as well as making and suggesting. Samples were collected using random sampling technique with a sample size of 385 respondents and processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 new factors that are formed from 21 indicators which are the influence of the determinants of interest in returning to the tourist destination of Taman Limo Jatiwangi Bekasi, these five factors are named Factor 1 which is named the Visitor Perspective Factor consisting of the Self indicator Fullfilment, Financial Security, Leisure Time, Relaxation, Amenities and Variety. Factor 2 is named the Expectation and Desire Factor consisting of indicators of Prestige, Romance, Wish Fullfilment and Local Activities. Factor 3 is named as the Destination Factor consisting of indicators of Fun Vacation Trip, Escape, Play, Strengthening Family Bonds, Educational Opportunity and Knowledge Driven. Factor 4 is named Implication Factor consisting of indicators of Business Travel and Government Business Travel. Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution from the public to the state. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the modernization of the administrative system, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang. The data used in this study is primary data, and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The sample of this research is 100 taxpayer respondents at KPP Pratama East Semarang. Analysis of research data using SPSS software. While the results of this study indicate that modernization of the administrative system has a positive but not significant effect on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, service quality has no effect and is not significant on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, and knowledge of taxation has a significant positive effect on compliance taxpayer.

Abstract

Analysis and Collection of Accounts Receivable Accounts ReceivableTurnover on Corporate Liquidity at CV.JI Semarang, this study aims todetermine the level of turnover and the collection of accounts receivableagainst the debtor that occurred in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Liquidity So thecompany can be found at any period of development.This research used tocollect financial statements consisting of the balance of the year 2011, 2012and 2013. Analytical tool used in this study is the accounts receivableturnover, collecting receivables and liquidity. Data collection techniques usedin the study were interviews with company directors and administrativestaff of one of the debtor company experienced problems in payment.The results of the analysis can be drawn that the company is less efficientin running their business. It can be seen that the development and collectionof accounts receivable turnover tends to decline during the years 2011, 2012,and 2013. This is due to the company's ability to manage its accountsreceivable less well and always has decreased and the increase from year toyear.From the analysis above it can be concluded that the company was notable to maintain stable liquidity (ability) in the company's financialmanagement. So in the last year of the study, in 2013 the companythreatened bankruptcy because of capital related to doubtful accounts is toohigh.

Abstract

Employe entrepreneurial behavior are considered to be animportant driver of innovation and strategic renewal withincompanies. This paper focuses on employee behaviour and how it canbe stimulated towards entrepreneurship. We propose and test a two-step model where formal and informal work context affectsemployees’ entrepreneurial behaviour, which then provides the basisfor bottom-up initiated entrepreneurial projects. Our empirical dataconsist of questionnaire responses of 176 employees in Star HotelSemarang. The results of structural equation model estimationsindicate that organisational structure affect employees’entrapreneurial behaviour, but also trust in the direct manager. Wealso find that innovativeness and personal initiative, but not risktaking, play a role for an effective translation of employees’ behaviourinto entrepreneurial projects.
