Abstract

Refers to the difficulty factor on the detection plate on this research will focus on the detection of two-wheeled vehicle number plate, where the data will be taken from the farm garage. The resolution of this problem will be attempted using techniques of digital image processing method of detection of edge (edge detection) and morphology. Study on the evaluation and the research results will be calculated using the technique of confussion matrix, this technique will measure on the success rate of approach will be obtained from the proposed method. of the proposed method is sufficiently high, namely 53% success rate, while the value of positive predictive value by which this value to know the success rate of the method to detect the entire image test is still extremely less just reached 40% success, while the value of negative value which is the value of preditive to know separation detection noise his success pretty well with a value of 56% success rate Keyword: Edge Detection, Morfologi, Confusion Matrix

Abstract

Abstract— Proposals selection process for Research and Community Service in Politeknik Negeri Ambon still performed manually. Individual sub processes separated, not integrated causing inefficiency. Sistem Informasi Seleksi Proposal P3M (SIMLITABNAM) comes to solve problems found. Integrated system take advantage of Information technology, will offer efficiency and accuracy. Online System provides more flexibility for researchers, reviewers and other stakeholders. The system developed guided by proven Software Engineering methods, guarantees quality and easiness of maintenance. Obviously his application benefit to every person involved in the process.Abstrak—Pengelolaan seleksi Proposal Penelitian Dan Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Politeknik Negeri Ambon masih  dilakukan  secara  konvensional.  Proses-proses  dalam  penyeleksian dilakukan secara  terpisah,  memakan  waktu  yang  lama  dan  menyulitkan  dalam proses koordinasi. Selain itu proses tersebut belum bisa dilaksanakan secara  daring(online).  Sistem informasi seleksi proposal merupakan  sebuah  aplikasi  yang mampu  mewadahi  kebutuhan  yang  disebutkan  di atas.  Aplikasi  ini sekarang dikembangkan berbasis web secara daring.  Metoda pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah waterfall with increment. Aplikasi ini bisa memberikan layanan yang lebih baik dan akses lebih luas kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam proses Seleksi proposal Penelitan dan Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Politeknik Negeri Ambon.

Abstract

The empowerment of rural communities needs to be done institutional strengthening, increased motivation and self-help in community cooperation, so that in order to assess the success of village development, it is necessary to conduct a targeted, coordinated, integrated and sustainable assessment. with an assessment indicator. Village assessment is best done by comparing the latest development level based on village profile data in accordance with the assessment indicators. This study aims to build a decision support system to determine the best village based on the village assessment score using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Basically, the decision-making process is to choose an alternative. The best village assessment consists of 6 criteria. The output of this system is the ranking of each village that has been assessed so as to produce recommendations for decision making in determining the best village. The highest total value of each row calculated by each sub-criteria is summed, the highest total value used is the basis for ranking the best village, Desa Pasar Miring with a final value = 0.969.

Abstract

Determining the level of individual contributions in completing the tasks for which they are responsible needs to be carried out objectively, transparently and through a specific method that can be trusted for accuracy. In addition to teaching in the classroom, a teacher is required to have the character as implied by Tut Wuri Handayani. The problem of the teacher performance appraisal process occurs because of unclear criteria and assessment weight. Decision Supprot System (DSS) can help the optimal decision-making process, namely TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). In determining teacher performance appraisal agreed upon criteria for assessment of teacher performance assessment criteria: Pedagodic Competence (K1), Personality Competence (K2), Social Competence (K3), Proffesional Competence (K4). Abstract

Histogram Equalization adalah merupakan metode yang paling sering digunakan untuk meningkatkan kontras pada citra digital. Sebagai hasilnya citra yang diproses menggunakan metode HE memiliki efek negatif seperti tampilan yang kelihatan buram dan kontur yang berubah akibat perubahan pada kecerahan gambar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan model HE yang dapat memelihara tingkat kecerahan citra. Umumnya, metode tersebut mempartisi histogram dari citra asli ke dalam sub histogram dan kemudian secara independen melakukan ekualisasi terhadap sub histogram tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kerangka modifikasi histogram sederhana untuk kontras enhancement pada citra tak bergerak untuk meningkatkan kontras citra tanpa kehilangan detail dari fitur citra. Metode yang disajikan terdiri dari 2 tahap. Pertama, histogram dari citra asli di modifikasi terhadap histogram umum. Pada tahap kedua, histrogram yang dimodifikasi pada citra asli dipisahkan kedalam dua sub-histogram berdasarkan rataan dari citra asli dan kemudian melakukan ekualisasi secara independen untuk menjaga kecerahan citra. Dengan menggunakan parameter enhancement, tingkat dari enhancement kontras dapat disesuaikan berdasarkan kontras citra input. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mempertahankan kecerahan citra lebih baik dan menghasilkan citra yang terlihat lebih alami dibandingkan dengan hasil dari metode konvensional yang lain. Metode yang digunakan telah diuji menggunakan berbagai jenis citra dan memberi kualitas visual yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode lain
