Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of profitability, asset structure, business risk, and firm size to capital structure. The research populations are 44 mining companies which listed In Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with 11 research samples around 2011-2015. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The result shows that insignificant effect of profitability, business risk, and firm size to capital structure and  positive significant effect of asset structure to capital structure.  Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Firm size, Capital Structure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) The effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (4) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance as mediator organizational commitment PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat. The population in this researchis were all employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, the sampling technique is total sampling technique with a sample of 31 employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat. Based on the results of this research is concluded that (1) Organizational justice have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) Organizational justice have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees PT. Abstract

Competition increasingly competitive requires every company both manufacturing and services, including RSUD Pariaman to always consider the customer wants and needs and try to meet what they expect. The purpose of this research is to analyze how is the quality of service, a service attribute be the first priority, and recommendations can be given to improve the quality of services RSUD Pariaman. The results showed that 25 of the 26 attributes of service is worth the negative gap with the largest value of -1.21 for the attribute "The hospital has a waiting room, treatment rooms, beds, toilets and adequate sanitation" and “The hospital has enough medicines and adequate medical equipment (such as CT-Scan, MRI, USG, etc)”. Based on analysis of IPA there are 11 attributes included in quadrant A and must be repaired. Recommendations based on the highest priority needs to be done and improved in advance is "Conducting training and employee empowerment" with the highest analytical value 0.1702 or 17.02%. With this recommendation is expected to improve the quality of service in RSUD Pariaman.  Keywords: Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis, Quality Function Deployment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) The influence of green brand on green trust, (2) The influence of green brand on purchase decision (3) The influence of green trust on purchase decision. This type of research is causative research. The population of this study are consumers who visited The Body Shop shop in Padang City. The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method with total sample amounted to 100 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Hypothesis test in this research is done by t test. The result of the research showed: (1) Green brand significant and positive to green trust with value of acceptance 0.815 (2) Green brand significant and positive to purchase decision with value of acceptance 0,545 (3) Green trust significant and positive to purchase decision with value of acceptance 0,434.  Keywords: Green Brand, Green Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Diesel Powered Electric Generator is a Electric Generator where using Diesel Machine as primer mover, which function to produce mechanical energy required to rotate the rotor generator to produce the electricity. The problem faced is found a lot of damage whice is make engine machine does not operate and high repair costs that result the company suffered losses. Reliability Centered Maintenance is a method where used to find “what should you do” to determine effective treatment. The result Showed that the machine has a major constraint on the machine RUSTON 1 is Injection Pump and Cylinder Linier Infection Pump with maintenance intervals about 44.24 hours. The Failure factor of the engine components are the supply of engine’s fuel is not optimal. Total cost for cumulative maintenance of two critical components reach Rp. 831.263.531.  Keywords: Maintenance,  Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
