Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational. The populations in this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Padang which consist of 128 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Sampling which the total of the samples are 97 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple reggression analysis. The result of this research shows (1) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior foci supervisor (OCBS); perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi foci organisasional (OCBO), pertukaran anggota pemimpin; dukungan organisasi persepsi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors on Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. The variables used in this research are motivation, perception, learning, and Consumer Attitudes. The population in this study are Padang State University students who have never used the savings in one of the Islamic Bank in the city of Padang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) motivation, perception, learning, and attitude significantly influence the Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. (2) Perception is the most dominant factor in influencing Saving Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) The effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (4) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance as mediator organizational commitment PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat. The population in this researchis were all employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, the sampling technique is total sampling technique with a sample of 31 employees of PT. Abstract

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the extent to which the influence of product quality on purchasing interest with halal awareness as an intervening variable in "Aak Ramen Yuk". The population in this study is the people of Lubuk Basung, Agam regency with a purposive sampling of 200 respondents. Quantitative analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20 software in the form of path analysis and Sobel test as mediation tests. The research results obtained show (1) the direct influence of product quality on purchase interest, (2) the direct influence of the product quality variable on halal awareness, (3) the direct influence of the halal awareness variable on purchase interest, (4) indirect influence of the product quality variable on purchase interest from the results of the Sobel test.

Abstract

This study set out to examine the link that exists between total quality management and organizational performance in the presence of innovation as a mediator or variable. The population of this study were all teachers and education personnel at the SMP Ar-Risalah Islamic Boarding School as many as 45 people. The number of samples used in the study was 45 people using the total sampling technique. This study employed causality research as its research strategy. With the aid of SmartPLS 4.0, the Structural Equational Model (SEM) is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings suggested that; (1) total quality management has an important and favorable impact on organizational performance; (2) organizational performance is positively and significantly impacted by innovation; (3) total quality management significantly and favorably influences innovation; (4) innovation isn’t able to act as a mediator in the link between total quality managememt and organizational performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pengelola keuangan Bumdesma Sabana Kamek LKD Kecamatan Kamang Magek Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDesma yang dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi otomatisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan pendampingan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan berjumlah 10 orang terdiri atas direktur, sekretaris, bendahara, pengawas serta staf keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelola keuangan Bumdesma dapat memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dengan baik secara komputerisasi otomatisasi dengan baik sehingga menunjang untuk digitalisasi laporan keuangan. Dengan memiliki pemahaman tentang siklus akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara komputerisasi otomatisasi maka pengurus Bumdesma membuat keputusan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang yang lebih tepat sehingga berdampak pada kinerja Bumdesma yang semakin baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan wawasan tentang pentingnya halal literacy, serta pendampingan bagi mitra dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal. Khalayak sasaran program PKM ini adalah pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Padang. Untuk mengetahui manfaat dari program, kegiatan PKM ini mengevaluasi literasi peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman literasi halal dari 76.05% menjadi 86.26%. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal melalui layanan online. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman literasi halal dan sertifikasi halal, UMKM di Kota Padang mampu meningkatkan produktivitasnya guna mendukung pengembangan Sumatera Barat sebagai destinasi wisata halal di Indonesia

Abstract

In Padang there are many traditional markets, but not all markets have permission to slaughter poultry in the market because there are still many markets that do not meet the requirements. In the traditional markets of Padang city that meet the terms and conditions for slaughtering poultry, one of them is the Padang fair market. Apart from that market, there are also those who are not allowed to slaughter poultry in the market. However, currently there are still many cuts being carried out in traditional markets in Padang, including Mr Taufik's cuts in the Padang Raya market. Based on the results of field observations that I carry out with workers every day, these cuts can be prepared. chickens that are ready to sell are 70 kw. So, because of the differences, researchers want to understand the supply chain in depth, the differences between cuts that are permitted and cuts that are not permitted. The author's consideration for choosing a qualitative approach is because the qualitative approach is carried out in natural conditions, or focuses directly on the data source so that in-depth information and more valid data will be obtained in accordance with the research background and field conditions. Based on this research, the population is not greater than 100 respondents, so the author took 100% of the population at Pasar Raya Padang, namely 12 respondents. The implementation of halal supply chains for chicken traders at Pasar Raya Padang has shown a strong commitment to fulfilling halal standards in the supply chain. These chicken traders have taken important steps in ensuring the halalness of their products, starting from selecting trusted suppliers to strict quality control practices. Chicken traders have paid attention to various important aspects in the halal supply chain, including selecting trusted suppliers, appropriate slaughtering processes with Islamic principles, separation of halal and non-halal products, as well as maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation at every stage of the production, storage, transportation and sales processes. challenges faced by chicken traders, such as high costs to obtain halal certification, lack of attention on the halalness of chicken feed, and the need for updates in halal supply chain management practices. Traders need to pay more attention to the halalness of the chicken feed ingredients used to ensure that the entire production process meets halal standards. Chicken traders need to maintain the quality of the chicken meat they sell and provide understanding to consumers to pay attention to the quality of the chicken meat they buy. Traders should consider obtaining halal certification as a step to increase consumer confidence and the sustainability of their business. Traders can take additional steps to increase transparency and accountability in the halal supply chain, such as by increasing the use of technology and information systems.

Research used​ is study qualitative with method descriptive, with Informant study use technique purposive sampling, techniques collection data with observation, interview And documentation, Steps used data collection, data reduction, data presentation. Results in implementing Total Quality Management researcher uses 4 components like customer focus, cooperation​ team, training and education, as well exists engagement and empowerment employee. Clinic Lovely Beauty Centre implementing TQM focusing on customers that is serve customer with friendly and honest, Implementation TQM cooperation team at the Clinic Lovely Beauty Centre namely on things that are of a nature urgent just. Where are the employees requested For help work other fields that require, Clinic Lovely Beauty Centre implementing TQM education and training that is with conducting training and training seminars, and the lovely beauty clinic centre implement TQM engagement and empowerment employee on pickup decision.
