Abstract

Covid-19 is a vulnerable situation that threatens many problems in various parts of the world. Not only does it interfere with public health problems but also has the effect of various policy actions taken by the government in overcoming the Covid-19 problem. The economy of the State, Region, even to remote rural areas has experienced a drastic decline and caused a lot of social degradation which has triggered social problems in various areas where crime has taken place everywhere. The level of people's purchasing power has decreased due to the influence of the income of the population has decreased. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Covid-19 had on the income and purchasing power of the people in the Merauke District. This type of research is exploratory descriptive qualitative in the form of research using the case method approach in the Merauke District. The results of this study indicate that when conducting research in the field, the influence of Covid-19 is very large and has an impact on society, thus triggering a decrease in purchasing power. Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of economic growth and the Human Development Index on Poverty in Merauke District 2015-2022, the type of data used is secondary data from 2015 to 2020. The research approach used was a quantitative approach, a method based on the philosophy of positivism and using double linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. Data analysis using quantitative associative methods and the analysis techinique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study show that partially the economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Merauke Distric with a coefficient value of 0,062 and a signivicance value of 0,029. While the human development index variable has a nagative and insignificant effect on poverty in Merauke District with a coefficient value of -0,060 and a significance value of 0,072. Simultaneously variable human development index and economic growth have an influence on poverty in Merauke District. Keywords: Economic growth, Human Development Index and Poverty

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and analyze the agricultural sector's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP), and Investment in labor absorption in Papua Province from 2010 to 2022. The type of data used is secondary data taken from 2010 to 2022. Data was analyzed using quantitative methods, and the technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. 21. The influence of GRDP in the agricultural sector on labor absorption based on the analysis results shows that the hypothesis is accepted where t count > t table, the significant value < probability 0.05, and the coefficient value is -0.19. Thus, GRDP in the agricultural sector has a negative and significant effect on absorption labor, Farmer Exchange Rate based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the hypothesis is accepted, where t count>t table 8hthus the Farmer Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on sector labor absorption agriculture. Agricultural Sector Investment has a positive and insignificant impact, while the regression coefficient value is 0.010. This means that if investment in the agricultural sector increases by 1 percent, employment in the agricultural sector in Papua Province will increase by 0.010 or 1 percent. Simultaneously, GRDP in the agricultural sector, Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP), and Investment influence employment in the agricultural sector in Papua Province. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas segitiga antara pertumbuhan ekonomi – ketimpangan pendapatan – kemiskinan, dan variabel pengangguran sebagai variabel penganggu di Indonesia tahunn 2011 – 2023. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang di ambil dari tahun 2011 – 2023. Data analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan arah hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi – Kemiskinan diperoleh hasilnya -0,121. Adapun arah hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi – Pengangguran – Ketimpangan Pendapatan – Kemiskinan diperoleh hasilnya -0,001. Kemudian arah hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel Pengangguran – Ketimpangan Pendapatan – Kemiskinan telah diperoleh hasilnya sebesar 0,000. Kemudian arah hubungan langsung yaitu melalui variabel Pertumbuuhan Ekonomi – Kemiskinan diperoleh hasilnya sebesar 0,067. 5. Arah hubungan langsung melalui variabel Pengangguran – Kemiskinan diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,532. Arah hubungan yang terakhir yaitu melalui arah hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel Pengangguran – Ketimpangan Pendapatan – Kemiskinan di peroleh hasil sebesar 63,688. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan ekonomi, ketimpangan pendapatan, kemiskinan dan pengangguran.

Abstract

Pengaruh Industri Kecil dan Menengah terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh jumlah unit usaha dan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke. Variabel yang digunakan adalah jumlah unit usaha dan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dalam aplikasi SPSS Versi 23. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif selama 10 tahun yaitu dari tahu 2012-2021. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh secara peneliti dari Dinas Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Koperasi serta Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) di Kabupaten Merauke. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel jumlah unit usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 1,849 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari dari 0,05. Kemudian variabel jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -.828 dan nilai signifikansi 0,018 yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari dari 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel jumlah unit usaha dan tenaga kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke. Kata Kunci: Industri Kecil dan Menengah, tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan ekonomi
