Abstract

Abstract: The level of mastery of teacher teaching results before the action was carried out was 82.5% (Of the 40 teachers 33 people who completed study). Then in the first (first) cycle, the teacher's completeness rate became 77.5% (out of 40 teachers who completed 31 people). Then in the second cycle (two) after further action is taken as a result of reflection on the first cycle the percentage of teacher completeness level becomes 100%. The teacher's activities in learning Biology after school actions in the first cycle and second cycle increased. In the first cycle the average teacher attendance was 90% and in the second cycle 97.5%. Likewise in conducting learning activities Teachers have a large responsibility, especially in the collection of assignment documents. Teachers with a portfolio learning model have conducted independent learning. Keywords: Portofolio Based Learning, Abstrak: Tingkat ketuntasan hasil mengajar guru sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan adalah 82,5 % (Dari 40 orang guru 33 orang yang tuntas belajar). Kemudian pada siklus I (pertama), tingkat ketuntasan guru menjadi 77,5 % (dari 40 jumlah guru yang tuntas 31 orang). Selanjutnya pada siklus ke II (dua) setelah dilaksanakan tindakan lebih lanjut sebagai hasil dari refleksi pada siklus I presentase tingkat ketuntasan guru menjadi 100 %. Aktivitas guru dalam belajar Biologi setelah dilakukan tindakan sekolah pada siklus I dan siklus II semakin meningkat. Pada siklus I rata-rata kehadiran guru 90 % dan pada siklus II menjadi 97,5 %. Demikian pula dalam melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran Para guru mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar, khususnya dalam pengumpulan dokumen tugas. Para guru dengan model pembelajaran portofolio telah melakukan pembelajaran secara mandiri. Kata kunci: Portofolio Based Learning, Hasil Mengajar Guru

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to develop a lesson plan for SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati Kec. Tanjung Balai. The results showed that improving the ability of teachers to develop lesson plans by applying the Demonstration method through academic supervision at SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati kec. Tanjung Balai can increase, namely 88% the level of the teacher's ability to develop a good lesson plan. This can be seen from the average results of previous observations supervised by the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is 21.96 or with the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is sufficient, the average result after being supervised is 1 the level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is 24, 56 or good quality level. The results of the average score of supervision II, the teacher's ability to develop a teacher learning implementation plan, was 27.04 or the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a good learning implementation plan. The result of the data score II was 2.60 higher than the data score I. The result of the data score III was 2.48 higher than the data score II. The result of the data score III is 5.08 higher than the score I.Keywords: class visits; demonstration; supervisionAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati Kec. Tanjung Balai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode Demonstrasi melalui supervisi akademik di SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati kec. Tanjung Balai dapat meningkat, yaitu 88% tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik. Ini dapat diketahui dari hasil rata rata pengamatan sebelumnya disupervisi tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran adalah 21,96 atau dengan tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran cukup, hasil rata rata setelah disupervisi 1 tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 24,56 atau tingkat kualitas baik. Hasil skor rata rata supervisi II tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru sebesar 27,04 atau tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik. Hasil skor data II lebih tinggi 2,60 daripada skor data I. Hasil skor data III lebih tinggi 2,48 dari pada skor data II. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to see the increase in student learning outcomes using the drill method in Mathematics in Class IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestasi kec. Buntu Pane for the 2018/2019 school year. The research subjects of the fourth grade students were 18 students who would be given action in the form of practice using the Drill method. This research method is classroom action research. To obtain the data in this study, a test result of learning I and a test of learning outcome II were carried out in the form of an application of 10 essay questions. After the data was collected and analyzed, it was obtained from 18 students who were the subjects of this study, it turned out that only 12 students (66.66%) had completed learning. The average value obtained only reached 74.16. Whereas in cycle II it can be seen that the students' ability to test classical learning outcomes has increased. It turns out that 17 students (94.44%) who already have complete learning, while the rest, namely 1 student (5.55%) have not had complete learning. The average value obtained only reaches 80.55. It can be concluded that learning using the training method can improve learning outcomes in Mathematics in grade IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestari subdistrict Buntu Pane district Asahan school year 2018/2019.Keywords: counseling; trust; tutorAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan metode drill pada mata pelajaran Matematika di Kelas IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestasi kec. Buntu Pane tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV yaitu dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 18 orang yang akan diberikan tindakan berupa pengajaran dengan penggunaan metode Drill. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan tes hasil belajar I dan tes hasil belajar II yang berbentuk aplikasi soal essay sebanyak 10 soal. Setelah data terkumpul dan dilakukan analisis maka diperoleh dari 18 orang siswa yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini, ternyata hanya 12 siswa (66,66%) yang sudah memiliki ketuntasan belajar. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh hanya mencapai 74.16. Sedangkan pada siklus II dapat dilihat bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan tes hasil belajar secara klasikal sudah meningkat. Ternyata 17 orang siswa (94.44%) yang sudah memiliki ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 1 orang siswa (5.55%) belum memiliki ketuntasan belajar. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh hanya mencapai 80,55. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode drill dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelajaran Matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestari kec. Buntu Pane kab. Abstract

