Abstract

The Social Security Organizing Body or ordinary people used to call it BPJS is a state-owned legal entity whose job is to organize social security programs. When a social security program is managed by an institution, such as the BPJS, then the principle of al-takmin al-ta'awuni should be applied. And to implement these principles a Sharia Unit is needed. The purpose of this paper is to find out how BPJS is viewed in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method where the author uses field notes, interviews, and personal documents and other documents as a support in the results of this paper using descriptive data collection techniques that examine the data with the arrangement of words not with data number. Seen from the perspective of Islamic Economics, the contract on the manager of BPJS in Islamic economics can be known as mudharabah at-ta'awuniyah, which is a cooperation agreement to bear each other or risk each other with the principle of help-helping and mutual assistance. This has been included in one of the principles of Islamic Economics, namely mutual help.

Abstract

Method used by the scholars, especially among Hanafiyah, not separated from it, with the rapid development of science and technology istihsan was born as a solution in the determination of new laws that do not yet have provisions both in the text of Istihsan is a determination method of Islamic law based on the principle of Qur’an and Hadith and based on Islamic Shari'a purpose. istihsan itself to apply a the Qur'an and Hadith, as for new cases that require answers to the determination of the law including in the field of muamalah such as buying and selling online and shopping in supermarkets. In contemporary finance and economics such cases require legal settlement, the istihsan here is present and serves as a solution to the settlement of the law in permissibility or not a transaction contract based on tradition of modern humans.

Abstract

Conceptually, this research describes the structure between the perfect competition market and the imperfect competition market which is also seen from an Islamic perspective, which of course also talks about the structure of the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, as well as several things about this. Market, which incidentally is a meeting place for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling transactions of goods and services, as well as a place for the community to meet the needs and drivers of the community's economy. There are various kinds of markets, for a broad picture the market is divided into perfect competition markets, and imperfect competitive markets in which there are still divisions such as monopolistic, monopolistic, and oligopolistic markets. A perfectly competitive market in which there are many sellers and buyers of similar goods. Meanwhile, the imperfect competitive market contains only one seller or a few sellers. In this report, some information is generated regarding the two types of markets, such as the meaning, differences in the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, the advantages and disadvantages of perfect and imperfect competition markets, market mechanisms, etc. The data collection method used in this study was to collect data from related web literature studies

Abstract

This research aims to find the concept of local cultural tourism based on tanean lanjhang and applicable ways to preserve it by prioritizing the welfare of the surrounding community as well as in a sustainable manner. This qualitative-descriptive study collected data using in-depth interview techniques, participative observation and documentation. The result is that the field of local culture tourism does not only rely on tanean lanjhang, the Nurun Tajalla mosque, the sacred tomb of Bhujuk Jepara, mandhapa, tomang handicrafts and Nyato springs, but on reflection-products in the deepest contents of people's awareness. Preserving culture is ancestral fanaticism. Meanwhile, living in harmony, practice, economy, prosperity and sustainability in MICE-based regional tourism is local wisdom that deserves to be fought for and must be guarded by the Pamekasan authorities.

Abstract

Increasing retail business profit is the main goal in trading business management. The implication is to contribute to the welfare and development of other retail businesses. However, not all managers can focus on increasing profits for the retail businesses they manage. Many of these efforts are just running away but have not met the required targets, due to various reasons that have developed. Of course, in this case it is necessary to find a solution by learning through research in order to find effective and efficient strategies to do in increasing retail business profits.This study aims to describe the strategy to increase retail business profit at MJ Swalayan at Al-Mashduqiah Kraksaan Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. The research approach is qualitative with the type of case study. Using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. While the data analysis technique applied is the Miles and Huberman model using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. By testing the validity of the data through credibility with the source triangulation technique.The results show that in order to increase retail business profit, MJ Swalayan management uses the following strategies; recruitment and selection of Professional HR, implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for retail services, implementing controlling, ideal merchandising, completing merchandise, establishing cooperation, implementing automatic retail and wholesale pricing systems, implementing low pricing determination, FGC (Focus Group Discussion) on a regular basis , and direct response and problem solving.

Abstract

Peningkatan profit usaha ritel merupakan tujuan utama dalam pengelolaan usaha perdagangan. Implikasinya berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan dan pengembangan usaha-usaha ritel yang lain. Namun tidak semua manajer dapat fokus melakukan peningkatan profit bagi usaha ritel yang dikelolanya. Sekian banyak usaha tersebut sekedar berjalan begitu saja namun belum memenuhi target yang dibutuhkan, disebabkan oleh berbagai alasan yang berkembang. Tentu dalam hal ini perlu ditemukan solusi dengan cara belajar melalui penelitian agar dapat menemukan strategi-strategi yang efektif dan efisien untuk dilakukan dalam meningkatkan profit usaha ritel. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mendeskripsikan strategi peningkatan profit usaha ritel pada MJ Swalayan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah Kraksaan Probolinggo. Pendekatan penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan datanya. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah model Miles dan Huberman dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Dengan uji keabsahan data melalui kredibilitas dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan profit usaha ritel, manajemen MJ Swalayan menggunakan strategi-strategi sebagai berikut; rekrutmen dan seleksi SDM Profesional, implementasi SOP (Standard Operating Prosedure) layanan ritel, implementasi controlling, ideal merchandising, melengkapi barang dagangan, menjalin kerjasama, implementasi otomatic system harga ritel dan grosir, implementasi penentuan low pricing, FGC (Focus Group Discussion) secara berkala, dan direct response dan problem solving.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIstihsa>n merupakan metode penetapan hukum Islam yang berdasarkan prinsip al-Qur’a>n dan hadits serta berdasarkan tujuan syari’at Islam. Istihsa>n itu sendiri dalam pengaplikasiannya merupakan metode yang dipakai para ulama khususnya kalangan Hanafiyah, tidak lepas dari itu, dengan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi istihsa>n lahir sebagai solusi dalam penentuan hukum baru yang belum ada ketentuannya baik dalam nash al-Qur’a>n maupun hadits, adapun kasus baru yang membutuhkan jawaban penetapan hukum diantaranya yaitu dalam bidang muamalah seperti jual beli online dan belanja di supermarket.
