Abstract

New normal merupakan fase dimana perubahan perilaku manusia yang akan terjadi pada masa pandemi Covid-19, dimana manusia akan membatasi segala bentuk sentuhan fisik dan cenderung akan lebih membatasi sentuhan dengan individu yang lainnya. Penyebaran Covid-19 dapat juga terjadi pada mahasiswa, jika penerapan protokol kesehatan tidak berjalan dengan baik. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan crosssectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Program Fisioterapi Stikes Siti Hajar sebanyak 154 mahasiswa. Semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil. Penerapan protokol kesehatan terhadap penyebaran Covid-19 , dengan p < 0.010 , tingkat pengetahuan p< 0.045, lebih kecil dari p < 0.05. Kesimpulan. Terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terahadap penerapan protokol kesehatan dan pengetahuan terhadap resiko terkena covid-19.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative health disorder where there is stiffness and inflammation in the joints which is characterized by damage to joint cartilage so that it can cause pain in the joints of the hands, neck, back, waist, and most often the knee joints. After doing therapy 6 times, the results of the assessment of increasing functional values ​​in both knees, namely right knee tenderness T1 = 60mm to T6 = 50mm, right knee motion pain T1 = 70mm to T6 = 60mm, and silent pain T1-T6 = 10mm, and the left knee showed tenderness T1=30mm to T6=10mm, motion pain T1=65mm to T6=60mm, and silent pain T1-T6=10mm. Increased muscle value in both legs, namely the right knee flexor muscle T1= 3 to T6=4, on the left knee T1=4 becomes T6=5, and the right knee extensor muscle T1=3 becomes T6=4, and the left knee T1= 30mm becomes T6=3, becomes T6=4. Ultrasound, Trancutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Exercise Therapy can help reduce pain, improve basic functional and increase muscle strength in cases of Bilateral Genu Osteoarthritis

Abstract

Introduction. Bell's Palsy is paralysis of the peripheral nervus VII (Facialis) that arises acutely in the absence of other neurologic abnormalities and the cause is unknown. Objective: To determine the management of physiotherapy in increasing facial muscle strength and increasing the functional ability of facial muscles in Bell's Palsy sufferers with InfraRed, Electrical Stimulation and Massage modalities. Results: After doing therapy for 6 times, it was found that there was an increase in facial muscle function from the resting/silent position T1:10 to T6:14, frowning T1:3 to T6:10, closing the eyes T1:9 to T6:21, smiling T1:15 to T6:21, and whistling/washing T1:3 to T6:7. The increase in facial muscle strength was the result of M. Frontalis T1:1 to T6:5, M. Orbicularis Occuli T1:1 to T6:3, M.Zygomaticus Major T1:1 to T6:3, M. Orbicularis Oris T1:1 to T6:3, M. Procerus T1:0 to T6:3, M. Bucinator T1:1 to T6:5, M. Depressor Anguli Oris, T1:0 to T6:3 M. Corrugator Supercillii T1:1 to T6: 3, M. Nasalis T1:0 becomes T6:3, M. Inferior Labi Depressor T1:1 becomes T6:3, M. Mentalis T1:1 becomes T6:3, on M. Platysma T1:1 becomes T6:5. Conclusion: The use of InfraRed, Electrical Stimulation and Massage is effective in improving facial muscle function and facial muscle strength

Abstract

Cerebral Palsy is a heterogeneous group of clinical syndromes that describe permanent disturbances of movement and posture. Characterized by abnormalities of muscle tone, posture, and movement that limits the patient's activity. To determine the management of physiotherapy in reducing muscle spasticity and increasing motor skills in patients with Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadrilegi with Neuro Development Treatment. After doing physiotherapy six times, result of the spastic assessment decrease in the hip abductor muscle group from T1: 2 to T6: 0, the adductor from T1: 1 to T6: 0, the hip flexor T1: 3 to T6: 0, the knee flexor T1: 4 became T6: 0, dorsal flexion of ankle T1: 3 to T6: 0. Then there is no improvement in motor skills. It can be conclusion that the administration of NDT (Neuro Development Treatment) given 6 times only reduces muscle spasticity in Cerebral Palsy patients

Abstract

Osteoarthritis Genu is a disease that affects the knee joint. This studydetermine the implementation of Physiotherapy in reducing pain and increasing LGS to increase the strength of themuscle aimsOsteoarthritis Genu Sinistra towith the modalities of MWD, Laser and Quadriceps Setting 1. From the results obtained after therapy for 6 times, the results of the assessment of knee pain were silent pain T1=0 to T6=0 tenderness T1=3 to T6=1 motion pain T1=5 to T6=3. Increased muscle strength T1=4 to T6=5. As well as an increase in passive Genu Sinistra Osteoarthritis LGS, namely T1 = S 00-00-1200 to T6 = S 00-00-1300 and active Genu Sinistra Osteoarthritis LGS, namely T1 = S 00-00-1150 to T6 = S 00-00-1250.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis genu is a movable joint disease. This disease is a chronic progressive walking disease, which is characterized by inflammation of the articular cartilage and inflammation of the synovial membrane, which causes pain, stiffness in the joints, decreased muscle strength, and even decreased mobility.To find out the benefits of TENS, SWD and Quadriceps Setting in reducing pain, increasing muscle strength, knowing the Physiotherapy action plan, knowing the evaluation of Physiotherapy actions in patients with Bilateral Genu Osteoarthritis. After giving physiotherapy 6 times, the pain value decreased from T1: 3 to T6: 1, Movement from T1: 4 to T6: 2. Then Knee Dekstra Press from T1: 2 to T6: 1, Move from T1: 3 to T6: 1. Increase the strength of the left Flexor and Extensor muscles from T1: 4 to T6: 5. TENS, SWD, and Quadriceps Setting can help reduce pain and increase muscle strength in cases of Bilateral Genu Osteoarthritis