Abstract: The population of this research was taken from the grade X . The aim of this study is to discover the effect of applying SQ3R method in reading comprehension. Experimental research design is used as the research method. This research took place at SMA Tamansiswa Kisaran. The population of this research was taken from the grade X of SMA . There were 2 classes, X-1 and X-2 choosen as the sample with 30 students in each class. The classes were divided into two groups namely experimental and control group. The experimental group taught by using SQ3R method and the control group was taught by using conventional method. The instrument used to collect the data was a set of essay tests, which divided as pre test and post test. The result of the research the students who use SQ3R method with a sample of 30 students obtain an average value of 80,66, while the students who use the conventional way with a sample of 30 students obtain an average value of 76,66. So SQ3R method significantly improves the student’s reading comprehension. Keywords: Descriptive text, SQ3R, reading,  Abstrak: Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dari siswa kelas X. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode SQ3R terhadap pemahaman bacaan. Desain penelitian eksperimental digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Penelitian ini bertempat di SMA Tamansiswa Kisaran. Populasi penelitian ini diambil dari siswa kelas X SMA. Sampel diambil 2 kelas yaitu X-1 dan X-2 dengan jumlah masing-masing 30 siswa. Kelas dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diajar dengan metode SQ3R dan kelompok kontrol diajar dengan metode konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah seperangkat tes esai yang dibagi menjadi pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian siswa yang menggunakan metode SQ3R dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,66, sedangkan siswa yang menggunakan cara konvensional dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,66. Jadi metode SQ3R secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman bacaan siswa. Kata Kunci : Teks deskriptif, SQ3R, Membaca.

Abstract: Student learning outcomes by applying mastered MGMP activities on a guided basis becomes increasing. Before carrying out the Automotive Engineering average value action is 60.25 and the standard deviation is 5.02. After taking action on the first cycle the average student learning outcomes are 72.00 and the standard deviation is 4.53. Likewise in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes become increased, namely 76.00 and standard deviation 3.50. Before the action is done the average category of learning outcomes is in the low category with a completeness level of 37.5%. In the first cycle after the action learning outcomes are in the medium category with a completeness level of 72.00%. In the second cycle after further action was taken as a result of reflection the first cycle of learning outcomes was in the medium category with a completion rate of 76.00%.Keyword: Teacher Competence, Integrated GuidanceAbstrak: Hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan menguasai kegiatan MGMP secara terbimbing menjadi meningkat. Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan nilai rata-rata Teknik Otomotif adalah 60,25 dan standar deviasi 5,02. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I nilai hasil belajar siswa rata-ratanya adalah 72,00 dan standar deviasi 4,53. Demikian pula pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa menjadi meningkat yaitu 76,00 dan standar deviasi 3,50. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan kategori rata-rata hasil belajar berada pada kategori rendah dengan tingkat ketuntasan 37.5 %. Pada siklus I setelah dilakukan tindakan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat ketuntasan 72,00 %. Pada siklus II setelah dilaksanakan tindakan lebih lanjut sebagai hasil refleksi siklus I hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat ketuntasan 76,00 %.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Bimbingan Terpadu

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the think talk write type of cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in Civics class III SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV and was implemented from February to April 2019. The subjects in this study were all students of grade III SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV with 28 students participating in this study. The results showed that the think talk write learning model can improve student learning completeness and student learning activities, as evidenced by the results of student tests of student learning completeness. In the first cycle the average test score was 70.0 with learning completeness by 46% and in the second cycle the average test score was 82.9 with learning completeness increased to 86%, so that it succeeded in providing classical learning outcomes.Keywords: counseling; trust; tutorAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran PKn di kelas III SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV dan pelaksanaannya pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2019. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Negeri 014687 Rawang Pasar IV dengan jumlah siswa yang terikut dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran think talk write dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan pembelajaran siswa dan aktivitas belajar siswa, terbukti dari hasil tes siswa ketuntasan pembelajaran siswa. Pada siklus I rata-rata nilai tes 70,0 dengan ketuntasan pembelajaran sebesar 46% dan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai tes 82,9 dengan ketuntasan pembelajaran naik menjadi 86%, sehingga berhasil memberikan ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal.Kata kunci: think talk write
