Planning is the main thing in human resource management activities. Without outlining, their functions are not able adequately fulfilled. Therefore, it plays an essential role because preparation is the process of determining the direction and purpose of activity to be performed. Rational resource devising in the field of education needs to be involved in examining the needs of workers who will occupy the position of human resources required by educational institutions. The demand for human resources in the future can be planned as immeasurable as possible to obtain quality human resources asexpected.

This journal discusses about the performance of the principal. Assessment is a systematic effort of collecting, organizing, managing and interpreting data, facts and information (which can be accounted for) with the aim of concluding the value or rating of one's competence in one type or area of expertise of the educational personality such as the principal. The performance of the principal is the work done by the principal in carrying out the main tasks, functions and responsibilities in managing the school he or she is in. Procedures to be passed in the performance appraisal are working procedures and work steps since the process of understanding the performance starts from composing instruments and piloting, collecting data, analyzing data and preparing reports. The results of the principal's performance appraisal are used to improve the professionalism of the principal.

Educational is a process o transferring o knowledge (science, technology and art) by teachers/lecturers to students. Moreover, education is atool to change the way of thinking from the traditional way to the scientific way. One important component in educational activities is the principal and teachers. The emergence of various books in the science o education management as a learning effort or principal and teacher do not make them aware of the contents of the book. In general, the science of education management books is more theoretical. “Sekolah Cinta” by Edi Sutarto tried to approach readers in the unique way. Its uniqueness lies on the content of the book which is not just a book of management education science but it is present as literature valuable work. This book provides a solution to the problem of the face of education in Indonesia by applying the approach see-do-get. In addition, the mindset change movement concept known as unfreezing-moving-freezing organizational cycle.

This research presents about the correlation between students’ interest in speaking and their speaking score at the sixth semester of STAIN Watampone. This research used quantitative method. The sample consisted of 40 students of the sixth semester of STAIN Watampone. In collecting data, the researcher got the students’ data by using questionnaire. In this research has one problem, “it is How is the correlation between students’ interest in speaking and the level of students’ speaking score”?. The result of the study shown that the result of students interests score is 100. It means that the mean score of students is greater than 30, it is indicate that the effect of students’ interest is positive. Students speaking score is 84.7 It means the level of students speaking score is very high. From the data could be conclude that there is correlation between students’ interest in speaking and the level of students’ speaking score at STAIN Watampone and there is significant. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted.

This research focused more about developing cultural awareness especially in language classroom. Many conflicts happened around us as the effect of lack of different culture awareness. So “cultural discussion” become the important subject in this world and not except for language classroom. But many teachers now assume that culture and language must be taught separately. This of course waste many times and is not effective in teaching both subjects. The purpose of this research is to describe the relevance of culture and language, and offer one strategy to teach culture in language by using bingo break or vice versa.

The concept of Ibnu Maskawaih's education about the power and humanity of human thinking, he conclude that in humans there are three forces, they are: an-nafs al-bahimiyah (animal passions) is worse force, an-nafs as-sabu’iyah (lust beast) in the middle force, and an-nafs an-nathiqiyah (intelligent soul) is good force. His concept of moral education is the obligatory education for each individual to sharp the power and capabilities of the human. According to his concept, environment will affect the education. Then, a good environment is the environment in which there is a harmonious relationship between all the components that exist in the environment. The concept of Ibn Khaldun's education about the power and ability of human thought that he laid the ratio (reason) at its central point. With human ratio, human can think and can produce science. In the process of education, morality is very important, therefore it cannot educate in a violent manner. Therefore, his thinking challenged the environment that the environment greatly influenced the human in carrying out his social function in the midst of society.

This research aims to know how Arabic dictionary affective in translating Qiraah by using android application. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the population of this research is the second semester academic year 2016/2017 with purposive sampling as a technique to collect the sample is PS 6. The data were collected by using test, observation, and interview. The instrument of this research is performance instrument, observation guidance, and interview guidance. The data collection have done from the result of this research would be analyzed by using qualitative data analyzed. The result of this research showed that 1). Based on the performance of the students in general were able to translate Qiraah that have been prepared. 2). The result of interview showed that the students easy to find out the meaning of each mufradat so that by using this method in translating the Arabic text at the previous meeting. As the result, this application is very helpful in translating.

This journal discusses the urgency of a conducive learning environment in encouraging students to learn actively. A conducive school learning environment is closely related to the quality of student learning. It is realized that a conducive class can prevent students from boredom, boredom and psychological fatigue, while another conducive class conducts motivation and endurance in learning. In an active learning environment, students are not burdened individually in solving problems encountered in learning, but they can ask each other and discuss so that the burden of learning for them did not happen. With this active learning strategy is expected to grow and develop all the potential that they have so that in the end can optimize their learning results. Therefore, in the learning process of teachers play a role as mentors. Teachers should try to enliven and motivate students to create a conducive interaction process in the learning process in the classroom. In an active learning process it occurs a dialogue that interactions between students with students, students with teachers or students with other learning resources.

The objective of the research aims to find out whether the use of folktales can improve the students’ writing ability or not.Quasi-experimental design was applied in this research with two classes of the students. The first class as an experimental class and the second as a control class that was given different treatment. The instrument of this research was a written test. The population of this research was the first year students of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone, academic year 2012-2013. The number of population was 420 students consisted of 14 classes. A sample of this research was taken by using cluster random sampling technique; there were 60 students as sample, 30 students in X-9 as experimental class and 30 students in X-10 as control class. Data were collected through written test administered in the pretest and posttest. The mean score of pretest in experimental class is 47.93 and mean score of posttest is 73.5. While the mean score of pretest in control class is 52.36 and mean score of posttest is 66.37. It can be conclude that there is significant difference of the students after the use of folktales in improving their writing ability.

The research is a research and development. The subjects of this research are the professional of education media, the professional of guidance and counseling, the guidance and counseling teacher or practical in the school and student. The technigue of collecting data are used with inquiri and interview the resultang from. This research of this development are (i) the description of result the level necessary guidance and counseling teachers and student about the development further study plan module indicate that the students need very much the module of the development of planning the study of continue. From inquiry result are got precentase level the necessary student in the amount 90,33%. (ii) The further study plan module for SMP/MTs student have passed validation test phase and acceptabilities by professional (the professional education media and guidance and counseling professional), and small group test by guidance and counseling teacher and students. With result for validating test by professional are got 3,19 on the average it is mean that are developed very valid. Meanwhile acceptability test (usability, feasibility, and accuracy) from the professional/expert subjects are got 3,41 on the average it is mean that very acceptable. While acceptability test (usability, feasibility, and accuracy) by the small grouf test (guidance teacher and students) obtained the average each 3,65 and 3,42 it is mean that very acceptable.
