Abstract

Abstract HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) is the entry point of preventing HIV/AIDS. East Jakarta targeted 20.308 of key population could visited VCT in 2013, but it’s just reached 67%. Thus, as researcher i would like to evaluate the implementation of VCT in Primary Health care (Puskesmas) in East Jakarta Area. Tool which is used in this research is Logical Framework Analysis (LFA). LFA evaluate VCT from input (fund, health worker, policy, and facility), activity (health worker’s training, counseling and tesing program, and monitoring evaluation), and output (total trained health worker, client satisfaction, councelor satisfaction) of VCT. Client and health worker were interviewed to confirm what they expect and what they get from VCT. The result is overall implementation of VCT has gone well. However, the lack of awareness of key populations to visit healthcare centre as early as possible, the lack of accurate data collection, and the lack of socialization to the general population compared to key populations are the barriers of the implementation. Recommendations from this research are to improve outreach of key population; include in the community, to monitor all of data recording and reporting, and to improve the function of primary healthcare as Sustainable Comprehensive Services (LKB).Keywords: HIV, VCT, LFAAbstrakKonseling dan Tes HIV Sukarela (KTS) merupakan pintu masuk dalam pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Jakarta Timur menargetkan seluruh populasi kunci yang memanfaatkan KTS sebesar 20.308 orang. Namun, yang baru tercapai pada tahun 2013 sebesar 67%. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi dengan Kerangka Kerja Logis untuk melihat pelaksanaan KTS yang telah berjalan. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa keseluruhan pelaksanaan KTS telah berjalan dengan baik, kurangnya kesadaran dari populasi kunci untuk memeriksakan diri sedini mungkin, kurang akuratnya pengumpulan data, dan kurangnya sosialisasi ke populasi umum dibandingkan dengan populasi kunci menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pelaksanaan KTS. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan penjangkauan ke lokasi yang memungkinkan populasi kunci tersebar, termasuk di lingkungan masyarakat, pengawasan dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan, dan meningkatkan fungsi Puskesmas dalam Layanan Komprehensif Berkesinambungan (LKB).Kata kunci: KTS, HIV, KKL

Abstract

AbstractThe accuracy of coding diagnoses and patient action is very important because it is useful to facilitate the presentation of information services mainly as a determinant of patient treatment costs. Implementation of the coding performed by the coder with the ICD-10 and ICD-9. The aim of research to get an idea of the accuracy of the coding relationship diagnosis and action on approval of claims BPJS 2015. This study uses an observational cross-sectional approach, samples taken by way of systemic random sampling with a checklist and using chi square test. Based on the results of research and discussion of the accuracy of coding diagnoses and actions which 47 (54.7%) while the inappropriateness of coding diagnoses and measures a total of 39 (45.3%). BPJS claims received approval 35 (40.7%) whereas there rejected 51 (59.3%). While the results of the chi-square test the accuracy of the coding relationship diagnosis and action on the approval of claims BPJS Hospital Qadr significance values obtained from statistical test results ie, p = 0.0001. The p value <0.05, which means that Ho refused and H1 accepted that there is a relationship between the accuracy of coding diagnoses and action on approval BPJS claims. So that there is a relationship between the accuracy of coding diagnoses and action on approval BPJS claims. Keywords: code provision accuracy diagnosis and action, claims agreement bpjsAbstrakKetepatan pemberian kode diagnosis dan tindakan pasien sangat penting karena berguna untuk memudahkan pelayanan pada penyajian informasi terutama sebagai penentu biaya pengobatan pasien. Pelaksanaan pengkodean dilakukan oleh koder dengan ICD-10 dan ICD-9. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan gambaran hubungan ketepatan pemberian kode diagnosa dan tindakan terhadap persetujuan klaim BPJS tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional melalui pendekatan observasional, sampel yang di ambil dengan cara systemic ramdom sampling dengan daftar tilik dan menggunakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ketepatan pemberian kode diagnosa dan tindakan yaitu 47 (54,7%) sedangkan ketidaktepatan pemberian kode diagnosa dan tindakan sebanyak 39 (45,3%). Persetujuan klaim BPJS yang diterima 35 (40,7%) sedangkan ditolak ada 51 (59,3%). Sedangkan hasil uji chi-square hubungan ketepatan pemberian kode diagnosa dan tindakan terhadap persetujuan klaim BPJS di Rumah Sakit Qadr diperoleh nilai signifikasi dari hasil uji statistik yaitu p = 0,0001. Nilai p tersebut < 0,05, artinya Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga ada hubungan antara ketepatan pemberian kode diagnosa dan tindakan terhadap persetujuan klaim BPJS. Abstract

