The time of managing financial reporting is still done by making the calculation in the MS. Excel, so that the accounting records in the Treasurer is less effective at generating financial reports quickly and accurately. As well as financial statements have not been fully made use of accounting standards in force in Indonesia. To these problems, the writer took the title "Designing Standard Financial Statements of Accounting Information Systems PSAK 45s". Research design that writer used is research design with the data of primary / secondary analytical and descriptive, this type of research that writer used is academic research, type of data that the authors use quantitative and qualitative data, the authors use the research method is descriptive research methods and survey methods, data collection techniques that I use is a field study consisting of interviews and observations and literature studies, method development system that I use is a process-oriented methodology, data, and output, the structure of system development which writer use is Waterfall. The authorâ€™s purpose to make the design of accounting information system of financial reporting standards of PSAK 45, the expected data processing cash receipts and disbursements in the Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga city Cimahi well be computerized so that no human error and the resulting output financial statements will be accurate and relevan.

SMAN1 Banjaran which is addressed at Jl. Ciapus No. 7 Bandung Regency is educational institution. At the time of conducting the research, the researcher found the Administration section where there was a treasurer and so on. At SMAN 1 Banjaran it has been computerized, namely by using Microsoft Excel and Word but has not used hyperlink facilities, so that there is a repeat input process. And in making financial reports that are still not in accordance with existing standards. The researcher conducts research in the financial section, namely in the part of the BOS Fund (Student Operational Assistance). So the researcher conducted a study entitled "Accounting Information System Application Model Budget Realization At SMAN 1 Banjaran" In this study the research design used was descriptive analysis, survey, primary data and also secondary data with the type of research used was quantitative, with a system development model use quantitative. The author uses iterations to structure the development of the system. The system design model used by the writer is context diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, document flow charts, normalization and entity diagram relationships. Researchers try to make financial statements that are in accordance with the accounting cycle starting from making evidence of transactions, journals, ledgers, balance sheets, and financial statements realization of the budget.

This problems result is not effectiveness and maximum the performamce of all section at the company about supplying of information and report that is needed by the company its self. According to those problems the writer tries to find the suitable title for thatâ€™s problem, so that this final Assisgment will be useful for the future. Finally the writer chooses the tittle of final Assigment â€œDesigning Motorized Tax Revenue Accounting Information System at Regional Revenue Serviceâ€. The writer uses the design of research with Primary/Secondary dataâ€™s, the type of research uses the qualitative and quantitative dataâ€™s, then. The method using exploratory and descriptive and research, next the technique of collecting dataâ€™s using field study which consisted of interview, observation and book study. The method of development system uses the methodologies which orienting at process, dataâ€™s and output. The writer using the stucture of development system is Waterfall. The writer uses completeness system is Normalization, context Diagram, Data flowDiagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram, Dictionaries of dataâ€™s and flowchart. There is representing of input from the Quotation dataâ€™s. The process consist of General Journal and general ledge. Furthermore, the output consist of financial statement balance sheet and financial statement of profit and loss. So that, this result of final Assigment could optimally make the report which this company needed is easier with final Assigment.
