Abstract

Proyek konstruksi sering mengalami keterlambatan akibat kurang optimalnya perencanaan dan pengendalian waktu selama pelaksanaan. Salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi durasi proyek adalah produktivitas sumber daya, meliputi tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas sumber daya serta menentukan durasi pekerjaan pada Proyek Pembangunan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) serta data lapangan proyek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton sebesar 37,24 m³/OH, dengan kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebesar 5,80 OH untuk volume pekerjaan 8,4 m³. Produktivitas alat mencapai 10 m³/jam, sedangkan durasi pekerjaan diperkirakan sekitar 2 hari dengan 5 tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinkronisasi antara tenaga kerja, material, dan alat sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efisiensi serta meminimalkan keterlambatan proyek.

Abstract

Technological aspects play a crucial role in construction projects, particularly in selecting concrete work implementation methods. The Pandawa Residence project applies two methods for concrete structural work—site mix and ready mix—reviewed on ground floor beams and slabs. This study analyzes cost, quality, time, break-even points, and cash flow planning for both methods. The site mix method requires a cost of IDR 786,789,488.46 with a duration of 98.08 days, while the ready mix method is more economical at IDR 747,836,152.01 and faster at 95.79 days. In terms of quality, ready mix concrete performs better than site mix. The break-even point for cost occurs at a volume of 9.23 m³ with a cost of IDR 9,930,284.94, while the time break-even point is at 2.04 m³ within 0.43 hours. Cash flow analysis indicates a profit of IDR 166,618,719.86, equivalent to 16.72% of the contract value.

Abstract

Abstract — This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of shallow groundwater quality as a raw water source in Tambak Rejo Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The study is motivated by indications of groundwater quality degradation, likely influenced by the proximity of wells to industrial wastewater discharge channels. A scoring method with the Sturges classification approach was applied to assess key chemical parameters, including pH, nitrate (NO₃⁻), nitrite (NO₂⁻), iron (Fe), and manganese (Mn), referring to the quality standards established by the Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Data were collected from six actively used dug wells. Water samples were analyzed in the laboratory and evaluated using a scoring method to determine groundwater feasibility. The results indicate that pH, nitrate, nitrite, and iron concentrations at all sampling points comply with the established standards. However, manganese (Mn) concentrations in three wells (wells 2, 3, and 6) exceed the permissible limits. Based on the scoring results, three wells are classified as feasible, while the remaining three are categorized as not feasible as raw water sources. In conclusion, groundwater quality in the study area has not fully met the required standards for raw water, primarily due to elevated manganese concentrations. Therefore, water treatment is necessary prior to use, along with improved environmental management to ensure sustainable groundwater quality.Keywords: Shallow groundwater, water quality, raw water, chemical parameters, Scoring Sturges, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Abstract — Spring water, as part of groundwater resources, is widely utilized by communities for daily needs; therefore, its quality must comply with health standards. This study aims to assess the quality of spring water in Manisharjo Village, Ngrambe District, Ngawi Regency based on physical, chemical, and biological parameters and to determine water quality status using the STORET method. Samples were collected from three spring water sources that are still used by local residents. In-situ measurements were conducted for temperature, odor, taste, pH, and TDS, while ex-situ laboratory analyses were performed for hardness, detergent content, and Escherichia coli. The results were compared with Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. STORET analysis shows that spring water source 1 obtained a score of -1 with a good to lightly polluted category, while sources 2 and 3 obtained scores of -14 and -17, both classified as lightly polluted. Overall, the decline in water quality is influenced by chemical and biological parameters that exceed allowable standards.

Abstract

Keberhasilan proyek konstruksi dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas pengelolaan material, karena material menyumbang sebagian besar biaya proyek. Pengelolaan yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan waste material yang berdampak pada peningkatan biaya dan penurunan efisiensi. Salah satu material dengan potensi waste tinggi adalah besi tulangan pada struktur beton bertulang, yang umumnya disebabkan oleh sisa potongan fabrikasi dan perhitungan kebutuhan yang masih konvensional.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengendalian waste material besi tulangan melalui penyusunan Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) menggunakan Autodesk Revit. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan memodelkan elemen struktur kolom, balok, pelat lantai, dan pile cap secara tiga dimensi (3D) berdasarkan data shop drawing. Hasil pemodelan digunakan untuk menyusun dokumen BBS melalui fitur Schedule/Quantities yang memuat jumlah, diameter, panjang, total panjang, dan berat tulangan sebagai dasar analisis kebutuhan material.Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kuantitas besi tulangan antara metode konvensional (MC 0) dan BBS berbasis BIM, dengan nilai waste material tertinggi sebesar 79,36% pada kolom K-3 dan terendah sebesar -21,70% pada balok B-6K. Nilai positif menunjukkan metode konvensional lebih besar dari BIM, sedangkan nilai negatif menunjukkan sebaliknya, yang mengindikasikan potensi overestimate dan underestimate. Metode BBS berbasis BIM menghasilkan perhitungan yang lebih rinci sesuai SNI 2847:2019, sehingga mampu meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan dan efektivitas pengendalian material.
