Abstract

Highways are one of the land transportation facilities that have an important role in human life, especially for economic and socio-cultural growth to support national development. To facilitate the mobility of the community so that they can provide good service according to the capacity needed, if there is damage to the road, it will hinder community activities, causing accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of damage and the pavement index value of the Sungai Pua Kubang Putih road, so that it could compare the condition values of the Pua Kubang Putih road section based on two predetermined methods. The method used is the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method and the Bina Marga method. Assessment of road conditions in the PCI method is by ranking from a value of 0-100 while the Bina Marga method is based on the order of priority of the road with a value range of 0-7. The types of damage found on the 2.2 km Pua Kubang Putih River road included holes, cracked blocks, cracked crocodile skin, and patches. In the PCI method the average value obtained is 68.63 which is a good road condition. In the Bina Marga method, a priority order value of 6.4 is obtained, meaning that the road is under periodic maintenance. After comparing the results of the research on the condition of the Sungai Pua Kubang Putih road section with the two methods, it turned out that the results and values were almost the same, namely the condition of the road section was still in good condition but required maintenance so as not to worsen road conditions.

Abstract

Nilai-nilai karakter dalam Buku dengan judul Mohammad Hatta: Biografi singkat 1902-1980, dan Cara Baik Bung Hatta adalah penggambaran Nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada Pahlawan Mohammad Hatta. setelah dilakukan teknik deskriptif data maka ditemukan 18 (delapan belas) nilai- nilai karakter dari 18 nilai-nilai karakter yang ada. Dari nilai-nilai karakter yang ada ditemukan 5 nilai karakter yang paling dominan dimiliki Pahlawan Mohammad Hatta. Religius tergambar dari sikap dan perilaku Hatta yang mendekatkan diri pada Allah dengan selalu Sholad, mengaji, berzikir, serta patuh pada perintah Agamanya. semangat kebangsaan terlihat dari perjuangan pantang menyerah melawan kolonialisme dan imperialisme yang menyengsarakan bangsanya. Ia dengan semangat berjuang dan membuat strategi dalam upaya memerdekakan bangsannya, Indonesia yang terjajah. gemar membaca terlihat dari karya- karyanya yang ditulis dari wawasan membacanya yang luas dan mempunyai buku terbanyak dari mahasiswa Indonesia yang sekolah di Belanda. Ia memiliki 16 peti besi buku selama sekolah di Belanda. kerja keras terlihat dari usahanya untuk mewujudkan tujuannya yaitu Indonesia Merdeka dengan mengikuti pertemuan- pertemuan, Kongres-kongres, dan Liga Internasional. Demokratis terlihat dari hasil pemikirannya yang selalu memperjuangan nasib rakyat Indonesia. Ia lebih berpihak pada masyarakat dari pada sekelompok yang berkuasa karena persamaan hak dan kewajiban secara adil dan merata antara dirinya dengan orang lain.Kata Kunci: Filosofi, Bung Hatta, Pendidikan.

Abstract

Parking facilities are inseparable in driving life. Parking facilities are a matter of considerable concern, especially when visiting places that are densely packed with visitors such as public service centers, for example the Lubuk Attitudeing Health Center. Puskesmas usually have a busy schedule of visitors at certain hours every day so that problems occur such as the lack of availability of parking areas. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to identify the availability of parking areas at the Lubuk Attitudeing Health Center by analyzing the characteristics and level of parking services at the health center, the characteristics analyzed are parking volume, parking accumulation, parking index, parking turnover rate, usage rate and parking capacity. From the results of research conducted for 5 working days, (July 15-19 2023) from 08.00-13.00 WIB (Puskesmas operational hours) and data processing was carried out, it can be concluded that: the largest number of vehicles that entered was 4 cars on Tuesday under 08:00 WIB and 17 motorcycles on Tuesday at 08.00-09.00 WIB, the largest accumulation was 6 cars on Monday and 27 motorbikes on Wednesday, the largest volume of parking for cars was 5 vehicles on Monday and motorcycles namely 33 vehicles on Wednesday, and the capacity of the parking area at the Lubuk Attitudeing Health Center is 7 SRP for cars and 52 SRP for motorcycles.

Abstract

The increasing number of vehicles passing through the intersection allows traffic conflicts to occur which affects the quality of the intersection service. Therefore it is necessary to carry out an analysis related to the performance of the intersection, and look for alternatives related to problems at the intersection if necessary. The research location is at the Padang Tinggi intersection, an unsignalized four-arm intersection located in Padang Tinggi Village, West Payakumbuh District. From the method used, namely MKJI 1997, data from the field is needed, in the form of intersection geometric data, environmental conditions, and traffic conditions. From the results of the research and discussion, it was obtained that the degree of saturation (DS) was 0.77, and the delay (D) was 12,530 sec/smp. Because the DS value exceeds the provisions set by MKJI 1997, namely 0.75, which means it is in an unstable condition, an alternative improvement is made by changing the approach width of each intersection arm and a degree of saturation (DS) value is obtained of 0.74, which is already in a stable condition ( DS<0.75), and the delay does not exceed 15 s/pcu.

