Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of work motivation, compensation and work environment toward performance of operational employee in PT. Jasco Logistics. The methods of data collection are interview and questionnaire completion. The sample of this research are 73 respondents and analytical method used are the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression conducted with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test methods and Goodness of Fit Test The result of regression analysis indicates that work motivation, compensation and work environment have positive influence on performance of employee. Based on t test it is indicated that eadership, motivation, work discipline have positive significant influence on performance of employee. Based on F test, independent variables simutaneuosly influence the performance of employee significantly, with coeficient of determination (R2) of 0,679. This means that 67,9% of performance of employee could be influenced by work motivation, compensation and work environment, while remaining 38,1% is influenced by other variables which are not observed

Abstract

This research was aimed to know theinfluence of training, facilities, and culturalorganization in support personal attitudetoward zero accident in production employessat PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia CentralJava - Semarang.The methods of data collection were interviewand questionnaire completion. The sample ofthis research were 60 respondents andanalytical method used were the validity test,reliability test, multiple linear regressionmethod, t-test, F-test, and clasic asumption..The result of regression analysis indicatedthat training, facilities, and culturalorganization had positive influence onpersonal attitude toward zero accident inproduction employees. Based on t test result,it indicated that training, facilities, andcultural organization had positive significantinfluence personal attitude toward zeroaccident in production employees. Based on Ftest, independent variables simutaneouslyinfluence the personal attitude toward zeroaccident in production employeessignificantly, with coeficient of determination(R2) of 0,532. This meant that 53,2% ofpersonal attitude toward zero accident inproduction employees could be explained byvariables of training, facilities, and culturalorganization, while remaining 46,8 % wasinfluenced by other variables which were notobserved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, and competence on the employee work satisfaction at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Analysis of the data used in instrumental test are validity and reliability test, method of collection data are questionaire and intreview, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. There are 50 respondents in this research who the government employees, by using purposive sampling method. The results of the hypothesis indicate that the work environment and compensation are partially had no significant affect on the work satisfaction, while the competence were significantly affect on work satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination indicate that work environment, compensation and competence affect work satisfaction as much as 63.5%. While the remaining 34.5% work satisfaction influenced by other factors are not examined in this study.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the characteristics of unemployed workers in Central Java Province and to determine the model of educated unemployment duration. It uses the linear regression model of 1721 workforces that are sampled from National Labor Survey 2015. The model regress the unemployment duration on age, sex, education level, income during unemployment period and GRDP of the industrial, service and agricultural sectors. Findings and Originality: The results show that variables of age, sex, the income of job seekers, education level at junior and senior high school level and GRDP in the agricultural sector have a positive effect on the unemployment duration. The variables of the status of household head, the high school education level, as well as the GRDP service sector, negatively effect the unemployment duration. Thus, it is recommended for the Central Java province government to develop service sectors to shorten the duration of unemployment in Central Java Province.Keywords: Unemployment Duration, Search Theory

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Availability and Needs on the Shallot Price Stability in the Kota Semarang. This study uses secondary data that is already available at Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang. The data used is the daily data on shallot commodities in April and May 2020 which consists of data on Availability, Needs, and Price Stability obtained from the Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang. The data were tested for classical assumptions. The statistical analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.596, which means that the contribution of Availability and Needs to the Price Stability of shallots is 59.6% and the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results showed that the availability and demand for shallots had an effect on price stability. Keywords: Shallot, Price Stability, Availability, Needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence ofthe growth of Domestic Investment (DCI) andForeign Direct Investment (FDI) onemployment in Central Java. Research onemployment was conducted in Central Javafor the period of 1985 to 2014 by usingmultiple linear regression analysis. Theresults of this study indicate that employmentin Central Java is effected by variableDomestic Invesment and Foreign DirectInvestment by 51,1%. This study finds asignificant positive relationship between thevariable of Domestic Investment (DCI) onemployment in the Central Java, whileForeign Direct Investment (FDI) has asignificant but negative effect on employmentin Central Java. Based on this research, theauthor provides advice for DCI and FDI toincrease employment in Central Java -Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence variables of process innovation, product innovation, and technology for operational performance at PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran. The data analysis technique used multiple regression as technique analysis. The data collection methode in this study used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. From this analysis it can be concluded that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a positive effect on operational performance. The results of the t-test and f-test in this study indicate that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a significant effect on operational performance. Furthermore, based on the results of the descriptive analysis of process innovation, product innovation, technology, and operational performance, the criteria for a high index value mean that the variables have been carried out well by PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran Batang

Abstract

This study aims to find out the partial and together influence variables of process innovation, product innovation, and technology for operational performance at PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran. The data analysis technique used multiple regression as technique analysis. The data collection methode in this study used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS with the results of the equation Y = 1.609 + 0.364X1 + 0.388X2 + 0.274X3. From this analysis it can be concluded that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a positive effect on operational performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test shows that process innovation, product innovation, and technology affect operational performance by 71.7% while 28, 3% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. The results of the t-test and f-test in this study indicate that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a significant effect on operational performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang peluang kerja dilakukan dengan pendekatan search theory yang menyatakan bahwapeluang kerja merupakan kesediaan pencari kerja untuk bekerja. Keputusan ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik individu yang secara langsung akan berpengaruh terhadap reservation wage. Untuk penelitian pada mahasiswa praktikan akan digunakan variabel jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua sebagai PNS, pegawas swasta maupun sebagai wirausaha, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diharapkan berpengaruh terhadap kelayakannya untuk diterima atau tidak diterima bekerja. Layaknya diterima ditentukan oleh motivasi dari praktikan untuk menyenangi pekerjaan yang dilakukan selama melaksanakan magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Dengan menggunakan model logistik berganda secara bersama-sama jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua sebagai PNS, pegawas swasta maupun sebagai wirausaha, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap probabilitas layak dan tidak layaknya mahasiswa magang, sehuingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut akan menentukan alumni untuk diterima di perusahaan tempat magang atau di perusahaan lain yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan perusahaan tempat magang.

Abstract

The implementation of eco-efficiency policies still needed because environmental issues arestill a spotlight. Therefore, employees support needed until affect the improvement ofenterprises. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the influence of eco-efficiency policies andemployee performance against the competitiveness of PT. Unggul Jaya Sejahtera Pekalongan.This thesis used questionnaire and observation as method of collecting data. Afterwards in theanalysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results was that there wereinfluence between eco-efficiency policies and employee performance against thecompetitiveness of PT. Unggul Jaya Sejahtera Pekalongan in the form of Y = 6,755 + 0,326X1+ 0,372X2 + e. The recommendation was PT. Unggul Jaya Sejahtera Pekalongan shouldresume eco-efficiency policies by continuing to make update and repair it with employees.
