Abstract

The sub-district government is the government that channels the aspirations of the people from the village/kelurahan to the district and is led by a sub-district head. A camat must be able to regulate and direct the apparatus to carry out quality government services. One of the methods used by the sub-district head to improve quality services is to determine exemplary employees of the sub-district government. This method aims to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in the sub-district office. Apparatus assessment was also carried out by Simpang Empat District to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in this sub-district office. However, the current assessment is still done manually on the assessment sheet and is still subjective, because there are no aspects of the assessment used in the assessment of this exemplary employee. Asahan Regency has a lot of undeveloped potential. From the potential of abundant natural resources, but in human resources there is still very little this is due to the lack of a sense of discipline in the sub-district apparatus in the Asahan area. So it is necessary to have a decision support system in performance appraisal in order to foster morale in the sub-district apparatus. This is what makes researchers want to do research using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The criteria used in this study are attendance, loyalty, attitude and task completion. In this research, we succeeded in applying the Weighted Product method in employee decision making, namely alternative A11 on behalf of Eva Sartika as the number 1 exemplary employee at the Simpang Empat subdistrict office.

Abstract

UD. Karya Mandiri is a business engaged in the sale of goods, especially building materials contained in the Main Asahan Chart. As for UD. Karya Mandiri sells special building materials such as coconut wood, zinc, iron, nails, wall paint, wood, brickwork, ceramics and others. Based on sales data at UD. Karya Mandiri experienced an increase or decrease in sales every month. This makes UD. Karya Mandiri has a problem in controlling the inventory of building materials that cannot be predicted properly because it only calculates directly the amount of building materials left in the warehouse and then reports it to the owner and then orders the amount of building material inventory based on conventional assumptions. To avoid and reduce the level of loss in sales of building materials in the future, UD. Karya Mandiri needs a sales forecasting system. This forecasting method is Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), which can estimate sales over time with sales forecasts and request. The results of the final study that this system can predict the amount of building materials, namely in the July 2022 period broti sales 2177.18 (kg) MAPE value 15.41%, wood 2864.10 (kg) MAPE value 9.33%, zinc 532.16 ( kg) the MAPE value is 14.54% and the nail is 435.69, the MAPE value is 15.91%

Abstract

A mechanic is a person in charge of checking, maintaining, repairing, replacing spare parts according to the analysis of the Service Advisor (the person who serves and receives every customer or customer complaint) listed in the workshop work order, with reference to the standardization of work that has been set and most mechanics specialize in in certain areas such as auto mechanics, bicycle mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, boiler mechanics, general mechanics, air conditioning and freezing, aircraft mechanics, diesel engine mechanics. One of the existing methods in a decision support system is the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. The reason the author chose the MOORA method is because this method is very simple, stable, and powerful, even this method does not require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. In previous research, it is known that there is no selection of the best mechanic at company. With the use criteria used are troubleshooting (analyzing problems and repairing vehicles), years of service, attendance and letters of reprimand. With these criteria, it is expected to produce the best motorcycle mechanic decisions

Abstract

Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus (DM) dapat didiagnosa berdasarkan data fakta ataupun gejala yang dialami pengguna sistem dan kadang gejala awal yang dialami pasien penyakit DM masih biasa saja sehingga dianggap dalam kondisi masih sehat. Dengan memperhatikan data fakta ataupun gejala-gejala yang dialami, diharapkan sistem ini dapat mendiagnosa tipe pada penyakit DM, sehingga gangguan atau penyakit dapat terdeteksi lebih awal dan penangannya. Terutama pasien yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran perlu ditangani dengan cepat karena berdasarkan jumlahnya cukup banyak pada setiap tahunnya. Kemajuan sistem pakar dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini yaitu dengan merancang sebuah sistem komputer berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan database dan bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP-MySQL sehingga dapat membantu penderita untuk mendiagnosa gejala-gejala dan tipe penyakit tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Diabetes Mellitus berbasis web. Aplikasi sistem pakar dalam pengambilan keputusan ini menggunakan metode Bayes dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan, sering ditemukan jawaban yang tidak memiliki kepastian penuh. Peluang atau probalitas ini dapat berupa hasil suatu kejadian. Pada analisa permasalahannya sehingga didapatkan persentasi dari tipe penyakit tersebut. Hasil dari implementasi sistem yaitu sistem memberikan pilihan berupa gejala-gejala yang harus dipilih oleh pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami oleh pasien dan hasil dari proses tersebut adalah penyakit diabetes gestasional dengan bobot lebih tinggi dari penyakit diabetes lainnya yaitu bobot =1.66. Sistem juga akan memberikan informasi dalam penanganan penyakit diabetes tersebut

Abstract

The selection of a study program is a unique opportunity for a student. STMIK IKMI Cirebon is now a KIP Kuliah provider, offering three study program. The research problem is the unavailability of a model of student interest in the study program, so it is necessary to carry out an interest in the study program by applying an algorithm to the classification model. The algorithm used as a comparison is the Decision Tree algorithm (C4.5), Naive Bayes, k-Nearest Neighbor and Support Vector Machine. The classification model applies the Optimize Selection operator by looking for the dominant attribute in its influence on the specialization of the student study program. Finally, the comparison model will be tested by parametric t-test in order to test the significance of the algorithm. The results of the algorithm accuracy test obtained that the SVM algorithm has the best accuracy with a value of 80.76%. While the algorithm with the lowest accuracy is Naive Bayes with a value of 74.64%. While the other two algorithms have a sequential accuracy rate of 80.47% for Decision Tree and 76.09% for k-NN. The results of this study are used to classify study preference for students in STMIK IKMI Cirebon which is useful for predicting study interest based on the background of students

