This paper presents a novel approach for completely test enable feature and low-voltage delta– sigma analog-to-digital (A/D) converters for cutting edge wireless applications. Oversampling feature of ADCs and DACs is enough to meet the requirement related to in-band and adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) execution of 3G/4G portable radio. The quantization noise which is not filtered in ADC is addressed. We have achieved work power-optimization and test enable feature of oversampling ADC is uses in design and simulation so that the problem of quantization error in continues time sigma delta ADC is solved. This paper suggests support to designer for selecting appropriate topologies with various channel arrangements, number of bits and oversampling issues. A test enable feature of CT A/D is presented introducing the test signal generation (TSG) and the COrdinate Rotation Digital Computer (CORDIC) for evaluating the performance of ADC. This helps in addressing the challenge of 4G and upcoming 5G wireless radio. System level plan of a delta–sigma modulator ADC for 4G radios is studied.

This study examines consumer’s perception related to perceived risk while doing transaction in e-auction system. Previous researches found there are some features in e-auction system recognized unclarity features as they indicate having fraud or cheating. In the online auction environment, perception could be categorized in two types such as privacy and security. This study proposed a conceptual framework based on perceived risks from consumer’s investigation, associated directly with four cost features of e-auction system: payment method, auction fee, bidding fee and third party services that combined with four perceived risk components: performance risk, psychological risk, financial risk, and time risk. Researcher has developed a questionnaire for collecting data from consumer’s who has experience in using e-auction. Through statistical analysis using multiple regressions, this study found that payment method, auction fee, and bidding fee have a positive impact on perceived risk. However, third party services have a significant effect upon consumer perceived risk on financial risk but not significant effect to time risk. Furthermore, the online auction features is directly related to reducing consumers' risk perception. As a summary, online auction features associated with financial play a crucial role in reducing consumers' perceived risk in online auction transactions.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ij-ict.v2i2.2529

To design most reliable wireless communication system we need an efficient method which can be proposed in this paper is V-BLAST technique which is most powerful tool in MIMO system. To improve the channel capacity and data rate efficiently we need manifold antennas together with the transmitter and receiver. In this paper we have analyzed different equalizers performance using V-BLAST algorithm. We have proposed two methods i.e. low complexity QR algorithm and another is consecutive iterations reduction method. This methods compare with traditional finding methods such as ZF, MMSE, SIC and ML. The proposed algorithm shows that it not only reduce the computational complexity but we can achieve significant bit error rate (BER) and probability error compared to traditional VBLAST techniques.

Notary is an official authorized to make an authentic deed regarding all deeds, agreements and stipulations required by a general rule. Activities carried out at the notary office such as recording client data and file data still use traditional systems that tend to be manual. The problem that occurs is the inefficiency in data processing and providing information to clients. Clients have difficulty getting information related to the progress of documents that are being taken care of at the notary's office. The client must take the time to arrive to the notary's office repeatedly to check the progress of the work of the document file. The purpose of this study is to facilitate clients in obtaining information about the progress of the work in progress, and make it easier for employees to process incoming documents by implementing an administrative system. This system was developed with the waterfall system development method and uses the Multi-Channel Access Technology integrated in the website to simplify the process of delivering information and requesting information from clients and to clients with Telegram and SMS Gateway. Clients will come to the office only when there is a notification from the system via Telegram or SMS notifying that the client must come directly to the notary's office, thus leading to an efficient time and avoiding excessive transportation costs. The overall functional system can function properly based on the results of alpha testing. The results of beta testing conducted by distributing the system feasibility test questionnaire to end users, get a percentage of 96% of users agree the system is feasible to be implemented.

Human Development Index is a key indicator of a country’s development as formulated by the United Nation. It determines a country’s progress in three main areas: Life Expectancy, Education and Income. A number of researches have been made for the understanding of how the different factors that together make up the Human development Index are correlated and to what extent each of them affects the HDI value. However, there are always certain unpredictable events that directly or indirectly affect the Human Development Index. Our project aims to incorporate the interdependencies between different factors of the HDI with the simulation of random events in an artificial population to establish the HDI value. This value is future forecasting as the HDI value output would be based upon the input values given by the user, including a certain number of years after which HDI is to be determined. The user would also have other options available to him which he can use to determine the HDI value. That is, after changing the values of various different factors upon which HDI depends by his own choice, the user can effectively study different elements affecting HDI. This can prove to be a great convenience in policy making. Genetic Algorithm is a technique that mimics the process of natural evolution. The essence of Genetic Algorithm is being employed in this system to generate artificial agents for Pakistan’s entire population. This population (represented as chromosomes of bit strings) would then undergo various genetic operations like fitness evaluation, cross-over and mutation. Then after certain generations of the initial population have evolved after a specific number of years as input by the user, the Human Development Index value would be calculated. This value would be determined from the statistical analysis of the population. This analysis has been encoded in the system and is result of extensive study of various research articles and books that facilitate in understanding how socio-economic parameters affect each other and the HDI.

The virtual area of communication known as cyber space brought about by the debut of the internet has enabled some cyber crimes – ‘Intrusion’ inclusive. So, efforts are being geared towards ensuring that reliable and efficient Intrusion Detection Systems (IDSs) are developed to curtail this menace. However, Spiking Neural P (SN P) systems have been established as a class of distributed parallel computing models. So, in this paper, a novel network intrusion prediction model based on trapezoidal Fuzzy Reasoning Spiking Neural P (tFRSN P) system, is implemented for the very first time for the detection of intrusion. tFRSN P system is an extension of SN P system. It has a graphical modeling advantage which makes it well suited for fuzzy reasoning as well as fuzzy knowledge representation using If-Then rules. The dynamic firing power of neurons is harnessed in a simple parallel matrix-based fuzzy reasoning format to generate inferences. To establish the effectiveness of this approach especially in the area of speed of parallel reasoning and the handling of uncertainties, detection of Brute Force Attack (BFA) is used for demonstration. From the crisp results (0.0431, 0.0414, 0.4453, 0.1703 and 0.0414) obtained, it shows that the parallel processing capability of tFRSN P system could be used to rapidly reason and analyze the severity (possibility of an attack) from any network data.