Abstract

Bell's palsy is an acute weakness or paralysis of the facial peripheral nerves (facial nerve) on one side of the face. This condition causes the patient's inability to move half of his face consciously, on the affected side. To determine the implementation of Physiotherapy in increasing facial muscle strength, increasing the functional ability of facial muscles and reducing the thick feeling on the side of the face in the case of Bell's Palsy Sinistra by using Infrarred, Electrical Stimualtion modalities, and exercise therapy in the form of Mirror Exercise. After 6 times of therapy, the results of the assessment of increased muscle strength were obtained. Wrinkles forehead T1 : 1 to T6 : 3, Raises eyebrows T1 : 1 to T6 : 3, Closes eyes T1 : 1 to T6 : 3, Inflates nose and deflates T1 : 1 to T6 : 3 Smiles T1 : 1 To T6 : 3, scale up ugo fisch in resting position T1 : 6 becomes T6 : 14, frowns T1 : 3 becomes T6 : 7, closes eyes T1 : 9 becomes T6 : 21, smiles T1 : 9 becomes T1 : 21, whistles T1 : 3 becomes T6 : 3 . Infrared, Electrical stimulation and Mirror exercise can help increase facial muscle strength and improve the functional ability of facial muscles

Trigger Finger is a common disorder that is characterize by an irreversibility the bent finger and assocated with dysfunction and oan caused by thickening of a flexor tendon, in combination with thickening of the tendon sheath in the same place.To find out the management of physiotherapy in reducing pain, increasing the range of motion of joints in Trigger Finger sufferers with Ultrasound, Massage and exercise therapy in the form of hold relax.After doing physiotherapy six times, result of the assessment pain dexreased from T1: 8 to T6: 4, motion pain from T1: 6 to T6: 2, increased value of flexor muscle strength from T1: 3 to T6:5, increased strength of extensor muscle from T1:3 to T6: 5, increased flecion range of motion of proxs interphaangsl joint dextra from T1:112o to T6:115:o. Ultrasound , massage and hold relax can help reduce pain, increase muscle and increase range of motion in cases of Trigger Finger

Abstract

Pandemi global SARS-CoV-2, penyebab penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), telah dikaitkan dengan hasil penelitian pada beberapa populasi pasien, termasuk ibu hamil yang memiliki kecenderungan morbiditas kronis yang buruk. Sebagian besar laporan awal, menyatakan bahwa wanita hamil tidak lebih parah terpengaruh oleh Covid-19 daripada populasi pada umumnya, namun hal ini telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran tentang kemungkinan penularan virus secara vertikal dari ibu ke janin. Namun, penelitian variasi potensial dalam tingkat keparahan penyakit antara Negara saat ini sangat dibutuhkan, untuk menentukan apakah ibu hamil dengan COVID-19 memiliki kecenderungan mengalami kasus pneumonia berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur penelitian yang diterbitkan berkaitan dengan Covid-19 pada kehamilan. Pencarian artikel jurnal dilakukan secara elektronik dengan menggunakan beberapa database, yaitu: database PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Science Direct dan Google Scholar dari bulan Mei sampai Juli 2020. Keyword yang digunakan adalah “Covid-19”, “Covid-19 in pregnancy”, “Covid-19 Pada Kehamilan”; sehingga didapatkan 6 artikel untuk di-review. COVID-19 pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan gawat janin, keguguran, gangguan pernapasan, dan kelahiran prematur tetapi tidak menginfeksi bayi baru lahir. Belum ada laporan penularan vertikal dalam kehamilan, dan telah ditemukan bahwa gejala klinis COVID-19 pada wanita hamil tidak berbeda dengan wanita yang tidak hamil.

Abstract

WHO merekomendasikan tindakan pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 antara lain adalah melakukan cuci tangan dengan sabun atau hand sanitizer, social distancing, menggunakan masker, dan meningkatkan sistem imun. Persentase kesembuhan pasien COVID-19 di Indonesia yaitu 77,6% sedangkan di STIK Siti Khadijah Palembang, persentase kesembuhan sekitar 50% dan kematian 50%. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku mahasiswa semester VII Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan STIK Siti Khadijah dalam upaya mencegah penyebaran covid-19 di masa adaptasi baru. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester VII Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan aktif STIK Siti Khadijah Palembang Tahun Akademik 2020-2021. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah total populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel umur, jenis kelamin dan pengetahuan tidak ada hubungan dengan variabel perilaku, sedangkan variabel kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan, sikap ada hubungan dengan variabel perilaku mahasiswa semester VII Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan dalam upaya mencegah penyebaran covid-19 di masa adaptasi baru tahun 2020 terbukti secara signifikan dengan P value 0,035.
