Abstract

In this research, it studied about the effects of cooperative learningmethodson students’ embroidery learning out comeson craft subjectingrade X of SMAN 9 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determinewhether learning out comes in teaching embroidery by using cooperativelearning methods is higher than learning out comes by using conventionalmethods. To answer the problems above, this study used a quasiexperimental. The technique of data analysis was descriptive processing stage, the stages of inductive analysis processing which consists of; normality test and homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing stage by using adifferent test (Paired Samplet test).The results of the study showed that there are significant effects of cooperative learning methodson students’ learning out comes of craft subject ingrade X of SMAN 9 Padang. Based on the hypothesis test conducted thatthe tvalue =11.576 and ttable =2.040. This means that tvalue>ttable, then Ho is rejected it means that the average (mean) value of the experimental class and the control class are not identicalor different. It can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning gives positive effects on improving students learning out comes in grade X of SMA 9 Padang on craft subject.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, sulaman, mata pelajaran prakarya,metodepembelajaran kooperatif

Abstract

The utilization of natural resources in gold-mining business can increase prosperity in community, but it can bring natural destruction and social problems. This typography is purposed to visualize the effect of gold-mining in Nagari Koto Baru IV Nagari district Sijunjung regency in order to give comprehension of negative impact that is happen in the environment surrounding because of gold-mining activities. The typography consists of ten graphic art-works which is picturing the environment before and after the activities of gold-mining where art becomes its milestone. There is a suggestion that this research can be an input for another artists to promote similar theme and also an inspiration for other students to promote this problems to become a concept in their research because there is still many aspect that are not covered in this research.

Abstract

Embroidery Beautiful Naras (which is now termed embroidery) has been selected to decorate the wedding dress. Given the events of the bride is a major event at least once a lifetime. Decoration on the wedding dress is not just a function to decorate something to make it look more beautiful. But consideration and messages both in terms of placement or philosophical meaning it contains. But generally people only know the function of clothesjust because of the lack of information describing other functions. Based on these issues conducted a Qualitative research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the learning model ofthe Discovery Learning the learning outcomes of arts and culture in thefield of visual arts class VII SMP Negeri 35 Padang . This research isexperimental research with quantitative methods approach . Classes areselected as the sample is VII.5 class as experimental class and the class asa class VII.2 control . Data collection techniques in this research is toprovide test results to learn , while the data collection tool is theachievement test . The data analysis technique used in this study is tocompare the difference of the two average values , so done to test thehypothesis that t = 4.78 > table = 1.98 .Kata kunci: hasil belajar, mata seni rupa, Discovery Learning.

Abstract

Batik Tanah Liek is a batik that become a characteristic of Minangkabau. This batik has different on coloring process which use clayey. This research purposed to describe the motif design and technique on the Batik Tanah Liek on the Sanggar Citra Monalisa in Sawahan, Padang. The reaserch method that used is qualitative research with approach descriptive. The type of data that’s used is a primary data was obtained from the craftsman, head of Sanggar Citra Monalisa, head of Promotion and Cooperation Department, Head of culture and tourism Padang city and secondary data obtained from the study of librarianship. Abstract

Human beings have unlimited imagination. Imaginations of the people try to make it come true, but sometimes make people complacent imagination and live in their fantasy world. When a person fall in love with something, someone could be not himself and was stuck in the fantasy of their own creation. On the way to achieve a sense of love is not only sweet and feels happy. Terkadangn sadness, disappointment, hurt, and tired of being colorful in the process of achieving a sense of love. It is what lies behind the writer to put it on the painting entitled "The phrase in The Art of Love".Departing from the problems of life and the problems experienced by humans, the end of this present work aims to provide an understanding that, as a human being should be able to live and deal with all the problems of life with realistic. and opened the eyes of the state of the current social environment. In the works of authors show characters or objects that represent the theme and in accordance with the concept of work. And each object has a relationship and mutual support to one another. Furthermore, the final work of this painting, decorative tends cultivation techniques to enhance dimensional shapes on object creation. With careful use of color to strengthen the expression and character of the object it self.An artist feel anxiety about what is seen, encountered and experienced from the surrounding environment. The effects of all the issues that have been passed in this life can assist in the achievement of the maturing process and maturity in attitude. Feelings that are then visualized into painting as something that would be contemplated returning to the learning process for writers and other human.

