Abstract

PT DCM (Dadali Citra Mandiri) is manufacturing business which is active in service of telecommunications and construction. Research done at Staff Purchasing, concerning Information System of Accountancy of Raw Material Purchasing. System which walk in company not yet computerized full, and informsai yielded by not yet as according to accountancy standard going into effect in Indonesia. Writer take the title " Design Information System of Accountancy Purchasing Raw Material At PT. Dadali Citra Mandiri Bandung". Desain Research which writer use is descriptive desain research and also desain research with the data of primary and sekunder, research type used is academic research, data type used is data qualitative and quantitative data, research method used is descriptive research method, and research method with an eye to evaluatif, technique of data collecting used is field study and book study, method of system development used is methodologies orienting at output, process and data. Structure of system development used by is Waterfall. System development of Information used is context diagram, data flow diagram, and flowchart. Design Information System of Accountancy Purchasing Raw Material done for make system better, yielded information as according to accounting standard like Receivable card, aging receivable, and receivable report, and especial report like income statement and balance sheet.

Abstract

PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung is addressed in Jl. Abdul Rachman Saleh 9 City Square A-3 Bandung. At the time of recording supplies, PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung is already using the computer by using Microsoft Office Excel 2003, which is often in error recording. On the problems the writer took the title "Accounting Information Systems Inventory Trade at PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung". Research type which writer applies is base research, data type which writer applies is qualitative data and quantitative data, research design type which writer applies is research design with primary data and secondary data, research method which writer applies is research of eksploratoris and descriptive research, data collecting technique which writer applies is field researcher what consisted of interview and observation and bibliography research system development method which writer applies is methodologies orienting at process, data and output. System development structure applied is Waterfall. Scheme of information system applied is context diagram, data flow diagram, and flowchart With writer makes scheme of trade stock accounting information system, expected data processing, record-keeping of supply data at PT Tasly World Indonesia Cabang Bandung becomes more effective, computerized and efficient as according to financial accounting standard and, output yielded consisted of supply card, supply report, sale report, report retur goods, report retur sale, financial statement, Balance Sheet.

Abstract

LSM atau yang lebih akrab dikenal dengan lembaga swadaya masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat berarti di masyarakat terutama berkaitan dengan kiprahnya yang mencerminkan budaya dari suatu masyarakat tersebut. Namun untuk kondisi saat ini masih jarang ditemui LSM muda yang kreatif yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi di dalam menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang akuntabel serta transparansi di dalam penyajiannya. Metode penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah berorientasi objek dengan metode teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan lapangan, instansional dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adalah dengan membuatkan keluaran berupa blue print dan aplikasi yang berkaitan dengan: Usecase TomasDanance.co, E-Comerce pada LSM, Investasi pada LSM, Manajemen Keuangan pada LSM, Produk Industri Kreatif LSM, LSM Melakukan Registrasi

Abstract

Yayasan Pembina masjid (YPM) Salman ITB is the foundation that manages the activities of religious service. The process of recording transactions in both of revenue and expenditure on the ledgers are still using Microsoft Office Excel as a tool for data processing. Financial statements prepared by the YPM Salman ITB is not fully using the islamic principles. For these problem the writer take the title "Design Of Financial Statement Accounting Information System Using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Software and MySQL Based Client Server" with islamic principles.

Abstract

PD. Anugerah Kimia is located at Bumi Asri Mekar Rahayu Estate Block 5, C10, Bandung. There's when a transaction came PD. Anugerah Kimia only recorded that transaction to the sales book, nothing else. Also when they bought for merchandise inventory and expense in that compagny they only writen in payment book. In the end of a period PD. Anugerah Kimia only make Sales Statement, but not with the cost, expenses statement, and for make a sales statement they use Microsoft Excel Software. That condition can rise a risk accurating of data, and then PD. Anugerah Kimia have a problem with the sales they, they not yet get a significant growth with the customer. Based of that problem, then writer take a little "Loss-Profit Financial Statement Accounting Information System Integrated Desktop and Website At PD. Anugerah Kimia".

Waktu kegiatan melaksanakan pencatatan dan penghitungan bukti transaksi pada layanan penerimaan atau bukti transaksi pada pengeluaran yang memiliki Badan Layanan Umum Balai Besar Bahan dan Barang Teknik (BLU-B4T) Bandung dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel Software. Ada situasi yang dapat mengakibatkan masalah pada keakuratan input data bahwa karena dengan tidak efektif dan kinerja optimal pada divisi di agensi, masalah itu dapat berdampak pada pelaporan yang dibutuhkan oleh agensi. Pada masalah ini penulis mengambil judul "Desain Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Laporan Keuangan Arus Kas pada BLU-B4T dengan Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Microsoft Visual basic 2008 dan Basis Data MySQL Basis dari Server Klien".

Abstract

Pada saat penelitian, peneliti menemukan proses pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual di Koperasi Karyawan Wyata Guna Bandung dan pada saat pembuatan laporan keuangan arus kas tidak sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku umum yang diperlukan dalam membuat arus kas keuangan aplikasi pernyataan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil judul: "Merancang Laporan Perhitungan Hasil Operasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksperimental, desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif analitis, survei, data sekunder dan primer, jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian dasar, tipe data dan metode kualitatif menggunakan iterasi pengembangan sistem. Model desain ini menggunakan diagram konteks, diagram aliran data, kamus data, normalisasi dan diagram alir sistem serta diagram hubungan entitas. Peneliti membuat desain desain sistem informasi akuntansi laporan keuangan pada Wyata Guna Employee Cooperative Bandung sesuai dengan standar yang diterima secara umum sesuai dengan proses akuntansi dan siklus akuntansi mulai dari melakukan transaksi keuangan hingga laporan keuangan arus kas.

Abstract

PT Khomsah Khalifah addressing Jl. Walungan RT/04 RW/02 Kel.Cisataranten Kulon Kec.Arcamanik Kab.Bandung 40293. At PT Khomsah Khalifah in carrying out the process of recording the purchase transaction, the manual has not yet been used in the program. This problem results in ineffective and efficient performance of all the divisions contained in the company body to the provision of information and reports needed. For these problems the researchers took the title of the final project “Designing Accounting Information Systems Purchasing at PT Khomsah Khalifah Using PHP And MySql Software”. The population used by the researcher is the purchase procedure of PT Khomsah Khalifah pata in 2015/2016 and the sample is the purchase procedure in 2015, the objek of the research conducted describes the purchasing procedure at PT Khomsah Khalifah, system development method that i use is waterfall. The results of the research that the author did was the purchase accounting information system software so that data processing and reporting of purchases at PT Khomsah Khalifah were expected to be computerized properly.
