<![CDATA[Abstract: Classroom action research in general aims to improve the quality of learning for second grade students of SD Negeri 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu, specifically aimed at: 1. Efforts to Motivate Learning Creativity with the Application of Picture and Picture Methods Main Material Important Events in Family Social Studies Lessons Class II SD Negeri 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu district Rahuning academic year 2016/2017; 2. Describe the management of social studies learning by teachers; This classroom action research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. This classroom action research was conducted in class II SD Negeri 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu totaling 25 students. The subjects of this study were class II teachers and second grade students SDN 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu, data was collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation studies.

Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran untuk peserta didik kelas II SDN 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu. secara khusus bertujuan untuk : 1. Upaya Memotivasi Kreativitas Belajar Dengan Penerapan Metode Picture and Picture Materi Pokok Peristiwa Penting Dalam Keluarga Pelajaran IPS Kelas II SDN 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu Kec. Rahuning TP. 2016/2017; 2. Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran IPS oleh guru ; Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dikelas II SDN 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas II dan siswa kelas II SDN 017141 Perk. Gunung Melayu, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi.

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research is a classroom action research, with the research subjects of class X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta, totaling 29 people. This study's object is the student learning outcomes during the implementation of learning by applying the Group Investigation learning model on the Equation and Inequality of Absolute Value in Class X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. The instrument used was a test consisting of 5 items. The results showed that in cycle I, there were 22 students completed (78.57%). The percentage of student activity is 78.57% in the excellent category. In the second cycle, there were 27 students (96.43%) who completed. The percentage of student activity is 96.43% in the excellent category. So there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the Group Investigation learning model on the subject of the Equation and Inequality of Absolute Values at SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. Keywords: absolute value; group investigation; equations and inequalities  Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta yang berjumlah 29 orang. Objek dalam penelitian ini  adalah hasil belajar siswa selama pelaksanaan pembelajaraan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation pada materi Persamaan dan Pertidaksamaan Nilai Mutlak di Kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Pada siklus I terdapat 22 orang siswa tuntas (78,57 %). Persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 78,57% berada pada kategori baik. Pada siklus II terdapat 27 orang siswa (96,43%) tuntas. Persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 96,43% berada pada kategori baik. Jadi ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation pada pokok bahasan Persamaan dan Pertidaksamaan Nilai Mutlak Di SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. Kata kunci: group investigation; nilai mutlak; persamaan dan pertidaksamaan]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The level of student mastery learning has increased quite encouraging, before the action was taken only 18 people (37.50%) only students who completed, but in the first cycle the level of completeness became 66.67% (32 people completed from 48 students). Furthermore in the second cycle the level of student mastery learning rose to 87.50%. The activeness of students in participating in the PJOK learning after the actions were taken in the first cycle and second cycle increased. There was an encouraging change in the activities of students, after the frequency of students' attendance was done well. The percentage of attendance in the first cycle is 90% and in the second cycle increases to 98.25%. Students are motivated to study independently and do research work in the field (laboratory).

Abstrak: Tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa pun telah terjadi peningkatan yang cukup menggembirakan, sebelum dilakukan tindakan hanya 18 orang (37,50 %) saja siswa yang tuntas, tetapi pada siklus I tingkat ketuntasan menjadi 66,67 % (32 orang yang tuntas dari 48 siswa). Selanjutnya pada siklus II tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa naik menjadi 87,50 %. Keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK setelah dilakukan tindakan baik pada siklus I dan siklus II semakin meningkat. Terjadi perubahan yang menggembirakan terhadap aktifitas siswa, setelah dilakukan tindakan frekuensi kehadiran siswa samakin baik. Prosentase kehadiran pada siklus I adaalah 90 % dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 98,25 %. Para siswa termotivasi untuk belajar secara mandiri dan melakukan kerja penelitian di lapangan (laboratorium).

