Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) identify soybean raw material inventory, (2) calculate the inventory of raw materials before and after using the EOQ analysis, and (3) analyze the time of re-ordering the raw materials to avoid running out of stock the soybean in warehouse storage.  This research is a case study so that manager of Tahu Mekar Industry as a source for obtaining information in accordance with the needs of researchers. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and EOQ, TIC, Safety Stock and ROP analytical. Research results are as follows: First, the type of soybean used are soybean imports from Surabaya City and local soybean from Ereke, North Buton. The volume of imported soybean purchases as much as 10,000 kg and 1,000 kg with the local price of Rp 8,000 per kg. Second, total supply of raw material to the Tahu Mekar Industry is not optimal with a difference of as much as 6,424.16 kg and difference in total cost of raw material inventory of Rp 85,239.51. Third, in order not to run out of stock of raw materials, the storage warehouse safety stock should always be available in warehouse storage of as much as 2,333 kg and perform reordering of raw materials during storage warehouse inventory of raw materials as much as 3,833 kg.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) knowing how development impacts smelters to employment opportunities society (2) find out how income levels the society before and after the construction of smelters (3) find out if there are differences in income before and after the construction of smelters. This research was conducted in the Morosi Village of Morosi Subdistrict Konawe District. The variables of this research that employment opportunities and income level. Population is the purpose of this research is society that benefit directly and indirectly from the existence of the construction of smelters. Society has a direct benefit is a vegetable farmer then switched jobs to become the employees of PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI) numbered 20 people and the people that benefit are indirectly is they build businesses around smelters as many as 10 people. Sampling technique is used in this study is saturated sample system/census of all members made in the sample, so that all elements of the population investigated one by one.The results showed that, (1) the impact of the construction of smelters to excellent employment opportunities in the Morosi Village Morosi Subdistrict Konawe District, (2) large farmer income before is Rp 822,946/month, while the income farming Society after the construction of smelters Rp 4,330,000/month, (3) there are differences in income before and after the construction of smelters in the Morosi Village Morosi Subdistrict Konawe District

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the role of agricultural extension in the development of Farmers in Sub Benua Nirae, Abeli District of Kendari. This study uses a quantitative descriptively. Samples were used as research informants are 20 farmers who are members of 4 groups of farmers and also an Agricultural Extension Workers in Sub Benua Nirae, Abeli District of Kendari City. Agricultural Extension Workers in Sub Benua plays an important role in the development of farmer groups, especially as farmers supervisor, facilitator, organizer and motivator. The level of the role of educator  judged by the farmers in good enough category

Abstract

At Village Earths Raya up to 3 (three) the last year experiences changing, far ranging farm sawah that at o year 2014 which is 227,15 Ha overbids than previous years which is 212,47 Ha. This picture points out the importance for optimalisasi extension agent performance, in builds and adjoining and motivates farmer to optimize farm and production exploit and farming productivity. This research intent to know and describes extension agent performance zoom on agglomerate tani sawah's paddy at Silvan Raya's Earth Andoolo's district Konawe's Regency south. Sample determination is done with method Purposive , Total observational sample 11 respondents consisting of 10 respondents of tani's groups and 1 of agricultural extension agents. This data at o by use of Analisis Interval. The result oft this study indicate that fisher extension agent at Silvan Raya's Earth cover counselling main activity (training,course, and visit), giving counselling material, teaching method and good Counselling media to tani's group, and gives science about development aspect self have positive percentage (well) or as much 63,7 %. Just extant performance which adverse on main activity indicator counselling which is training activity and course that still performing amount reducing it.

Abstract

This research aims; (1) to describe process diversity in the processing of banana into banana sale; (2) to know how much the added value resulting from the processing of bananas. The location of this research is at home industry “Kejar Usaha Lestari” at Pallimae Village, Poleang District, Bombana Regency.This location was chosen by purposive, sampling in whiel the owner of the business became respondent of the research. The primary data was collected through direct interview using a questionnaire. The data is processed using Hayami, et all 1987. The results showed that(1) processing of banana into banana sale in “Kejar Usaha Lestari” has developed because it has provided four kind of tastes banana sale, that is fresh banana sale, white sugar flavored banana sale, brown sugar  flavored banana , and peanuts flavored; (2) the added value produced in “Kejar Usaha Lestari” approximately, that is fresh banana sale Rp 11.878,67  a kilogram, peanuts flavored banana sale Rp 11.284,16 a kilogram, white sugar flavored banana sale Rp 10.054,16, brown sugar  flavored banana Rp 11.817,49.
