The respondents of this study were then divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney statistical analysis. Result: that the significant use of the hormonal contraceptive smart KB application can increase the knowledge of pregnant women about hormonal contraception by 72.3% (p-value 0.000) with good category. It also shows that there is a more significant increase in knowledge among pregnant women compared to pregnant women, which is only 44.7% (p-value 0.000) in the sufficient category. Results: There were pre and post differences in the acupressure and classical music groups with pain intensity (p=0.002). And there was no significant difference between the full-blooded face group and classical music (p=0.20<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of giving face acupressure and classical music in reducing pain and anxiety in primary dysmenorrhea.

Results: In the intervention group, there was a significant difference in maternal motivation (p-value=0.001) and pregnant women's adherence to exercise during pregnancy (p-value=0.042). While in the control group there was no difference in maternal motivation (p-value = 0.214), but there was a significant difference in the compliance of pregnant women in doing pregnancy exercise (p-value=0.000). Conclusion: Provision of pocket books is effective in increasing the motivation and compliance of mothers in doing pregnancy exercise.