Abstract

Woven fabric Indragiri already existed since the time of the Malay kingdom Indragiri located in Riau mainland, with conventional motives and values shape the philosophy that has been inherent in people's lives Rengat. One of the functions of Indragiri woven fabric is used as a wedding dress in a traditional wedding ceremony Rengat. The existence of the wedding dress weaving looms Indragiri endangered and communities also lack an understanding of the function and meaning of wedding dress woven in a traditional wedding ceremony Indragiri Rengat.This study aimed to describe the form, function and motifs woven Indragiri wedding dress in traditional wedding ceremony Rengat .Methods that researchers use is through a qualitative approach. Subjects were informants who know about the object of research. Sources of data in the form of notes or recordings taken from informants interviewed, documentation and study of literature and photo footage from the wedding dress woven Indragiri in traditional wedding ceremony Rengat .The results showed that the basic motif of the wedding dress woven Indragiri generally sourced from flora and nature. There are eight motif name of the bride clothing Weaving Indragiri namely : pedada, tampuk manggis, pucuk rebung, tembangun, beawan, teluk berantai, betabo and tali air. Wedding dress woven motifs function Indragiri also visualize religious symbols and symbolic systems Malay indigenous life as portrayed in traditional wedding ceremony Rengat which includes evening events berinai, Berandam, Khatam Al - Quran, pick the groom, bridal march male and biting event .The conclusion of the research was the wedding dress woven motifs form Indragiri only resemble the flora and nature. Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan belum optimalnya penggunaan model pembelajaran oleh pendidik pada saat pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk membuat proses belajar mengajar dalam kelas terasa menyenangkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar seni rupa pada mata pelajaran seni budaya menggunakan model pembelajaran contectual teaching and learning (CTL) dengan konvensional pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 7 Padang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII di SMPN 7 Padang. Sampel diambil secara random, yakni pada kelas VII3 sebagai kelas kontrol dan VII5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 32 orang tiap kelasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata posttest yang diperoleh pada kelas eksperimen (VII5) adalah 82,81 sedangkan kelas kontrol (VII3) adalah 78,75 yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 22 Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut menunjukan hasil belajar pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa siswa kelas VII SMPN 7 Padang yang diajar dengan model Contextual Teaching and Learning lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar materi seni rupa menggambar ragam hias siswa mata pelajaran seni budaya yang diajar dengan konvensional Katakunci: perbedaan, hasil belajar, model pembelajaran

Abstract

Rigafara Futsal Centre is one of the futsal field name in the city of Padang. Rigafara Futsal Centre located at Jalan By Pass / Kapuk, exactly in front of the crossroads of Taruko 1 Padang housing. Inaugurated on April 5, 2010 by Mr. Syafrial. The absence of a logo that can represent fully the vision and mission to form the image / images to the existence of Rigafara Futsal Centre is very influential in the competition, therefore, the owners wanted to create an attractive logo and can fully represent the vision and mission to form the image / images to the presence of Rigafara Futsal Centre, in addition to the logo Rigafara futsal Centre will be created and charged with having a meaning that represent elements that represent Rigafara futsal futsal Centre. In order that can attract more players to play in Rigafara futsal Centre, as well as to differentiate futsal Rigafara futsal Centre with other futsal field rental.The design of the logo as the main promotional media Rigafara Futsal Centre, then through the media support, the necessary data analysis through 5W + 1H.This method is needed to strengthen and refine the design. This design results in the form of a logo that is expected to be a media campaign memorable by futsal players, and can capture more customers and become the place for choose for visitors and futsal players in the city of Padang.Keywords : Logo, Games, Futsal Centre, Rigafara