<![CDATA[Abstract: Classroom action research in general aims to improve the quality of learning for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang. specifically aims to: (1) Describe the management of learning Islamic Education by teachers; (2) Increasing Motivation and Learning Outcomes About Material Faith To God PAI Lessons Through Task-Based Learning Method Students Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang district Asahan academic year 2017/2018. This classroom action research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Classroom action research was carried out in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang, totaling 31 students. The subjects of this study were Grade VII Islamic Education teachers and VII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang, data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation studies.

Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan di kelas VII SMPN 1 Sei Kepayang yang berjumlah 31 orang siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VII dan siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Sei Kepayang, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi.

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study is based on the problems: (a) Improving Student Learning Out-comes in IPS Subject Materials Excellence Location and Life of Indonesian Society Through Two Stay-Two Stray Learning Model For Students of Class VIII.9 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2017/2018 While the purpose of research These are: To find out whether the application of the Two Stay-Two Stray learning model can improve the learning outcomes in the subjects of social studies materials Excellence Location and Life of Indonesian Society of VIII.9 students SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2017/2018Subjects of this research is student of class VIII.9 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran year lesson 2017/2018. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analysis results obtained that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle II, that is cycle I (67,65%) and cycle II (91,18%). <![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve: (1) the activeness of students of Class IX-B of SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli in participating in Integrated Economics subjects, especially Economics through TPS cooperative learning model, (2) the achievement of students of Class IX-B SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli in following the eyes Integrated Social Studies lessons especially Economics through TPS cooperative learning models. This study uses a classroom action research approach. The subjects of this study were Class IX-B students of SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli, amounting to 40 students. This research was carried out in collaboration between researchers, social studies teacher colleagues and involved student participation. Data collection techniques are carried out through activities in the form of: (a) observation, (b) interviews, (c) tests. Research procedures include stages: (a) action planning, (b) implementation of actions, (c) observation and interpretation, and (d) analysis and reflection. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) the application of the TPS cooperative learning model can improve student activity during learning. (2) the application of the TPS cooperative learning model can improve student learning achievement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IX- B SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan kolaborasi antara peneliti, rekan guru IPS dan melibatkan partisipasi siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan berupa : (a) observasi, (b) wawancara, (c) tes. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap : (a) perencanaan tindakan, (b) pelaksanaan tindakan, (c) observasi dan interprestasi, dan (d) analisis dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif TPS dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama pembelajaran. <![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to describe how the application of the Inside Out Circle (IOC) learning model learning model can improve the quality of learning in the subject matter of the excretion system class IX-A in SMP Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli academic year 2015/2016 and to describe how the learning model of the Inside learning model is applied Out Circle (IOC) to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in the subject matter of the excretion system class IX-A in SMP Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli academic year 2015/2016. From the learning process that researchers do in the first (first) cycle the average learning outcomes reach 70.50. In the second cycle (two) the average learning outcomes reach 82.14. Suggestions that can be given by researchers based on the findings of the study is that this research is expected to provide input for Biology subject teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli by applying the Inside Out learning model The Circle (IOC) is right on learning activities at school. So that it can motivate and assist students in Biology learning activities, especially in the subject matter of the excretion system. Dari proses pembelajaran yang peneliti lakukan pada siklus I (pertama) rata-rata hasil belajar mencapai 70,50. Pada siklus II (dua) rata-rata hasil belajar mencapai 82,14.Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan temuan penelitian adalah penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi guru mata pelajaran Biologi di SMP Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran model pembelajaran Inside Out Circle (IOC) yang tepat pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. <![CDATA[Abstract: This research is a school action research, with the research subjects of 16 teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. The object in this study is the result of the assessment of the ability of teachers in the use of learning media and the school environment as a source of learning in the teaching and learning process through the eye teacher deliberation activity. The instrument used was the Observation Sheet. Based on the results of the assessment, the number of teachers in cycle I who have been able to use learning media and the school environment as a learning resource in the "good" minimum category is 10 