Abstract

Repair motorbikes in the workshop, there are still some beginner technicians who do not really understand looking for damage to motorbikes so they have to ask senior technicians at the workshop often. For this reason, it is necessary how to diagnose damage to motorcycle vehicles by knowing the types of damage, symptoms of damage, characteristics of damage, then diagnosis and alternative solutions to problems are needed. Most of the damage to motorbikes occurs due to negligence in carrying out maintenance on the motorbike itself, whether it is due to the busyness of the user or lack of knowledge in the maintenance of the motorbike used. The inference model used in making this expert system is forward chaining, while the search technique uses depth first search. Determination in diagnosing expert systems is done through a consultation process between the system and the user. In system testing, the results obtained are ECU System malfunction based on novice technician answers to system questions. By using the IF-THEN rule to obtain a solution for motorcycle damage

Abstract

Kidney disease is one of the non-communicable diseases with the highest proportion in Indonesia and is one of the causes of death in this country. Especially in Asahan District, the number of kidney patients who die is increasing over time, so there needs to be effective treatment so that kidney disease is no longer feared by the public because it is easy to treat. Many patients who experience kidney disease are getting worse because they cannot detect the early symptoms of kidney disease, which is still considered trivial. There is no information about kidney disease and its symptoms, making it difficult to diagnose the disease. In the diagnosis of this disease is limited to conventional diagnosis with doctors. it is necessary to build a system on a computer application to help diagnose kidney disease. To determine the level of kidney disease, an expert diagnostic system was made with the method used in this case is the Dempster Shaper method. This method is an approach method that is used is to measure the strength of evidence (facts) in supporting a set of propositions by providing a way to combine evidence from sources and bring or provide a level of confidence (represented through the trust function) which takes from all available evidence with input. required attributes and the likelihood of the disease and associated symptoms. The result of the implementation of the system is that the system provides an alternative to the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on kidney infection by 60% and also provide solutions with treatment

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the learning environment, with the excuse of stopping the spread of COVID-19 infection. Teaching and learning activities that have generally been completed on campus face-to-face now have to be transferred to distance learning. However, one of the drawbacks of implementing distance learning is that it makes students less active, so that KBM feels tiring. The purpose of this study is to classify student learning outcomes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The method used is the Knowledge Discovery Database (KDD) using the K-Means Algorithm. The number of clusters selected is the number of clusters with the smallest Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). The results of this study obtained 3 clusters with a DBI value of 1.379 and a centroid distance of 0.342. Cluster_1 is the data group with the highest quality index, Cluster_2 is the data group with the second highest quality index, and Cluster_0 is the data group with the lowest quality index of all clusters. By knowing the clusters of PJJ learning outcomes, it will make it easier for universities to take improvement steps to improve the quality of learning in accordance with the characteristics of each existing cluster

Abstract

Sindroma Permenstruasi merupakan peyakit haid yang terjadi pada wanita dengan tingkat yang berbeda untuk itu perlu diketahui tipe penyakit tersebut dengan melakukan diagnosa guna mudah dalam mengatasi penyakit tersebut. Kemajuan sistem pakar dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini yaitu dengan merancang sebuah sistem komputer berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan database dan bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP-MySQL sehingga dapat membantu penderita Sindroma Permenstruasi untuk mendiagnosa gejala-gejala dan tipe penyakit tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Sindroma Permenstruasi berbasis web. Aplikasi sistem pakar dalam pengambilan keputusan ini menggunakan metode Dempher Shaper dengan membangkitkan nilai true dan false pada basis pengetahuan baru dan lama dan membandingkan dengan nilai bobot pada masing-masing frame sehingga didapatkan persentasi dari tipe penyakit tersebut. Hasil dari implementasi sistem yaitu sistem memberikan pertanyaan berupa gejala-gejala yang harus dijawab oleh pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami oleh pasien dan hasil dari proses tersebut sistem akan memberikan informasi tipe penyakit Sindroma Permenstruasi jenis apa yang dialaminya guna mendapatkan solusi

Abstract

At this time, chicken diseases often occur, especially for broiler and laying hens, so that it will cause a decrease in the production of meat and eggs. Diseases that attack chickens sometimes cannot be overcome by breeders because farmers do not understand the early symptoms of chicken illness, so farmers allow these conditions to cause chicken disease to get worse. If it gets worse then the disease will spread to other chickens quickly. Farmers also rarely consult with livestock extension workers at the Livestock Service Office of Asahan Regency and the agency cannot visit the farm because the road to the farm is far away and in a damaged condition. In order to be able to conduct good consultations between farmers and the service, it is necessary to design an application based on an expert system to facilitate farmers in diagnosing chicken diseases so that they do not have to come for consultation with livestock extension workers. With this web-based system used, it makes it easier for farmers to diagnose broiler and layer chicken diseases by simply selecting the symptoms that may be experienced by chickens in the system and the system will provide decisions about what diseases the chickens are experiencing. In the expert system application designed using data analysis with the Dempster Shafer method. The results of the decision with the case studied in the form of symptoms experienced by chickens resulted in 38.44% of snot disease, besides being able to determine the disease, this application can also provide a solution for handling it