Abstract

Parking is stopping and storing a vehicle for a while in a certain space. Vehicles may not move continuously, for a while or stop long enough. The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the capacity of parking space requirements at Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital. For parking patterns in the modeling of parking spaces using a 45o parking pattern, to make it easier to maneuver the car in parking. The research was conducted at Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital street.Veteran No.14, Koto Baru, Balai Janggo, Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. This road is ±11 meters wide and ±450 meters long. This road does not have a special parking lot, and this road does not have a shoulder, has sidewalks on both sides of the road and does not have parking signs. Where the results of the study obtained the volume of vehicles when parking for motorcycles most on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 as many as 117 vehicles / hour. And the volume of vehicles when parking for the most cars on Wednesday, April 05, 2023 as many as 59 vehicles / hour.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology in of Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) which is capable of simulating all information in a development project into a 3D model. The aim is to facilitate 3D modeling of Library Buildings in Padang Pariaman Regency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in architectural, structural and electrical modeling using the OpenBuildings Designer software. Data collection techniques are the methods used by researchers to obtain data. As for data collection in research using secondary data. Data collection is taken by getting AutoCad data. Then from the data that has been collected, a 3D modeling is made using the OpenBuildings Designer software. From this modeling, the results of Architectural modeling are obtained starting from walls, doors, windows, Structure modeling and Electrical modeling. OpenBuildings Designer has modeling tools specific to buildings, which make it easier for users to make more informed and accurate design decisions.

Abstract

The Lundar area, Panti sub-district, Pasaman Regency, the majority of the people are farmers, but in that area there are still many plots of community rice fields where the flow is not sufficient, so there are still plots of rice fields that are not drained by water. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for farmers to manage their rice fields in order to get good yields for the farmers around them. The planning used is the planning of primary irrigation channels and secondary irrigation channels. The research method uses the haspers and gumbel calculation method. From the results of the calculation of the dimensions of the canal planning, the results of the calculation of the primary channel planning where the Q value of 7.17 m³/s is greater than the Qmax value of 5.28 m³/s and the planning of the secondary channel where the Q value is 5.57 m³/s is greater than the Qmax value of 5.28 m³/d. From the results of calculations using the gumbel method for R 5TH is 428 mm and the results of calculations using the haspers method with a Q value of 5.48 m³/s. The results of data analysis and calculations can be used as a reference for related agencies such as the Irrigation Service, or other agencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran praktik belajar kewarganegaraan, dapat lebih memotivasi peserta didik, selain pengetahuan kewarganegaraan, praktik belajar kewarganegaraan bertujuan untuk membantu perkembangan berbagai kecakapan kewarganegaraan yang penting bagi kewarganegaraan demokrasi. Berbagai aspek dari program tersebut dan interaksi peserta didik dengan teman sekelas mereka, perwakilan pemerintah dan organisasi non-kepemerintahan pada waktu penelitian yang intensif mengenai masalah masyarakat, memungkinkan peserta didik memiliki banyak kesempatan untuk menerapkan kecakapan intelektual dan kecakapan partisipasi.Kata Kunci: Menemukan, Menganenali, PPKN, Sekolah.

Abstract

Indonesia is an area that is on the path of the most active earthquakes in the world because it is on the Pacific Ring of Fire. From a tectonically active perspective, Indonesia has a great chance of having a large potential earthquake at this time or someday. The movement of tectonic plates causes the earth's surface to sway so that buildings standing above the earth's surface experience physical damage and can even threaten human life. So to prevent horizontal displacement of the building structure, it must be dilated in order to reduce the irregularity of the building. Analysis of linear buildings where buildings are located in areas with high earthquake risk, namely Payakumbuh City, West Sumatra. The analysis aims to determine the behavior of the dilated structure so that the horizontal displacement of the building which results in collisions between buildings can be known, the effective dilation distance is used. Analysis was carried out on 4 structural models where the first model is a structure that uses dilation, models two and three are separations of intact buildings each of which is given cantilever beam dilation, and the fourth model is a structure without using dilation. To make it easier to calculate the expected parameters, the analysis is assisted by a structural analysis program, namely SAP 2000 version 14. The earthquake data used refers to the Payakumbuh City Response Spectrum data.

Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa CSR mewakili kompromi antara etika dan perilaku-perilaku tertentu. CSR muncul untuk meningkatkan image perusahaan di dalam masyarakat di mana perusahaan itu menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Ide untuk menjadikan kepedualian sosial perusahaan sebagai unsur pemasaran.
