Abstract

This study aims to the influence Organizational Justice, Job Environment and Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employee in Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaire and observation. The sample in this research is 51 employees of Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. The sampling method is using simple random sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result of coefficient determination shows that Organizational Justice, Job Environment and Job Insecurity contribute 75,7% on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employee in Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah, and the rest is influenced by other factors that did not mentioned in this research. According to the result of this research, Job Insecurity did not influence Job Satisfaction, meanwhile Organizational Justice and Job Environment influence Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of customer relationship management and service quality on customer loyalty to IndiHome on customers of PT Telkom Indonesia Regional IV Semarang City Region. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and documentation using a measurement scale semantic differensial and the sample collection method is incidental sampling of 100 respondents. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique for hypothesis testing uses the F test, t test and R2 test with IBM SPSS 23 analysis tool which shows that the regression equation Y = 0.372X1 + 0.427X2. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination is 54.8% while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. The results of this study can be concluded that customer relationship management and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work competence, mutation, and promotion on the performance of finishing employees at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. The population in this study were all 72 employees of the finishing department, and the sample was 61 employees who were selected using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model and the analysis technique used the f test and partial test (t test) with the SPSS 24 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that work competence and promotion has a significant positive effects on employee’s performance, while mutation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the f test show that together the variables of work competence, mutation, and promotion have a significant positive effects on the employee’s performance in the finishing department of CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality and price on the purchase intention of a Mitsubishi Xpander car. This analysis uses independent variables, namely the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality and price. The dependent variable is purchase intention. The sample of this research is consumers who buy Mitsubishi type Xpander cars at Mitsubishi MT Haryono dealers Semarang in 2020. Data collection is done by questionnaires distributed via google form to consumers as many as 50 questionnaires. The statistical method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and obtained the equation Y = 0.265X1 + 0.326X2 +0.478X3. The results showed that partially electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality and price had a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention is explained by electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), product quality and price are 73.1%, while 26.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role to achieve the goals and success of the company. One of them is supported by the behavior of employees who have competent performance. Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline are some of the factors that can affect the Employee Performance of PT LKM Demak Sejahtera. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PT LKM Demak Sejahtera employees. The data collection methods used were interview, literature review, and questionnaires which were distributed to 51 respondents using the census sampling technique. Data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test produced a value on Adjusted R Square of 0.705, it means the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 70,5%. The remaining 0,295 or 29,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Human resources are the main role in achieving corporate objective. This study aims to analyse the workload and work stress on Employee Performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Sentral Pengolahan Pos Semarang. This research is a quantitative study with 38 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique. The data-collection technique used are questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result shows that partially workload is negative and insignificant influence on employee performance, and work stress is positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneuously workload and work stress have significant influence on employee performance. The influence of workload and work stress on employee performance is shown by Adjusted R Square value 0,115 (11,5%) and the remaining 88,5% are influenced by other variables that are not studied in this research

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Service Using Capability and Achievement Motivation on Employee Service Quality Performance at the Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Bumi Sentosa in Kebumen Regency. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and literature. The questionnaire used is the Agree-Disagree Scale with a scoring of 10 (1-10) points with the sample collection method used is impossible sampling with a sample of 60 employees at the Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Bumi Sentosa in Kebumen Regency. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 24. These results indicate that the variable Employee Service Providing Capability (X1) and Achievement Motivation (X2) have a significant positive effect on Employee Service Quality Performance (Y) at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Bumi Sentosa, Kebumen Regency. This research is expected to be a solution to the problems that exist at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Bumi Sentosa, Kebumen Regency by applying Employee Service Providing Capability and Achievement Motivation to improve Employee Service Quality Performance better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine respondents' perceptions of financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and leadership style on the employees performance of PT Arindo Jaya Mandiri . This study uses a quantitative approach and uses a sample of 34 employees. The data collection method used in this research was distribute the questionnaire, interview, and literature review. While the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is equipped with classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 24 software. The regression equation is Y = 4,646 + 0,432X1-0,73X2 + 0,45X3. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 64,6%. The results of this study indicate that financial compensation (X1) has a significantly positive effect on employee performance (Y), non-financial compensation (X2) has a significantly negative effect on employee performance (Y), and leadership style (X3) hasn’t a significantly effect on performance. employees (Y). The results show that financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and leadership style have a joint and significant effect on employee performance.