Abstract Delay is execution of a job is not in accordance with a predetermined time or not on time. The delay is influenced by various factors. Some of them are knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. Delay claims hospitalization costs resulting cash flow of KJS participants hospital disrupted so would disrupt hospital operations are likely to impact the delivery of health care to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards officials delay hospitalization expenses claims KJS participants in RSJ Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan. The method used is quantitative approach to the study of observational and cross-sectional design. The population of this study is related to the implementation of the officer claims hospitalization costs KJS participants are doctors, cashier, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Medical Records, and Verification numbering 70 people, while the sample used is saturated sample is the number of the population. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate (chi-square). The results showed that the implementation cost of hospitalization KJS participants claim not timely 52.90%. Knowledge workers on hospitalization expenses claims provisions KJS participants 49.10%. Good officer attitude is 44.30% and good officer behavior is 49.10%. Bivariate test results indicate that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards hospitalization expenses claims delays KJS participants where P <0.05. The odds ratio for knowledge is 59.813, attitudes 11.429 and behaviors  35.840. Delay claims hospitalization costs KJS participants will result in the timely payment of claims that are not necessary for the implementation of quality improvement officers claim not too late. To improve the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors required personnel training, seminars, socialization, motivation, improved work discipline and responsibility towards work.Keywords : knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and delay claims.AbstrakKeterlambatan adalah pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan atau tidak tepat waktu. Keterlambatan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Beberapa diantaranya yaitu pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku. Keterlambatan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS mengakibatkan cash flow rumah sakit terganggu sehingga akan mengganggu operasional rumah sakit yang akan berdampak pula kepada pemberian pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku petugas terhadap keterlambatan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS di RS Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional serta disain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah petugas yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS yaitu dokter, bagian Kasir, Farmasi, Laboratorium, Radiologi, Rekam Medis, dan Verifikasi yang berjumlah 70 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu jumlah dari seluruh populasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS tidak tepat waktu 52,90%. Pengetahuan petugas tentang ketentuan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS 49,10%. Sikap petugas yang baik 44,30% dan perilaku petugas yang baik 49,10%. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku terhadap keterlambatan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS dimana P < 0,05. Odd ratio untuk pengetahuan 59,813, sikap 11,429 dan perilaku 35,840. Keterlambatan klaim biaya rawat inap peserta KJS akan mengakibatkan pembayaran klaim tidak tepat waktu sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kualitas petugas agar pelaksanaan klaim tidak terlambat. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku petugas diperlukan pelatihan, seminar, sosialisasi, pemberian motivasi, peningkatan disiplin kerja dan tanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan.Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, keterlambatan, klaim.

Abstract

Abstract Discharge Summary is the information contained in the home history summary is a summary of all patient care and treatment periods that have been pursued by health workers and related parties. This sheet should be signed by the treating physician. The completeness of the medical resume is used for the basis of internal and external hospital reporting, the decision evaluation is expected to be better in making further treatment plans, and to support the orderly administration. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and data collection technique is observation, quantitative analysis, and interview guidance. Based on the results of research on Standard Operational Procedures of filling medical resume at Haji Pondok Gede Hospital Jakarta already exist, where Standard Operational Procedure of medical resume fill 2X24 Hours after patient come home with standard completion of medical resume 100%, and Based on result of quantitative analysis of 102 medical resume surgical case, resume completeness is 80%. Factors causing incompleteness in filling out medical resume form of surgical case that is Doctors have a busy schedule, Policy and discipline level of medical resume filling less socialized. The need to re-socialize the Standard Operating Procedures of medical resume filling and need assertiveness from the Director of the Hospital for the level of discipline in filling the medical resume can be done well and on time.Keywords: Medical Discharge, Filling Complete, Case Surgery

Abstract

AbstractComputer as a tool to facilitate the performance as well as being a means of improving working efficiency is very good. One way to take advantage of developments in information technology is the use of computers in the health care field, to provide good service and customer satisfaction. Administrative procedures are simple, easy and fast is one of the improvement of services for patients .. The problem in Bidan Hj. Aswilda is the lack of good health care, the process of recording data, calculating fees, duration of service provided, making the letters associated with the health of the patient and preparing reports for the performance is done in helping the health service is still manual. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems, we need a new information system that can speed up the process of patient registration and patient data search, can make data storage to be efficient, helping the payment process more effective, and the system can make a statement and presentation the results of the report made easier this final form of the draft administrative information system that includes inpatients master menu, menu transactions, navigation certificate and the reports menu. The author hopes that the design of information systems inpatient computerized administration, could help midwife Hj. Aswilda. Prosedur administrasi yang sederhana, mudah dan cepat merupakan salah satu peningkatan pelayanan kepada pasien.. Masalah di Bidan Hj. Aswilda adalah kurangnya pelayanan kesehatan baik itu proses pencatatan data, penghitungan biaya, lamanya pelayanan yang diberikan, membuat surat-surat yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan pasien dan pembuatan laporan karena kinerja yang dilakukan dalam membantu pelayanan kesehatan masih bersifat manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi baru yang dapat mempercepat dalam proses pendaftaran pasien dan pencarian data pasien, dapat membuat penyimpanan data menjadi efisien, membantu proses pembayaran yang lebih efektif, dan sistem yang dapat membuat surat keterangan dan penyajian laporan menjadi lebih mudah Hasil tugas akhir ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi administrasi pasien rawat inap yang meliputi Menu master, menu transaksi, menu surat keterangan dan menu laporan. Penulis berharap dengan adanya rancangan sistem informasi administrasi rawat inap yang terkomputerisasi, dapat membantu Bidan Hj. Aswilda.