teachers or 62.50%, while the number of teachers in cycle II who are able to use it Learning media and the school environment as a source of learning in the "good" minimum category were 15 teachers or 93.75%. From the results of cycle I and cycle II actions, through the Implementation of Subject Teacher Deliberative Activities, it can improve the ability of teachers to use learning media and the learning resource school environment at SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta for the 2018/2019 Academic Year.Keywords: learning media; learning resources; school environmentAbstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah, dengan subjek penelitian guru SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta yang berjumlah 16 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian Jumlah guru pada siklus I yang telah mampu dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar yang berada pada kategori minimal “baik†sebanyak 10 orang guru atau sebesar 62,50 %, sementara Jumlah guru pada siklus II yang mampu dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar pada kategori minimal “baik†sebanyak 15 orang guru atau sebesar 93,75%. Dari hasil tindakan siklus I dan siklus II maka melalui Penerapan Kegiatan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan lingkungan sekolah sumber belajar di SMA Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: lingkunngan sekolah; media pembelajaran; sumber belajar]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to see the increase in student learning outcomes using the drill method in Mathematics in Class IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestasi kec. Buntu Pane for the 2018/2019 school year. The research subjects of the fourth grade students were 18 students who would be given action in the form of practice using the Drill method. This research method is classroom action research. To obtain the data in this study, a test result of learning I and a test of learning outcome II were carried out in the form of an application of 10 essay questions. After the data was collected and analyzed, it was obtained from 18 students who were the subjects of this study, it turned out that only 12 students (66.66%) had completed learning. The average value obtained only reached 74.16. Whereas in cycle II it can be seen that the students' ability to test classical learning outcomes has increased. It turns out that 17 students (94.44%) who already have complete learning, while the rest, namely 1 student (5.55%) have not had complete learning. The average value obtained only reaches 80.55. It can be concluded that learning using the training method can improve learning outcomes in Mathematics in grade IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestari subdistrict Buntu Pane district Asahan school year 2018/2019.Keywords: counseling; trust; tutorAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan metode drill pada mata pelajaran Matematika di Kelas IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestasi kec. Buntu Pane tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV yaitu dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 18 orang yang akan diberikan tindakan berupa pengajaran dengan penggunaan metode Drill. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan tes hasil belajar I dan tes hasil belajar II yang berbentuk aplikasi soal essay sebanyak 10 soal. Setelah data terkumpul dan dilakukan analisis maka diperoleh dari 18 orang siswa yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini, ternyata hanya 12 siswa (66,66%) yang sudah memiliki ketuntasan belajar. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh hanya mencapai 74.16. Sedangkan pada siklus II dapat dilihat bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan tes hasil belajar secara klasikal sudah meningkat. Ternyata 17 orang siswa (94.44%) yang sudah memiliki ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 1 orang siswa (5.55%) belum memiliki ketuntasan belajar. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh hanya mencapai 80,55. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode drill dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelajaran Matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 013845 Lestari kec. Buntu Pane kab. <![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to develop a lesson plan for SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati Kec. Tanjung Balai. The results showed that improving the ability of teachers to develop lesson plans by applying the Demonstration method through academic supervision at SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati kec. Tanjung Balai can increase, namely 88% the level of the teacher's ability to develop a good lesson plan. This can be seen from the average results of previous observations supervised by the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is 21.96 or with the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is sufficient, the average result after being supervised is 1 the level of the teacher's ability to develop a learning implementation plan is 24, 56 or good quality level. The results of the average score of supervision II, the teacher's ability to develop a teacher learning implementation plan, was 27.04 or the quality level of the teacher's ability to develop a good learning implementation plan. The result of the data score II was 2.60 higher than the data score I. The result of the data score III was 2.48 higher than the data score II. The result of the data score III is 5.08 higher than the score I.Keywords: class visits; demonstration; supervisionAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati Kec. Tanjung Balai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode Demonstrasi melalui supervisi akademik di SD Negeri 013887 Asahan Mati kec. Tanjung Balai dapat meningkat, yaitu 88% tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik. Ini dapat diketahui dari hasil rata rata pengamatan sebelumnya disupervisi tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran adalah 21,96 atau dengan tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran cukup, hasil rata rata setelah disupervisi 1 tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 24,56 atau tingkat kualitas baik. Hasil skor rata rata supervisi II tingkat kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru sebesar 27,04 atau tingkat kualitas kemampuan guru mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik.
